KEY [ PROJ. REP ] : There is an important reason to why you're all gathered here.
KEY [ PROJ. REP ] : We just had our position evaluation stage where the vocalists arranged songs, the rappers wrote their lyrics, and the dancers did the choreography themselves. I will now your rankings from this stage. These are your current standings, without outside votes from private or public, purely from your performances.
KEY [ PROJ. REP ] : First result is for the dance position. Half of the remaining trainees, 17 of them, challenged this category. Who is currently on top and will receive the benefit point?
KEY [ PROJ. REP ] : Seven trainees who performed "Bang Bang", we will now see their current ranking and number of on site votes in total. Please show us the result!

JIANG LIANJIE [ GUEST ] : There was a 'team matching vote' where the Verose Producers voted for a theme or concept that best suited the trainee of their choice. I'm sure you know this by now, but these songs you will be performing have no original singers.
ZHEN XIAOXING [ GUEST ] : That's right. Which means, you'll only be given a demo track and a choreography guide but as the challenge, you trainees will be the one who will create your own stage by distributing your own lines in vocals, and in rap parts and of course, 'arranging the stage' because it's your own song.
JIANG LIANJIE [ GUEST ] : It sounds hard, but it sounds exciting, right?
ZHEN XIAOXING [ GUEST ] : As a personal experience I... [ laughs ] defeated our sexy king on the show, Zhenhou, who went here earlier by performing three straight sexy concepts back at our show, and well, I converted most Solstice members to my fanboys.
JIANG LIANJIE [ GUEST ] : Is that something to brag about? [ to the girls ] He's being too greasy, don't mind him. That's self proclaimed.

JIANG LIANJIE [ GUEST ] : [ ignoring ] Moving on, there will be four concepts, and there will be 8-10 members on each concept as the show haven't started your 2nd ranking announcement yet. But, after it, I'm sad to tell that not all of you will be able to perform the concept you'll be grouped into now.
ZHEN XIAOXING [ GUEST ] : You may be eliminated, you may be moved to another team, anything could happen. But fear not, as long as you work hard, the end result is also important. I was at the lineup during our first ranking announcement, but at the 2nd and 3rd ones, my rank kept on falling and slowly, I fell out of the lineup. But I never stopped believing and look at where I am right now, a Solstice member standing right in front of you.
JIANG LIANJIE [ GUEST ] : I was 9th at the first announcement, but I dropped to the middle of the rankings during the 2nd and 3rd, and I 'graduated'...? As the 5th ranked member, so it was really a surprising feeling.

DA KYUNGHEE [ 5/YGK+ ] : I really like the choreography! And well, it would probably would be the only song that would suit me.

KIM JIYEON [ 14/FNC ] : Yeah, I'd like to avoid these type of concepts where I have to act all bubbly and cute. They're just not for me.
JUNG AHYOUNG [ 11/FANTAGIO ] : I feel like I'll look awkward doing this song. I'd look really out of place if I get to perform this with cuties and soft babies━
LIM NARI [ 3/FANTAGIO ] : I've never tried something cute like this song... it would be a great way to experiment and see if I'll suit this!

This song talks about the excitement you feel when you meet other trainees for the first time, and promising that you will meet one another one day too.

HONG YUEN [ 17/GRAMARIE ] : It's really pretty, and it doesn't have many difficult dance moves that could make me go out of breath.

some notes :
please don't misunderstand the "you can send your active check answer after your hiatus" part. i'm allowing you to if you have sent me a note of inactivity, but if it's not within the dates of when you told me when you'll be gone, i can't add it to your on site scores (because i these edits take a lot of time and i have to do some of it in advance so i can't re-edit to fit any last minute submissions that you'll able to send later than what you originally told me). yeah,, i sounded really confusing there and it probably didn't make sense. but moving on...
another solstice boys appearance :)) ilysm. if i ever create another survival applyfic after this, i'll make the final lineup verose girls appear (i'm still thinking about it because i may be busy, but i guess i can hope!)
oh and if you have any problems, please please please, private message me. if it's something minor, a mistake at a photo, a mistake at a trainee's entertainment, etc. those are minor issues and i'm probably just confused one time but if you have noticed that i'm doing it more than once, please kindly get my attention through private message. i'd appreciate it more and i'll think of it as a way that you care, instead of just letting things be. i do feel really bad about it if i'll be the one to notice it myself without someone even telling me.
