To save us from turning into empty shells
Becoming dry wells
Useless and conforming
Completely norming.
Don't waste your time on shooting stars
Because miracles aren't real.
Muscles are
Your mind is a muscle
Use it
Don't waste it away on the stars
they don't know who we are
And they just might be wishing on us, to save them from turning into black holes
One wish doesn't hurt
And I'll do my best not to be curt
Wishes are dirt
Turn them into dreams
Turn the dreams into goals
Waste no pennies on trolls
Stop wishing; start dreaming.
