Jack and I made up to the floor and when we stepped off into the room
There wasn't anyone on the floor so we came back to the elevator and went down to the business floors to find Cadence, Jayson and Carter
Both Jack and I went to Carters office he wasn't there his assistant said he had gone to see Jayson so off we went to find them
We found Carter in Jayson office talking they were surprised to see both of us
"What are you doing down here not that I don't mind you down here " Carter asked as he kissed me and hugged me
Jayson did the same thing
" I got a call from my mother a few minutes ago she said that Gavin was coming for me that he was going to bring me back to where I belonged , I told her I was married now and Gavin can't come into the country she said that he is traveling by an alias" I tell them
" I have already told Trent and Dylan , Trent is calling in a favor he's bringing in Kyle, Henry and Jace "
" Good we are going to need all the help we can get with him , Annabelle does he have any friends that would help him in anyway "
" Besides the sleazy lawyer he has no most everyone sees what Gavin is besides my mother who just sees dollar signs " I tell them
" Cadence should be done with his meeting in thirty minutes I'll text him and tell him what is going on and to meet us to discuss a plan ,I'll notify Security and Have Dylan get me a picture of Gavin to distribute out as soon as possible this is considered a National threat as of this moment " Carter said

"Annabelle you are the Queen of Adadar and a Threat was made to kidnap you , by this afternoon the world will know who made it and what we will do if he tries to do it " Jayson said

As we waited for Cadence to either text back or show up I kept getting that feeling in my stomach that something is wrong
Pacing the room because I can't sit still , Security is coming in and out getting their assignments and information on Gavin all heads of Security have been sent the picture of Gavin via text
It's been over an hour since the meeting should have ended no text from Cadence which is making the knot in stomach twist even more
Needing Air or to punch something I asked to go back upstairs to our floor
Jack went with me taking the elevator up in silence
Stepping off the elevator
I made him stop
Putting my finger to my mouth to shhh him
" I smell his cologne "

His eyes go wide pulling his gun from his back readying the chamber
" You stay here " he tells me
" No I'm going with you "
" Annabelle No stay here " he says as he reaches down at his ankle and unstraps another gun handing it to me

I watch Jack go from room to room clearing it then comes back to the living room we both look at each other and let out the breath we have been holding
I go to the kitchen to grab a bottle of water that's when I see a note

" He was here he left a note " I say pointing to the note on the table
" Fuck " Jack said
He pulled out his phone
" Hey we have a situation, He made it to the private floors left a note , Pull all video access to elevator for the last two hours Now "
He hung up the phone
"Come On lets get back down to Carters office"
I handed him the gun he gave me back to him he put it back on his ankle I grabbed a bottle of water then we headed back down to Carters office
Once at the office I hear Carter Bark that the Whole palace is on lock down no one in or out any body that doesn't work here is to be rounded up and put in the main Ballroom once that is done they will start to send them home
Any one that does work here in the palace is go to their assigned floor and wait then the security team do floor by floor check then send them home
" Has Cade texted yet " I asked as I came into the office
" No Baby he hasn't but his phone is pinging that he's still at the meeting location "
" I don't like the feeling I have in my stomach right now " I say to them
" What feeling " Jayson Asked In concern as he came over to me taking me into his arms
"I don't know it's hard to explain my stomach is in knots right now until I see Cade come through that door and I have all three of you in the same room This knot is going to stay there "

" Have you not checked your phone" We all asked him

" Gavin is here , he made his way up to our floor and left a note " Carter says to him
"What " he growls I feel it through my whole body
Cadence put me down but didn't let go of me
" Yes Annabelle got a call from her mother stating Gavin was coming for her , Annabelle told her mother that Gavin was flagged so he couldn't get into the country but She said he was flying under an Alias and that's when Annabelle realized he was already here in the country , Her and Jack went to find you couldn't so they came and found us that's when we went on lock down but he had made his way upstairs left a note they found it when they went up " Carter explains to Cadence
" We have distributed his picture to all of the security teams and the news media " Jayson said
"Trent has Kyle and Jace working on the video feed to see how he got upstairs " Carter said
" We need to move her to the country home now , Jack take her back upstairs to grab a bag then take her out of the palace through the service elevators use the one of the laundry bins Annabelle you are to get in it with your bag and then Put clean towels over her to make it look like you are just taking the laundry down Incase he has inside people which I'm sure he does , Jack Tell Trent to move Neeva too anywhere he wants to take her is fine " Cadence said
" Okay I will , Come On Annabelle "
"Wait why do I have to run from him "
"Annabelle " they all growl
" Fine Fine I'll go but let me warn you three I'm not happy about this and when I'm not happy it means no sex " I say as I walk to the door
" If it means keeping you safe then I'll take the no sex for awhile Kitten "
Going back upstairs Jack got off the elevator on Neevas floor he knew Jace was upstairs in our floor he wanted to get the laundry cart and change clothes to make it as legit as possible
There was a Tall Black Haired Guy sitting on the couch when the doors opened he looked up from his laptop
" They said you were beautiful and I will have to say they are right I'm Jace "

" Nice to meet you now go get packed " he says
" Yes sir" I say
Who say a woman can't pack in five minutes I know I did it was all shoved into a backpack I figured it was the smallest thing to take with me
Coming out of the bedroom down the hallway to the living room
Jack had arrived with the big ass cart
He lifted me up and put both me and my backpack in the cart covering me up with some clean towels and sheets
When he moved the cart I sort of squealed I wasn't expecting it

We rolled into the elevator then down on flight out then over to the service elevator and out
He pushed it up a ramp into the back of some vehicle then I heard the doors close
"Stay under until I tell you to come out"
What felt like forever Jack finally let me get out of the cart when I climbed out I was in a Van going up to the front of it and climbing over the seats into the front with him
I saw that we were out of the city
" How Long is the drive"
" Three hours so sit back and relax "
It took over three hours because I had to pee and was hungry so when we stopped in one of the small towns to pee Jack got me some food then went on our way
Pulling into a long driveway that was lined with different plants and shrubbery we make it to the end I see this beautiful home

" Yeah I know the first time I came out here I thought the same thing , it has six bedrooms six bathrooms a pool "

We go in and the place is spotless
" My Queen " a Voice said from the right
I see an older woman with an apron on
" This is Aria she takes care of the place " Jack says as he hugs her

She just laughed with a smile on her face
" Go get settled in dinner will be ready in an hour show her the Sheikhs room " She waves us on

Jack lead me down the hallway to the room I would be staying in
