I was on the call to my best friend Claire
We've been bestfriends ever since we were 5 and we grew up living next to each other
Our parents knew each other since they were little as well so that's how we came across one another
She's always had my back and I've always had hers , she was a bestfriend anyone could ask for
her and Grayson were close as well , she would give him advice on me and help our relationship
" Claire did you hear about Chase and Amber " I ask her
Chase and Amber were the popular couple in our high school but they recently broke up because Amber was caught with another guy
Turns out it was chases best friend , Matt
" no what happened " she asked confused
" they broke up because Amber cheated on Chase with Matt " I explain to her
" no way " she gasped out loud
" I know , I was surprised as well when I found out " I told her
Grayson was laying down beside me listening to our conversation since he had nothing else to do
1 hour later
Me and Claire were still talking and Grayson started getting bored
" y/n " he whined
" yes love " I ask him
" I'm bored " he said pouting
I kiss him on the lips and gave him a smile
" Babe im on the phone right now " I said laughing
" I don't care I want attention " he whined
" give me attention " he repeated wrapping his arms around my body as he gave me cute puppy dog eyes with a pout
" seems like Grayson wants some attention " Claire said laughing as she listened to me and Grayson talk
" yeah , I don't blame him though , we've been on the phone for hours " I said laughing
He started showering my face with kisses and love making me smile
I peck his lips and give him a smile before telling Claire something
" I'm going to go because Grayson wants my attention so I'll give him it , we'll talk later love , bye " I told her
" okay y/n , bye . Stay safe ! " she said making me laugh
I end the call and cuddle up with Grayson
" happy " I asked laughing
