The next day it seemed that my paranoia had only gotten worse. I hadn't seen Anna at all and I was starting to become anxious. Never had I been left alone for this long.
I quickly went to my locker as the bell rang and then made my way to class. I was almost there when a hand shot out of one of the class rooms and pulled me in.
I gasped in surprise and turned around. The class room was almost st empty except for the one person I was dreading to see. Anna stood there with her arms crossed and an evil grin on her face.
"Well hello Emo Girl. So kind and of you to join me."
She laughed and took a step closer to me. I knew she would show up eventually.
"What, no hello for me? Well that's fine, I'll talk and you listen. I understand that you got the solo in the choir performance. Well my new friend Alyssa should have gotten it instead, no one wants to hear your disgusting voice."
Alyssa?! The teacher's pet? She sounded like someone was strangling her every time she sang. And since when were they friends? I went to speak but she cut me off.
"Listen don't speak. You're going to tell Mr. Jay that you can't do the solo and that Alyssa should get it."
"Why the fuck would I do that?!"
She smirked and leaned in to whisper something to me.
"Because, I know your secret."
