hiii everyone— it's me, mar!
i hope everyone is having a great summer so far. are any of you all re-reading rough heart in your free time? hahaha.
the following is something i simply knew the second i stumbled upon it that i had to share with you all, and for all future readers.
the amazingly-talented @cari_arts (on instagram) was kind enough to share this incredible collage she made that was inspired by rough heart. she entered this piece into an art contest in which she won first place. there have been so many wonderful rough heart artworks that have been sent to me (and i could never thank any of you all enough, you are all so, so talented), but this one truly caught my eye. it is simply breathtaking.
@cari__arts, congratulations on a well-deserved first place, and i thank you endlessly for creating something so beautiful that perfectly captures the beauty of ethan and jess. you are truly inspiring. i highly encourage everyone to go over to her instagram and follow her/check out the rest of her stunning work.
