So much Headcanon stuff over Prussia...
Prussia speaks Lithuanian fluently.
He also speaks Latvian and Estonian but prefers Lithuanian.
He says, he speaks it, because it remembers him of his own language.
His language is slowly dieing, so Prussia forgets how to speak it.
He try to remember it, but even if he could speak it fluently again, no one could understand him.
So he learned Lithuanian.
First, he tried it with Latvian and Estonian, but it's just not the same.
Prussia went to Lithuania and asked him if he could teach him his language.
Lithuania asked him three times if he meant it serious and Prussia answered everytime with yes.
Lithuania sighed and taught him Lithuanian.
Lithuania is proud of Prussia, even though the Hate still lies in him.
He is constantly happy when someone tries to learn Lithuanian, since the language nearly died.
Prussia, calls every country with their Lithuanian name. (Sometimes their Prussian name).
For example calls he Russia, Rusiją (Lithuanian).
But he calls Lithuania, Lietuva (Prussian).
Prussia also has no German accent how he has in the English Dub. He has (who thought it) one like Lithuania, a Baltic one. It makes his voice quiet...calmer. He also doesn't scream as much as shown in the Anime/Manga.
He only is loud when he's with friends.
