My brain starts to turn
With anger–triggering thoughts
Feeling vulnerable
I kicked the chair against the wall.
Then I stop and ponder
Looking at the damages I had made
But now its too late to turn back.
I cried all night thinking
Perhaps,I'm not good enough
I've ran to far
At the point of a dead end.
My systems
My body
Taken by this negative energy.
I'm so unlucky
As People drift away from me
With the impression
That I'm a psycho.
It's been a long comeback
Things where pretty dark for me
But I have a faith now
And it saves my day.
I'm specially writing this poem to those who have anger issues.please and please again, anger is bad, FYI people die from anger.😕😔
