Jungkook passed Jennie a t shirt of his that was basically a dress on her. Bringing him to his amazement at her being a leader.
She was so small and pretty looking and she seemed quite gentle. But maybe that was all on the outside and inside she was more ruthless.
"Thank you" she mumbled as Jungkook just sat and stared at her, but she couldn't handle it, looking anywhere around the room apart from at him. Suddenly she felt like the intimidated one, despite his eyes being full of innocence.
She suddenly felt something being placed around her, jumping at the touch, only to see it was Jungkook wrapping the blanket around her to stop her being cold from the lack of clothing.
"Y'know vampires don't feel the cold" She giggled cutely but Jungkook didn't care.
"I just wanna know you're comfortable" He shrugged and she sighed, nodding her head, but suddenly she caught of whiff.
The smell of fresh human blood was evident and he was so young and pure, his blood was making her more hungry as she gasped and turned away from him.
"Are you okay?" He tried moving towards her but she pushed him back
"Don't" she warned
"I-I need blood" she told him urgently but he didn't know what to do.
"What kind?" He asked, remembering when he was a vampire he ate animal blood from woodland animals.
"I need human blood" she told him
Jungkook sighed, running a hand through his hair as he began to weigh up his options. He couldn't let her just go out and kill someone, that would raise suspicions but also she's too weak to go, the other guys and himself would never bring someone back for her.
So maybe he was her only option.
"Jennie?" Jungkook took her hand, noticing her long nails that complemented her dainty fingers as she turned to him with hunger and want.
He was completely lost in her eyes, the red drawing him in that he forgot what he meant to say, his mind going blank.
It seemed to frustrate her.
"Listen if I don't get out of here now then I'm about to drink your blood and I don't want to do that" She spoke
"Why not?" He asked and she laughed at what seemed like a stupid question, but it was actually one she didn't have the answer to.
"Look, I need to go because you smell so good and-"
"I can't let you go out" Jungkook stood up from the bed, shutting the door as she frowned and stood up.
"And why is that?" She folded her arms with an attitude that came out of nowhere. It was sassy and head strong and he was slowly beginning to realise why she was leader.
But he couldn't answer. It was a question he didn't know the answer to, sitting back on the bed as he stared at her for a moment, only seeing the hunger grow in her eyes, solidifying his decision.
"How much do you need?" He asked
"I don't know" She shrugged
"Enough to kill a person?" He asked with uncertainty but she shook her head.
"We usually kill them so they never remember or tell anybody but the amount we need usually is only enough to make someone a little ill" She spoke
"So they recover?" He asked and she grew annoyed
"Yes they recover what is with all the questions?" She asked a question herself
"Because I'm weighing up my options" He told her as she grew confused.
"What?" She furrowed her brows, but the look on his face, the innocence and kindness in his eyes said it all.
She was in shock. Nobody had ever willingly done this. Nobody was willing to give some of their blood supply to a vampire until him.
"Really?" She asked, sitting next to him and he nodded.
"But what if I can't stop?" She worried but he smirked
"Then we'll have to figure that out when we get to it" He told her and she giggled at his sense of humour. For some reason she got this person whoever he may be and for some reason she felt like she could trust him and he was telling the truth.
"Are you really willing to do this for me?" She asked, Jungkook nodding his head as he took a deep breath.
"Just be as quick as you can please" He spoke with a sudden shake as he titled his neck suddenly to the side.
Jennie sighed, moving to sit next to him against the headboard he was leaning on as she moved in a little closer, the smell of his blood getting stronger, only making it harder and harder to resist.
"This May hurt a little" she told him and he nodded, a vein popping out of his neck that seemed suddenly very inviting.
Slowly her fangs showed as she leaned in, deciding to give him some advice.
"Just relax and it won't hurt so bad" she told him as she could feel how tense and just how scared he was. She could sense the pulse from his beating heart that was pounding like a drum from fear.
She began to trace her nose and lips against his neck, trying to sense where the spot was that wouldn't kill him but would allow access to his blood. Usually it was an awkward place called the sweet spot and that's why she refused to use it, even if it killed the person. But she wanted him alive, so she had to do it.
She managed to trace her nose on it, her lips brushing against his skin as he felt all tingles along his body, his breath hitching when they brushed against the sweet spot on his neck, sending a wave of shivers down his body and she knew it was the right spot.
"Thank you for this" she kissed the mark gently to make sure she was correct, earning another hitch in his throat and she knew she was right.
Her fangs slowly dug into his skin before penetrating through it as fast and painless as she could make it, Jungkook whining in pain as his eyes screwed shut and he tried to hold the tears in his eyes in.
She could already sense he felt the pain as she reached a hand to his waist, drawing little circles over his hip with her finger to try and distract him as best she could.
The pain subsided for a minute before a weird feeling was felt as she began to suck on his skin, allowing the blood to run upwards and past her lips, quenching her thirst and need for blood instantly.
Jungkook was unsure of the feeling, but his body was tense no matter how much he tried to relax, his hand coming and gripping her side which she allowed him to do, feeling the tension in his body and he needed something to hold on to.
She couldn't lie, he tasted very good.
His blood was pure like his eyes and personality and it was fresh and young that vampires craved for but only rarely got.
She knew she'd have to force herself to stop when the time came.
She drunk ounce after ounce of the red liquid that was slowly turning Jungkook's skin pale by the second as she felt his tightened grip by the small sharp stabs of pain from her teeth, but overall, he seemed to take it extremely well.
She felt like she'd had enough for now, too scared she'd take it too far and accidentally kill the sweet human who she could feel growing weak from lack of blood.
She forced herself away.
Instantly she turned away while she wiped the bits of blood around her mouth and licked her fingers that had small trickles of the red liquid down them, her teeth returning to normal as she took a deep breath, feeling much better and under control now.
She turned to Jungkook who was pale and had grown tired, and the bite marks still had blood seeping out of them slowly.
There was a way to stop that but it was usually so intimate that she hated doing it, another reason why she just opted to kill the person.
She leaned back in, Jungkook flinching when he thought she would take another bite, but instead, his face softened when he felt her lips gently kiss over the mark.
They were gentle butterfly kisses and at first he was confused by what she was doing that for, but suddenly he could feel his skin physically mending together from her sweet and gentle kisses and the pain from the little daggers subsiding slightly.
She pulled away, pleased to see it had heeled, even if it had left a purple red mark. She cupped Jungkook's face as he looked at her with a tired smile and she returned it with a full one.
"Thank you" she whispered and she couldn't help but cuddle into his side.
"It's just to make sure you're okay" She told him as her excuse because it partly was. She wanted to feel his heart beat in his chest and the current of his blood flowing properly so she knew he was okay again, but Jungkook relaxed and cuddled her back.
"Don't worry, I actually quite like it" He told her and she couldn't help but smile.
Where had this human boy come from? And why has she had to wait 3000 years for him?

I know I made such a massive deal out of chunking my updates but it's been a busy day and I've only the time for one lol. But one is better than none I think? Maybe?
I re read this chapter and realised I went into detail a bit with the blood and I remember when I was little having a fear of blood even being mentioned, hence the disclaimer for anybody who may feel this way.
Anyway... after so long, I may or may not have FINALLY finished the first draft of the third book of elves.
I so wanna tell you about it, but I'll describe it in three words.
1) Heavy
2) Heartbreaking
3) Intense
