The door shut just leaving both Dave and I in the room, after he had dismissed everyone
"Igh what we need to talk about" I said not really knowing what to talk about.
"So you cheated on her?" He asked in a calm voice it was kinda weird to me because that's your daughter why aren't you mad.
" yeah basically, you're not mad or some?" I looked at him as he began stroking his beard
" Nahh i ain't mad, I just don't like how you take my daughter for a joke. How would you like if someone did the same shit you did to her to my grand daughter" when he said that it really hit home because I'll be pissed off if someone did that to my daughter.
" I'll—" before I could even finish talking he had cut me off
"Nahh save that shit man you wouldn't be nothing because you can't change shit. Just how I can't change the way how she feel or they way you've treated her. You can't change it you just gotta go with the flow and think about how your do better in the future for her". He got up to give me a pat on the shoulders and just left
