Madara was standing in front of Garp. They didn't do anything, just starring.
A leave that was falling from a tree marked the start of the fight between the two.
The moment the leave touched the cracked ground the two jumped towards each other.
In mid-air, Garp launched an armament infused fist towards Madara who defended himself with his Gunbai infused with Haki.
The clash of armament made all the trees around crack. Madara right after he touched the ground jumped immediately to Garp that had just touched the ground.
He charged to Garp with his Gunbai. He waved his weapon vertically while Garp defended using his arms. Garp kicked Madara in the stomach right after.
Madara defended himself using armament in the stomach.
Madara gasped from the blow "Good, very good" Madara smile while stroking his stomach. Even using the armament, he felt the blow in his insides.
"You too, I thought that giant fan you carried with you was just for decoration" Garp smiled at Madara
"Let me show what this "Giant fan" can do" Madara raised his armament infused Gunbai and swung it with might. A gust of wind was created by the swing. Garp raised his arms enveloped with Haki to defend himself.
The wind generated by the Gunbai was powerful, the trees behind Garp were cut clean.
Garp's sleeves were cut instantly by the wind. "Well, that was unexpected" He looked at the teared sleeves of his suit then smiled at Madara "I never thought you will be an expert at Haki in a short amount of time"
Madara just looked at Garp with a smile on his face. "Well, training every day with kids that improved at a tremendous speed actually paid off"
"I am sure it did" Garp took his jacket and made a huge grin "I will get serious now"
"I was waiting for you to say it"
"Well, Soru" Garp disappeared instantly.
Madara blocked a blow that was aimed to his head with the Gunbai just a few centimeters before it reached him. He sensed how Garp moved at a high speed and defended instantly, he doubted his eyes.
'Shushin?!' Madara thought when seeing how Garp moved.
Garp jumped backwards after his attack was blocked.
"What was that?!" Madara yelled at Garp.
"Well, it is something called the Rokushiki, that is all I can say to you, more important" Garp pointed at the Gunbai "This is a men's fight, we should fight only with our fists"
Madara looked at the Gunbai then looked at Garp "I can't disagree with you, well then, let me indulge you" He threw the Gunbai a few meters away.
"That is more like it" Garp said making a fighting pose
"Let me try something, Soru" Madara said an instantly disappeared.
"WHAT?!" Garp exclaimed. He felt a heavy blow in his back that made him lose his balance.
Garp immediately jumped to gain distance from Madara. He looked surprise to Madara.
"HOW?!" Garp exclaimed. "HOW YOU LEARNED SORU?!"
"Looking at you" Madara smiled, it was obviously a lie. He just said Soru to despise Garp, what he truly did was use the principle of Shushin no Jutsu. But also, with his Sharingan, he could copy every technique Garp did. It was never hurts getting new techniques to his repertoire.
"Well, now you truly are going to become a marine" Garp squeezed his knuckles "I can't let you go out with the Rokushiki to the sea"
"Only if you can make" Madara replied.
The two looked at each other with a smile. "Soru!" The two shouted at the same time, disappearing and reappearing in mid-air colliding their fist.
And enormous boom generated another earthquake through the entire island.
"Another one, what the hell is happening" Gyoru came out of his store looking around to the rest of the villagers.
Makino came out of the bar she was working on and looked at the mayor. "Mayor! What is happening?!"
"I don't know!" The mayor yelled.
Makino looked at the Mountain Colubo with a troubled face.
Even in the capital, the earthquake felt heavily.
"WHAT IS GOING ON?! ANSWER ME?!" The king Sterry demanded to his counselor.
In the Mt. Colubo, the earthquake felt greater.
"DADAN! WHAT'S HAPPENING!" Dogra yelled
"IT FEELS LIKE THE MOUNTAIN IS GOING TO EXPLODE!" Magra shouted
The house shuddered by the earthquake.
Dadan was calm smoking her cigar while looking outside. "Madara…Garp" She whispered.
She knew how the relationship between Madara and Garp worked. They respected each other as warriors and as the 3 children's tutors. But deep inside, they both longed for a fight, a fight between fierce warriors.
Back with Madara and Garp, the two of them were exchanging blows back and forth with their fists enveloped in Haki. Every collision made the island tremble, but for them, the island didn't exist. For them, it was just one and the other.
"Soru!" The two of them screamed again and again, moving at extreme speed that human eyes couldn't follow. The two of them were suspended in mid-air after the collision.
"Geppo!" Garp jumped in mid-air and aimed a punch to Madara's face.
"I see…. Geppo!"Madara evaded jumping in the air in the same way Garp did. "Geppo" Madara pushed himself towards Garp using the impulse generated by Geppo. They clashed their arms and a huge shock resonated though all the mountain.
"Can you please stop stealing my techniques?" Garp joked.
"Make me" Madara replied.
He knew how the techniques worked just by looking at them, he was an experienced warrior, even without his sharingan, his observation skills were super human.
They distanced themselves and jumped again in mid-air towards each other "Geppo!" the two shouted and impulse in the air.
"Geppo!" Garp jumped again going higher than Madara "Try imitating this, Rankyaku!" Garp kicked the air the air sending a powerful blade made of compressed air.
'I can make beginner Jutsus more powerful than that' Madara though.
"Watch me, Rankyaku!" Madara threw a projectile with the same technique Garp used.
The two air blades clashed releasing an explosion sound. The two them jumped towards each other using Geppo and started another exchange of blows. Garp evaded one of Madara's blow using Soru at short distance pushed his finger.
"Shigan!" Garp thrusted his finger in the middle of Madara's chest.
Madara spitted blood after the injure he received.
They distanced themselves, Madara was breathing heavily. The Shigan he received caused a lot of internal damage.
"You caught that?" Garp joked.
"No, but what about you?" Madara pointed to Garp's ribs.
Garp suddenly felt a strong pain in the point Madara was pointing, then he remembered that while was thrusting his finger in Madara's chest, the long-haired man took this chance to deal a blow.
"You damned! That actually hurts!" Garp exclaimed
Garp was stroking his ribs, Madara immediately jumped towards him using Soru. "Don't get distracted in the middle of a fight" He punched Garp in the face throwing him a few meters away.
Madara was already healed of the Shigan he received.
Garp stood up slowly looking to Madara. "You are better than I expected" He made a huge grin
"You too, for your age, you are still a fearsome warrior" Madara complimented.
"Let's stop this chit-chat and continue of fight" Garp clenched his fists infusing them with armament
"You read my mind, old man" Madara did the same.
Madara truly respected Garp as a warrior. From what he has heard, he is someone that has fought against legends in this world, including the former king of pirates Gold Roger, which makes him one of the most powerful warriors on the world, he could even be the most powerful. Accomplishing all that without a devil fruit.
"Soru!" The two shouted
Madara and Garp both jumped towards each other, repeating the process even in the air, on the ground, circling through the trees, launching blows that could easily break an island in half one after another.
The mountain itself started to show cracks thanks to the exchange between the two warriors.
Seconds passed, minutes passed, hour passed, for them, time didn't exist, none of them flinched. They both were smile while exchanging blows, enjoying the smell of a good battle, the blood pressure increasing, the adrenaline being injected into their blood torrent, a blissful feeling for the two.
The two of them exceled a mastery of Haki, reinforcing their fist, legs, chest, even their entire bodies to take the advantage.
Madara didn't used any Jutsus or any Kekkei Genkai, he thought that would make it dependent, his main error during his time in the shinobi world. In this world, none of that existed, yet there were powerful beings like the one standing in front of him, which made Madara happy, he was able to prove himself he was a warrior, without the necessity of Jutsus.
"I am happy! Very happy!" Madara shouted "I haven't felt like this a long time"
"Me too! Madara!" Garp replied "I haven't felt like this since Roger died"
"Then show me! Monkey D. Garp, show me the strength that fought against the king of pirates, show me the power of a hero"
"Then, let me show you!" Garp raised his arms enveloping them with Haki, his entire body then was enveloped with armament. He jumped towards Madara using Geppo "ROKUOGAN!" he placed his fists in front of Madara and focused all his physical strength towards Madara, then, he launched a large shock wave.
Madara tried blocking raising in front of him his arms enveloped with armament, but even he knew it wasn't enough to defend himself, so he also enveloped his chest and torso. Even using that, Madara could felt how all his internal organs were torn apart inside him, causing internal damage. Madara spitted rivers of blood. He hasn't felt like this since he fought against the ninja with a strange haircut who was able of almost kill him in his ten tails form.
'This guy…...He truly is one of the most powerful of the world, of maybe he IS the most powerful, even with Susanoo I would have had trouble against him, truly magnificent' Madara thought while smiling.
The Rokuogan's shockwave went through Madara and continued towards the mountain that was behind him. The shock made a giant hole in the middle of the mountain almost immediately.
"WHAT JUST HAPPENED?!" One villager screamed
"LOOK, THE MOUNTAIN!"
"A BIG HOLE APPEARED ALL OF THE SUDDEN?!"
"WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING RIGHT NOW?!"
Madara stood from the debris caused by the giant, he looked at the hole formed in his shirt and the big bruise that formed in his chest. He wiped his mouth covered in blood and looked at his hand now covered.
"ha, ha, ha…ha, ha, ha!…HAHAHAHAHAHA!…HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Madara laughed hysterically and looked at Garp with his eyes with open and a huge smile on his face "Yes! Yeees! YEEEEES! WONDERFUL! TRULY WONDERFUL! I EXPECTED NO LESS FROM YOU! MONKEY D. GARP!"
Garp looked at Madara, he felt the same way too. He knew his opponent was someone worth of his praise.
"BWAHAHAHAHA! YOU TOO MADARA! THE ONLY ONE THAT WAS CAPABLE OF SURVIVING THAT ATTACK WAS NO OTHER THAT ROGER HIMSELF! YOU ARE A GREAT WARRIOR YOURSELF! BWAHAHAHAHAHA"
"YOU CRAZY OLD MAN! I ALMOST DIED WITH THAT!" Madara took off his teared shirt and looked at what "OUR DANCE IS NOT OVER YET!"
"YES! YOU'RE RIGHT!" Garp took hit shirt too, revealing a muscular old body full of scars
The two of them launched towards each other in a supersonic speed using Geppo reinforcing their legs with armament for a boost. They clashed in the middle of the air, their fight continued for another hours.
The exchanging of blow was greater this time, they now knew the capabilities of the other, and didn't hold back using the Haki nor the Rokushiki
"WATCH THIS! SHIGAN!" Madara shouted thrusting his finger in Garp's stomach.
"YOU DAMN LAD! DON'T LET YOUR BACK WIDE OPEN!" Garp grabbed Madara's arm that was thrusting his stomach concentrated all his Haki in the palm of the other hand. He aimed his hand towards Madara's back launching him to the ground at supersonic speed.
The impact caused all the mountain downwards to crack.
Garp stroke the hole made by the Shigan of Madara in his stomach while he was falling to the ground.
"YOU DAMNED! YOU CONCENTRATED YOUR HAKI TO THE POINT OF YOUR FINGER!" Garp smiled towards Madara.
"YOU DID THE SAME WITH YOUR PALM AND YOU DON'T SEE ME COMPLAINING, OLD MAN!" Even with Madara's regenerating abilities, the amount of damage Garp caused him was difficult to heal, it will take more than a few seconds to heal, maybe hours.
The two of the tried to use armament but it didn't work.
"IT SEEMS YOU DEPLETED YOU HAKI, OLD MAN!"
"YOU TOO, BASTARD!"
"THEN LET'S SETTLE THIS RIGHT NOW!"
"YEAH!"
It was already midnight. Their fight was something in a whole different level, the only adjective that could describe the two warriors was 'MONSTERS'.
The two ran towards each other, seeing who will fall first.
