- Rafael's POV -
"You're fucking dead! I'm gonna slit your fucking throat!" I screamed and tried to push my brothers off me. I never wanted to hurt one of my family members before but Leo has crossed the fucking line! Drawing my girl naked! Family or not, he's fucking dead!
"Rafael that's enough!" My dad yelled stomping his foot.
"You're right dad, I've had enough! Even after the beat down I gave you, you still have the fucking nerve to tell my fiancée you're in love with her and now you do this shit!? Did I not make myself clear when I told you SHE IS MINE!" My brothers better not let me go. The moment they do, Im going straight for his throat.
"You fucking did what!?" Phoebe yells as her and that Marcie slut walk into the kitchen. Leo rolled his eyes.
"Don't act all mad. You flirted with my father in front of me and my mother. So get over it." He said waving her off.
"I can't believe you want that cow over me! Your cousin is just as dumb as you are, turning down my friend for some pregnant heffer! That's probably not even his baby! For all I know it could be yours!" She screamed. Before anyone could stop her, I watched my kitten grab the skillet from the stove and hit Phoebe hard across the face. She screamed and fell to the floor. Marcie looked as though she was gonna hit Isa but, my kitten turned and pointed the skillet at her.
"Try me whore. You lay one finger on me and you won't make it out of this house alive." Isa growled.
"You stupid bitch! I'm a model and you probably just ruined my career!" Phoebe shouted holding her broken nose. Isa leaned down in her face.
"Get the fuck out of this house or I will rip out your rib cage and use it as a mobile over my daughter's crib and no one will stop me. Make sure to take your trashy whore friend with you." Isa gritted through her teeth.
"You're fucking crazy!" Phoebe yelled as Marcie helped her off the floor. They grabbed their stuff and left, slamming the front door behind them. With all our attention at the door, we hear a loud thud and turn to see my kitten beating Leo with the same skillet she hit Phoebe with.
"Drawing me naked! Are you fucking kidding me!? After I specifically told you there will never be anything between us! Are you just as stupid as those whores you brought with you!?" She hits him on the arm, in the ribs... when she hits him on the head, he fell to the floor.
"Isadora!" Ric yelled and she froze mid swing. She dropped the skillet and grabbed Leo's shirt, pulling him face to face.
"You ever pull some shit like this again and I won't stop. No matter how much your father yells at me." Letting him go, she angrily sits down at the table, breathing heavy.
"I've had enough! What is wrong with you boy!? We taught you better than that! You don't mess with other people's relationships!" Ric shouts, glaring at Leo.
"I want her! I can't help that I fell in love with her too dad! The heart wants what the heart wants and my heart wants her!" Leo shouted back.
"I'll tell you what my heart wants... yours in my hand while it's still beating." I growled. I tried to charge at him but my brothers held me back.
"Stop! Leo pack your bags, you're going back to London." Esme snapped her fingers.
"No Aunt Esme, he doesn't get off that easy." I said shaking my head at her.
"He is my son!" She screamed.
"I AM THE HEAD OF THIS MAFIA!" My voice boomed and echoed off the walls. Son or not, I am in charge and I will not have my authority questioned. I could feel The Shiv scratching to get out but I held him back. "Father stepped down and gave me the title. I am the head of this family now. Son or not, you will not disobey my orders!" Esme flinched, lowered her head and nodded.
"Mom seriously!?" Leo said shocked. Furious, Esme turned around and slapped Leo hard.
"I told you while you were recovering at the hospital to leave her alone! Did you? No! You just couldn't be happy for her and your cousin! You stupid foolish boy!" Leo began to tear up.
"Mom... I'm sorry."
"It's too late for your apologies." Turning away from Leo, she approached me with tears in her eyes. "Please nephew, whatever you do, please don't kill him. I know you're angry and I'm just as angry, but seeing as you are about to become a father yourself, please keep in mind that he is my child. A stupid child, but mine nonetheless. Please Rafael." She put her hand on my shoulder for a few seconds before walking into Ricardo's arms. I shake my brothers off me and slam my fist into the wall, creating a giant hole.
"FUCK!" I feel a pair of hands grab my arms.
"Look at me." Isa turns me around and grabs my face. I look into those beautiful eyes and feel my body start to loosen up. "I will deal with him." She guides me over to the chair she was sitting in and sits me down. Holding my hand, she turns and faces Leo. "Stay in London. You are never to be around me or Rafael again. If you want to visit your mother and father or anyone else, you make damn sure we are not around when you do. If I or Rafael see you again, it's fair game." I looked at Esme.
"I love you Aunt Esme and you too Uncle Ric, but if I ever see your son again, I will add him to my art collection." I turn to Leo. "The next time I see your face, I will kill you without hesitation. I will straight up murder you. Get out of this house. Your parents will send you your things." I grab onto my kitten and bury my face in her neck and inhaling her sweet scent. Leo gets up and wipes his face.
"Well, since Im already in the deep end, might as well go out with a bang." He looked at Isa. "There will be a day when you will be mine. Mark my words my love."
"GET OUT!" Isa screamed, only making Leo smirk. I tried to make a move but she stood in front of me. With a smile on his face, Leo walked out of the house. After closing the door, everyone left the kitchen. I put my head in my hands and feel her fingers run through my hair, massaging my scalp.
"I'm so sorry baby." I whispered. She leaned me back in the chair and sat in my lap, wrapping her arms around me.
"It's you and me baby. This weekend will be perfect now that he's gone. I am marrying the love of my life and I couldn't be happier." She smiled. I placed my hands on her belly and felt my butterfly kick. I know I can be stubborn, even down right sadistic... but around my girls, I'm a gentle teddy bear. I feel tears burn my eyes and threaten to fall. I try to blink them away before she could see them but she did anyway. "Talk to me baby."
"I should have killed him."
"But..." I stopped her.
"No buts Isa! I should have killed him!" I didnt mean to lash out at her and I could tell she was a little hurt that I did. "Im sorry for yelling baby, but you need to understand, he has incredible determination. When you saw us fighting in the ring, that was only a little determination. He was toying with me. I've seen him fight three guys at once and each time he got knocked down, he got back up with more strength than the first round. I love my aunt and uncle, I would die for them, but he crossed a line and more than once. He insulted me as person, as the head of this mafia and this entire family." She sighed and nodded.
"I understand."
"When he sets his mind on something, he accomplishes it. By letting him walk out of this house, I put your life and our daughter's life in danger. He is capable of a lot more than people give him credit for." I sigh and kiss her. Lingering on her lips, savoring their taste and how soft they feel against mine. "I promise that I will always choose you. No matter who it's against. I will always choose you. I can't live without you. Hell, I can't go five seconds without thinking about you and the urge to be near you all the time is fucking annoying to be honest." She giggles and my nerves shoot fire into my muscles. "You and Aurelia will always come first. I don't care what the situation is or who it involves, my girls come first." She bursts into tears. I grab her and hold her tightly as if it were the last time I could do so. "You are my everything baby, and I will die before I lose you or our baby girl." I put my forehead to hers and closed my eyes. "I love you Isadora."
