i looked over at ethan who was editing for his youtube video. i was on his bed and looked at my phone and just texted my best friend, b/f/n.

y/n: just with ethan. he's editing stuff for his video

i was bored so i played random music on my phone and put the volume to the max. i didn't realized that the song i picked was 'Best Friend' by Jason Chen, until i heard the lyrics,
do you remember when i said i'd always be there?

ethan then ran over and paused the song coming from my phone. he then sat on the bed next to me and said,

he then mumbled something, but i heard it perfectly.

then smiled and replied,
"yeah. i like you too"
he then looked at me with wide eyes and said,
"really?!"
i smiled even more.
"obviously"
he then forgot about editing and we cuddled on his bed.
