Nostalgic
Hindi ko na talaga alam kung ano ang gagawin ko. Nahiga lamang ako sa kama ni Rogue pagkatapos naming ikutin ni Cyan nang buo ang napaka laki nilang kastilyo. Madaldal si Cyan at napaka dami niyang baon na kwento kaya hindi ka talaga mababagot kapag kasama mo siya.
I suddenly remembered my best friend, Mapple. I wonder how she's doing? I hope she's okay. Mapple is the only family that I have left.
"You sighed for the nth time, Woman."
Nanlaki ang mga mata ko at kaagad na napa bangon nang marinig ang baritono niyang boses. Naka tayo si Rogue sa may pintuan. He was leaning on the wall with his arms crossed. He looked obscenely handsome.
"Pwede bang ibalik mo nalang ako sa lupa? Please, Rogue..." nagmamakaawa kong sabi.
His eyes suddenly became cold and void of any emotions. "No. I told you, you're stuck here with us, forever. There's nothing you can do, woman." malamig nitong sabi.
Sinarado nito ang pintuan saka lumangoy siya papunta sa akin. Umupo ako sa kama saka sumadal sa head board samantalang naupo naman siya sa gilid nito. I looked at my tails. Tails...
I still can't digest everything. The fact that I'm now a mermaid, and I'm here in Atlantis where there are kingdoms and royales.
I looked at him when he held the side of my face with his rough and calloused hands. His forehead creased and his eyebrows knitted.
Napanguso ako dahil lalo lamang itong guma gwapo at nagiging makisig kapag galit siya, and I didn't know how many times I have said that but I think I said it more than I should. I looked at his eyes and it was as if he's hypnotizing me.
I waited for this moment, Marina. I won't let anything take you away from me now.
I stiffened when I found myself reading his thoughts! I could do that too?
Naramdaman ko ang pagkalabog ng puso ko at ang mabilis na pag tambol nito sa puntong naihihirapan na akong huminga. Mukhang hindi niya napansin na nabasa ko kung ano ang iniisip niya.
He cupped my face and I was shocked when he took a taste of my lips. Umangat ang sulok nang labi nito at muli akong hinalikan. My eyes widened. I felt my heart fastly rambling just like a ticking time bomb waiting to explode. Kinagat nito ang ibabang labi ko dahilan para mapaungol ako.
He flicked his tongue inside my mouth and kissed me deeper and hungrier. He savoured my lips as if it was the most tastiest thing that he has ever tasted and I was in total shocked and jammed.
Pinakawalan nito ang mga labi ko saka tumitig ito sa mukha ko. "Innocent and I'd like you to stay that way. . . Now go to sleep because tomorrow will be a very long, long day. . ."
I found myself nodding at his every word. He tapped my head and smirked. He tucked me in and I fell asleep with the caress of his hand on my hair.
"Good night, beautiful... I'll keep you warm and safe, so sleep tight." I was too tired and sleepy to even process what he said.
Tinakpan ko ang mga tenga ko ng unan nang malakas na tumunog ang alarm clock! Nakalimutan sigurong patayin ni Mapple!
"Mapple! Turn it down!" sigaw ko.
Someone gently tapped my shoulders. "Wake up, Ate Marina." rinig kong sabi ng isang babae.
"Five more minutes, Mapple." I said and dozed back to sleep pero hindi nito tinigilan ang pag tapik sa braso ko.
I irritatingly sat down with my eyes closed. "Who's Mapple, Ate Marina? My name is Cyan not Mapple." And that woke me fucking up.
Napa tingin ako sa paligid ko at napag tantong hindi panaginip ang nangyare sa akin at nanatili pa rin akong sirena. Napa buntong hininga ako saka tumingin kay Cyan.
"I'm sorry, Cyan. That was my friend. Aayusin ko lang ang sarili ko..." sabi ko dito.
Tumango ito. "It's okay. We'll wait for you downstairs. Breakfast is ready." sabi nito saka ako tumango.
Pumunta ako sa banyo saka inayos ang buhok at mukha ko. Do I even need to take a bath? Fuck. After combing and brushing my teeth, I swam downstairs and found Cyan, Rogue and a handsome looking guy. Siguro ay isa ito sa mga kapatid nila.
"Here, Ate Marina!" sabi ni Cyan at tinapik ang upuan na katabi niya.
Lumangoy ako patungo sa kanya saka naupo sa tabi nito. "Ate Marina, This is Kuya Dark, my older brother." sabi nito.
I looked at Dark and he nodded at me, as a sign of acknowledgment. Tumango rin ako. We ate breakfast and Cyan, as usual has a lot of stories to tell. Si Dark at Rogue ay nanatiling tahimik.
Dark also has silver hair, but unlike Rogue, he's also pale as white like his sister, Cyan. Cyan has green blue eyes, Rogue has crystal blue eyes, and Dark has sky blue eyes. And their bodies, fuck. God forgive me but they make me imagine obscene scenarios in my head!
I looked at Rogue when I realized that he was staring at me while I was staring at Dark! His brows are knitted and his forehead creased. His jaw clenched and his eyes shouts danger. Is he angry? Uh, oh!
Kinagat ko ang labi ko saka yumuko at ipinagpatuloy na lamang ang pagkain ko ng agahan. Nakinig na lamang ako sa mga kwento ni Cyan.
"Kuya Rogue, can I tag Ate Marina, along with me later? I will go to the kingdom of Dawn. I want to introduce Ate Marina to Princess Serenity. . ." sabi nito.
I noticed how Dark froze a bit at the cite of Serenity's name. Tumingin ito sa akin at mabilis naman akong nag iwas ng tingin.
"No. Maybe some other time, Cyan. She and I will be going somewhere important today. I'm sorry, princess. I'll make it up to you, okay?" Rogue calmly said to his sister.
Ngumuso si Cyan. "It's okay, Kuya Rogue. I'll just go with, Nana Sole."
"Alright, sweetie. Don't runaway from your bodyguards or else I'll ground you for a month. Do you understand?" Rogue said with authority.
"Yes, Kuya Rogue." She smiled. "I'll go now so I'll be back before night time. See you later brothers, Ate Marina." She bid goodbye.
Pagkatapos namin kumain ng agahan ay bigla nalamang nawala nang parang bula si Dark. Rogue on the other hand is badly staring at me like I did something wrong. He looked so angry and irritated with his forehead creased, eyebrows knitted and his jaw clenched, though, he's still handsome as ever.
My mouth parted when he smirked and got himself up. "Let's go, Woman."
Tumango lamang ako at sumunod dito. "Saan tayo pupunta?" tanong ko rito.
Knowing Rogue, he did not answered my question and just continued swimming until we head out of the castle. I bite my lips when mermaid and merman's started flocking their eyes at me like I'm some new book that they will want to read.
Rogue stopped and look back at me. He swam towards me and held my hand before continuing swimming to who knows where were off to.
Kumalabog ang puso ko at mabilis itong tumambol. May kung ano akong naramdaman na nagrarambulan sa tiyan ko. What the hell? My heart beat wilder and wilder when I saw him smirk. Bumuntong hininga ako saka umiling.
"Saan tayo pupunta?" tanong ko rito.
Nasa gitna kame ng karagatan at alam ng mga anghel kung gaano ako natatakot ngayon. Everywhere down here is black and cold. I can't see any fishes, nor mermaids. Tumigil ito sa pag langoy at humarap sa akin. Lumambot ang ekpresyon nito nang bumaling sa akin. He looked at me with his tender and deep eyes.
Napasinghap ako nang marahan ako nitong yakapin at niyakap niya ang beang ko gamit ang kaliwa niyang kamay habang ang kanang kamay naman niya ay marahang hinahaplos ang kaliwang pisngi ko gamit ang palad niya.
My eyes widen when he dipped his lips on mine for a kiss. My heart hammered crazily and my stomach feels weird, but in a good kind of weird.
I felt giddy when he started caressing my shoulder and back. He deepened the kiss and slightly nibbled on my lower lip. I encircled my shoulders on his neck and tried to follow the rhythm of his lips.
He groaned when I kissed him back. I felt him smirk and I tightly closed my eyes out of embarrassment.
He looked at me straight when he let me go. Yumuko ako upang iwasan ang tingin nito dahil naramdaman ko ang mabilis na pag init ng mga pisngi ko. I heard him chuckled. He held my chin up. He crouched and captured my eyes.
"Still scared?" His voice was husky and deep.
And that's when I noticed, I wasn't feeling scared anymore. Nahihiya akong ngumiti saka umiling. He bite his lips as he looks at me and he held my hand, intertwining our fingers.
He stole a peck on my lips and smiled. "Don't be scared, I'll protect you..."
Malawak akong napa ngiti. "Hindi mo ba pwedeng sabihin kung saan tayo pupunta?"
He playfully smirked and crooked his head. "Just wait, woman. Are you this impatient?" nanunuya nitong sabi.
Kumunot ang noo ko saka ngumuso. "I am not! I was just asking but if you don't want to answer then it's fine!"
Ngumuso din ito ngunit parang nagtatago ng ngiti. "You'll see, Marina. You'll see."
Napaawang ang labi ko at malakas na kumalabog ang puso ko nang marinig ko siyang banggitin ang pangalan ko. It is his first time saying my name and it sounded so good when he was the one pronouncing it. And I don't know why but I want to hear him say my name more. It felt nostalgic and it gave me warmth.
