-Peter POV-
I just finished a successful night of patrolling trough the quiet street of Queen and am now on my way home. It was a busy night, not that I mind it, I stopped a shop robbery, two car robberies, stopped a fight and I helped a really nice old lady cross the street. Aunt May is probably already asleep and I better be home fast because I have school tomorrow, to be specific I have a field trip to Stark Tower and I'm not looking forward to it at all.
''There seems to be a problem two blocks south from you're location, Peter'' KAREN informs me and I start swing to the location to check out what was wrong. Sleep can wait a little bit longer, this shouldn't take too long.
When I reach the location that KAREN gave me I see a person with a black mask, probably a man based on his big build, with a gun pointed to another man who was taking small steps backwards. I land on the building beside the ally and wait for the perfect moment to take action.
I jump off of the building that I was standing on and in between the man with the gun and the other man. ''Hallo Mr. Criminal, did you're parents never tell you that you shouldn't play with guns. You know that you could hurt someone with that.'' I tell him while pushing his gun to the side.
''I advise you to move spiderboy or I will shoot you're brains out.'' The man pointed his gun to my head and I push it again away from me. ''How unrespect full. My name is Spiderman not spiderboy. You write it as s p i d e r M A N not s p i d e r B O Y. Got it?'' I can see that the man is starting to get irritated by me and that I should work fast, just to be safe.
I turn to get a better took at the other man and take my eyes off of the gun for a second realize that the man is my science teacher, Mr. Harrington. What is he doing here? Before I could question it I feel my spidey senses go off and turn back to the armed man. I see him pull the trigger at me and I try to dodge the bullet but wasn't fast enough.
The bullet goes into my shoulder. He was going to shoots again, but I web him to the wall. Sadly he still shot and this time it hits my leg. I web his hand so that he can't shoot again and take the gun. I turn back to Mr. Harrington to check if he was okay. ''Are you okay, Sir?
''Yes, I'm fine thank you. Are you okay trough? I should call an ambulance.'' Mr. Harrington takes his phone out of his jacket and was about to call an ambulance but I stopped him before he could do that. ''Nononono, You don't have to, I will be okay. Could you call the police for me?'' I ask him and before he can answer I shoot another web to the top off the building and swing myself away from the crime scene.
I get a few streets away before I collapse in a dark ally. ''KAREN, can you please do a body scan?''
''Okay Peter, I will tell you the results when I'm done.'' I nod my head a little and then look down at my leg and shoulder and put pressure on them to try and stop the bleeding a little bit, because I'm bleeding more than I would like to admit. It hurt so much. I hope that Mr. Harrington called the police and that he is okay.
''Peter, I seems like the bullets didn't hit any organs, but you're bleeding out and should get medical attention immediately. I can't contact Mr. Stark, because the bullet damaged the suit. What would you like me to do?''
''It's okay, I... I will... call... Mr. Stark...''

My head hurts and I feel numb and cold. What happened. I open my eyes and see that I'm still in the ally were I fell last night. I look at my shoulder and leg and see that I lost a lot of blood, but that the wound aren't bleeding that much anymore. ''KAREN how long have I been here?''
''You lost consciousness around 2.25 AM and it is now 7.45 AM, meaning that you have been here for 5,5 hours. You lost a lot of blood and I advise you to call Mr. Stark right now.'' She sound very serious and concerned. I take out my phone and I call Mr. Stark.
''Hey kid, what do you need?''
''Hallo Mr. Stark, I have a little problem...''
''How many times do I need to tell you to call me Tony. What's wrong? FRIDAY told me that she lost contact with KAREN.''
''Yeah, I might have... Kind of got shot... last night.''
''You got shot? How bad is it?''
''In the shoulder and leg, the wound stopped bleeding for the biggest part, but I lost a lot of blood.''
''Do you know where you are?''
''I'm maybe 13 minutes from the tower, I think. I'm not completely sure to be honest.''
''I'll ask FRIDAY to track you're phone. Stay there I will come and get you.''
''That is n-''
''Peter.''
''I'll see you soon Mr. Stark.''
-3 person POV-
Tony walks out of his lab and to his Iron Man suit and gets ready to go and get his kid. ''FRIDAY, alert Bruce to prepare the medical bay and did you find out where Peter is?''
''Yes Boss, I will inform Mr. Banner and I will show you his location in a second.'' Answered FRIDAY to a concerned Tony. Not long after he see a map with a red dot where Peter is now. Tony flies out of the tower and to Peter's location. When he arrives he's shocked with what he saw. Peter was sitting against a wall in a dark alley with a lot of blood around him and just like he said with two bullet wound.
Tony land in front of Peter and goes down to one knee to check the boy that is like a son to him. ''Kid, you need to stay awake for me. Can you do that?'' Peter had a hard time processing what Tony told him, but nodded anyways.
''FRIDAY, make a scan of Peter and send it to Bruce so that he knows what to expect when we arrive at the tower.'' Tony told his AI while he took the injured boy bridal style in his arms and took off to the tower.

Bruce was working in his lab and setting things ready for the tour group that would come by today. He was almost done when he hears the door for his lab open. He looks up and sees that the tour group had arrived and he heart the tour guide talk to him. ''Hallo Mr. Banner, this is Midtown School of Science and Technology and they are here for a tour.''
The class was shocked that they were able to meet one of the Avengers, who wouldn't they save the world so man times. Bruce on the other hand was thinking about what the guide just said. ''Isn't that peter's school?''
''You know Mr. Parker?'' The teacher, Mr. Harrington, asked in shock. He hurt rumors go around that Peter was faking an internship at SI, I mean who would believe a high schooler has a internship by one of the biggest companies at the moment where they don't give high schoolers internships, can you blame him that he doesn't believe that he has one.
''Of course, I know Peter. He is one of the smartest people that I have ever met and he is an intern here. Why didn't he tell you?'' Bruce raised an eyebrow at the teacher who was turning red out of embarrassment.
''He did, but nobody except for MJ and me believed him. They all say that the internship is fake even through we told them that it was real.'' Ned defended Peter. ''Do you by any chance know were Peter is? He wasn't at school this morning?''
''He wasn't at school? I haven't seen h-''
''Mr. Banner, Boss asked me to inform you to get the medic bay ready, because Peter is injured.'' FRIDAY interrupted him before he could finish his sentence. Everyone in the room became silent after that, 'what happened to Peter' 'how does FRIDAY know Peter', but most of all 'what is Peter's relationship with the Avengers that he comes here when he is injured'.
Bruce was the first to snap out of it and rushed our of his lab and to the medical room to prepare for when they arrive. Ned and MJ were hot on his tale concerned for there best friend. The rest of the class also followed them, not sure what to do and not wanting two of there classmates/students to run off somewhere on their own.
They were now all in the medical room and not long after an hologram appeared and FRIDAY started to talk again. ''It's seems like Peter was shot in the shoulder and in the leg. He lost a lot of blood and need stitches immediately.'' Bruce started to get all the stuff he needed to help the kid while the class was still standing there, not knowing what they're supposed to do now unlike their teacher who was thinking about last night accident with Spiderman. Spiderman was also shot in the shoulder and in the leg, he wanted to call an ambulance, but Spiderman was gone before he could do so.

Tony was trying to go to the tower as fast as he can, while trying to help Peter stay awake. Peter was trying to stay awake, but the urge to close his eyes was so strong that it was hard to not do it. In the end he lost the battle to stay awake and was greeted by darkness once again.
Tony was freaking out when Peter closed his eyes and he wouldn't wake up. FRIDAY told him that he still has a heartbeat, luckily for him they arrived at the tower and immediately goes to the medical room were Bruce was. When he reached the room he sees a big group of kids standing there, but ignores them and goes inside and puts Peter on one of the beds.
They class is confused and worried. They just saw the Tony Stark in his Iron Man suit walking into the medical room with an unconscious Spiderman. There was a lot off blood and Mr. Harrington felt a lot of guild even through it isn't his fault. Spiderman save his life and now he was hurt and maybe even dying.
Tony got out of the suit and walked to Peter to take off his mask so that they could examine him. They heard the group behind them and notice that they were standing there. The tour group now knows that Spiderman is there classmate and the scientist couldn't do anything about it. They chose to ignore it for now and go back to working on Peter's injuries.
After they made sure that Peter was stable and the wound where stitched they turned to the now calm tour group and started to explain to them who Peter was and that they aren't allowed to tell anyone about it. When Peter's injuries were completely healed he went back to school Flash stopped bullying him and that didn't go unnoticed by the rest of the school. The weekend there was an preconference where he told the world that he is Spiderman. The news spread like wild fire, but after some time the news calmed down and things went back to normal.
