STAFF : 'A' class trainees, please step on the center part of the stage.

WHO IS PROJECT VEROSE'S "PICK ME" CENTER . . . ?
A DAY BEFORE PROJECT VEROSE'S STAGE PRACTICE, 40 TRAINEES HAVE BEEN ASKED TO GATHER ON ONE VENUE WITH PROJECT REPRESENTATIVE, KEY !
KEY [ PROJ. REP ] : I've been with 'A' class trainees after the re-evaluation before I called everyone to come here. We have eight of them whose final grade is 'A'. They will be our candidates for Project Verose's "Pick Me" center.
KEY [ PROJ. REP ] : But of course, only one of them will get it. And it will be your choice.
KEY [ PROJ. REP ] : A center's task is to make a great impression not only for herself, but also for everyone and the show. The chosen center will have an advantage for the next mission, and will also be receiving additional 100,000 points for the first ranking announcement.

KEY [ PROJ. REP ] : Of course, they are not allowed to vote. Trainees in class 'B', 'C' and 'F' will be the ones to choose who is fitting for the position.
JOO EUNHWI [ B/FANTAGIO ] : I'll fill it out thinking that the name I'll write down will debut soon. I have to evaluate them very carefully.
WU ZHI RUO [ C/YUEHUA ] : Time to be on the mentor's shoes. I now know how they feel, this is hard. Just like we all wanted an 'A' before this, they all want to be the center, it's hard to not to be able to vote for all of them.

To 'A' class trainees, I hope nobody would promote personally to other trainees. Let them have the freedom to pick.

KEY [ PROJ. REP ] : Who is going to be Project Verose's "Pick Me" center?
HOPING NOBODY FORGOT, THE "SPECIAL RULE" !
KEY [ PROJ. REP ] : Project Verose has a special rules that you haven't heard before. One of this will be what we call, 'mini centers'.
KEY [ PROJ. REP ] : 'B', 'C' and 'F' classes will have someone to take the center most position on where they will be standing for our opening performance. They wouldn't receive any benefit like 'main center' but they are acknowledged as who performed the best in their class and this can give them extra exposure.
KEY [ PROJ. REP ] : Since their case is special, the mentors and I will be the ones to choose which trainee should represent her class. I did say there would be more to this rule, so you should stay tuned to find out.

some notes :
this chapter was shorter than the usual. even though i'd like to add more and make next chapters in advance, i'm stuck because even i don't know who the majority will choose as their center, lol. it's 100% your choice!
i never intended for the center to have additional points, but i just thought that it would be ironic if a trainee become the center but during the first ranking announcement, she was ranked 30th, or something. most 'centers' get higher ranks because of their 'exposure'.
majority decided on 8 trainees should be on 'A' class. the 9th trainee who almost made it in to that class, will be the center of 'B'. same is applied to 'C' and 'F'. maybe you dropped or you stayed in your class but hey, maybe your girl is her current class' center, who knows.
key's last line implies that there's more to being in 'B', 'C' or 'F'. it will be applied in the next mission... you'll find out :)
oh and a 'center' each class is actually a thing, but only for 'A' and 'F'. it was lee daehwi and bae jinyoung's case during pd101s2 (reference, wanna one go) so i decided to make one each class!
^ okay so it's not really 'unique' because it's actually a 'thing', but i've never seen any survival applyfic do this so far so i guess i can still say you can only see this on "project verose"...? (lol correct me if i'm wrong)
