Random life problems

Is it bad that I now kind of HATE being with people? And when I say hate, I mean HATE. My dad gave me 2 options. Treadmill (wich I HATE) or the pool (with my family) and I say TREADMILL all because I don't want to be with them. I still love them tho........I think that I do have a problem that I would choose my solitude over being with the ones I love. I would probably choose solitude over my birthday or CHRISTMAS. I'm NOT ok....My family doesn't see it. They actually probably DO see it and are trying to take action but it is FAILING TERRIBLY. I just wanna tell them sometimes to LEVE ME THE FUCK ALONE.
