as i walk, the moon casts my
shadow in front of me and
two more on my left side.
it has me thinking,
this moonlight haze,
that the only thing that can truly
stalk me in this dusk
is myself in different distortions
and obscurities.
i drag myself into dark alleyways
carve my own skin,
choke myself,
gasp for help.
but in the morning
i am just simply a
dismembered body,
hidden in the dumpster
along with some homeless
mans used needles.
