Into the abyss of liquid mist
Lungs made of fire
A stroke of the arm
Causes ripples in seconds
Awaiting the noise above
Awaiting the sensation of oxygen
Awaiting the cracks of lightning
That trail up her sleepy soul
She steps out of the water
And her damp footsteps are
