CHA YEWON [ 11/FANTAGIO ] : Us Fantagio girls were the first ones to arrive. It was awkward having to greet the next trainees come in, especially if we didn't know if they spoke our language or not. I didn't want to be rude [ laughs ].

DA KYUNGHEE [ 3/YGK+] : [ covers her face in embarrassment and laughs ] So I was portrayed like that in the first episode. Am I the reason why the staffs are super hostile with us?
KAM JIHAE [ 20/JYP ] : "JYP K+", who said that? I don't look like a model though, do I?
ZHONG LINLIN [ 14/YUEHUA ] : Wow, our seniors look so cool and handsome.
ZHANG XIAOLING [ 17/YUEHUA ] : They had super high expectations for Yuehua. But oh...
YIN FEI [ 18/YUEHUA ] : Wait, I didn't notice it but... everyone is still here?!
WANG XIUYING [ 1/YUEHUA ] : Yuehua's game is strong. Even though some probably didn't rank higher than what their target was, still... reaching the finale with so many great trainees to beat along the way is such a big honor.
LIU XIUMEI [ 5/INDIVIDUAL ] : Look, I was the first one who admired our center, Hua Limei before anyone did. Do I get any credit for that...? [ laughs ]

HONG YUEN [ 21/GRAMARIE ] : We're hopeful people from Gramarie. I honestly thought Likun will do the best out of the four of us, but now that she left... I don't know if there's hope for me or Dongmei.
BAI DONGMEI [ 20/GRAMARIE ] : They were super strong last season. Us making to the finale like this... I hope that at least made them proud.
KIM JIYEON [ 9/FNC ] : [ says it with the mentor ] For an 'A', Kim Jiyeon. [ cheers ] I got the first "A". Oh wait but I'm not that happy back then, because some of my label mates got an "F". But they're still great and look, they've went a long way from where we started.
ZHANG XIAOLING [ 17/YUEHUA ] : I was so down back then because I got an "F"... but without that, I wouldn't have gotten involved in a special vocal training with Eunkwang sunbaenim. So from little vocal skils.... to little bit more vocal skills!

KEY [ PRO. REP ] : (on screen) We didn't make you pick those stickers in the first place to feel you bad, we want you to create a clear goal for yourself and prove us wrong in the future that there's something more to you than just a letter. However if you got discouraged because of that right away, then rising may not be an option for you.
KIM AREUN [ 12/FNC ] : Last evaluation is my first top 12 moment. You may think "oh, that's a lucky rise", but I actually went through a lot from the beginning. The process from there to here wasn't that easy.

HUA LIMEI [ 2/INDIVIDUAL ] : "Not Debut"? No, I don't even want to think about it. Not right now.
JOO EUNHWI [ 7/FANTAGIO ] : I may find a new hobby...?
SONG TAERIN [ 10/YGK+] : I'll be back modeling. But I love performing so much at this point, I don't want to just model.
SOO MINJI [ 4/P NATION ] : Hmm... I'll probably go back to my company and be forced to eat balanced and healthy diet meals. [ laughs ] I don't want to!
LIU XIUMEI [ 5/INDIVIDUAL ] : Hoping that a company will take me in.
KIM AREUN [ 12/FNC ] : I feel... like out of so many chances, I missed another one.
HAN HYONBYUL [ 13/FANTAGIO ] : Dorm, practice room. Dorm, practice room. That sequence as I hope that it will end one day.
HONG YUEN [ 21/GRAMARIE ] : I'll try the Korean pop market. People know me more here, but of course I wouldn't let my Chinese fans down. I'll be like the next Zhang Yixing who debuted in korea but is now really famous in China too.
KIM JIYEON [ 9/FNC ] : Hm... I'll probably give up on my dream. It's not that I don't want to do it, but I'll take that as a sign that the universe is telling me that maybe becoming an idol is "not it". Maybe hope to have a family? I'm getting old.

HEO SOLJI [ V. MENTOR ] : (on record) You're doing well though...? Just make sure that you sing stably while dancing. Otherwise it wouldn't be as great.

HONG YUEN [ 21/GRAMARIE ] : Just their presence alone is a huge help to us, really. And when they teach, they were really passionate to share some knowledge if it's on their field of specialty.

WANG XIUYING [ 1/YUEHUA ] : You were so bright and funny in person that it was so fun to work with you. I had to perform your group's masterpiece, "It's Okay" and you had lots of compliments for me, I was really thankful I had the chance.

You were not very confident with your vocals back then but you improved a lot and now, you turned out to be one of the best dancer vocalists out there. LIU XIUMEI [ 5/INDIVIDUAL ] : I thought he was just a host who'll be important because he will announce our rankings and missions, but he didn't want to refer to himself as a 'host'.
SONG TAERIN [ 10/YGK+] : I bet it was not shown on television, but he always peeked at our classes on unexpected times. It was funny because mentors always teased him for not being invited most of the time.

i'd want to do another "current ranking" here, but the announcement is next so i don't think i should...? just to intense the suspense, the voting is also closed, anyway.
i need a 'representative' idol for my new applyfic, project x but i can't choose djkdjdj. i had some on my mind, but idk, my mind just wants key to appear again there (ig i'm being biased, he's one of my ultimate biases or i just don't know much idols who'll 'suit' the role). if you have suggestions, i appreciate it !
