Savannah's POV
*next morning*
I woke up, for a shower then walked downstairs. I saw Colby setting on the counter he looked restless. I didn't say anything
I got a bottle of water, he didn't speak he looked at me and we made eye contact for a second or 2 But I looked away, I looked around for my backpack
Fuck.. I'm late to get Brennen!
Colby watched as I struggled to find the bag
He went upstairs I just rolled my eyes and sighed. My life sucks.
I got tapped on the shoulder
Colby stood there with my bag
"Thanks." I grabbed it and ran out the door
Colby's POV
I don't wanna be in love with anyone else. I can't be.
Dawn tried to call me last night and I hung up.
I got a text
'Dawn😉'
I clicked it
Dawn: Hey :)
Me: yo
Dawn: can I come over please ? :))
Me: not today... sorry
Dawn: oh... okay you ok?
Me: yeah.
Dawn: So do you and her have a history?
Me: who?
Dawn: that girl I met last night
Dawn: Savannah I think her name was
Me: oh... yeah.
Dawn: tell me about it?
Me: It doesn't really matter, it's really nothing
Dawn: oh come on Colby. Don't lie
Me: I'm not lol
Dawn: the way your eyes lit up when you looked at her... that's nothing?
Me: well, she was my first love. I know I'm 18 and probably should have gotten like 7 before her but I didn't. I wasn't popular or anything in school so no one liked me. Anyway, Savannah and I split up because she's filming a movie and can't focus on herself and me too.
Dawn: you're in love Colby
Me: not anymore.
Dawn: yes you are, I don't want to stand between you two.
Me: no it's fine
Dawn: I really appreciated last night but I'm not looking for a relationship anyway and you're in love with Savannah. Have a good life colby and go get your girl :)
Me: thanks Dawn...
I was going to text Savannah but I didn't.
I know she felt that spark. The butterflies. All of the feelings in that kiss last night. I just know she did. Maybe she gave up on us? I love her.
*a few days later*
Savannah and I still haven't even talked, or even texted. I walked into the living room and Brennen and Savannah were there I quickly backed up around the corner and listened to their conversation. I know it's bad to eavesdrop but I'm madly in love with her and I need to know if she misses me. Savannah just got home earlier today.
"Yeah But I don't wanna hurt Colby you know?" She asked "well, like I said. I'm here savannah. If Colby doesn't want you then fuck him ya know?" He says I laid my head against the wall... I do want her.
I walked around the corner and I saw Savannah and Brennen
"Savannah can I talk to you?" I ask she looked at Brennen then back to me and nodded
We walked into her room upstairs
"So what's up?" She asked I looked at her eyes. Then lips and leaned in pulling her into a kiss. She wasn't hesitant to kiss back, the butterflies... the spark. It's all back. She now just needs to be mine. After about 10 seconds we pulled away. She looked into my eyes and smiled "guess what?" She asked smiling... I missed that. I smiled back at her and raised my eyebrow, her smile is so contagious
"I'm off Work for 3 months" she smiled I smiled even bigger "does that mean we can hang out?" I ask she nodded and hugged me "listen... I'm sorry for yelling at you" I say "it's okay Colby" she says
I smiled into her neck then planted a small kiss on her jawline
Savannah's POV
I'm so glad he's in my arms.
So much happiness filled my body into that kiss and the hug.
*that night*
Colby and I were watching Netflix in my room
"So, Sam, Jake, Corey and me are going to the Biltmore hotel tomorrow..." he says I looked at him with a 'wtf' look "do you wanna come?" He asked "me?" I ask "yeah duh" he laughed grabbing popcorn and shoving it into his mouth "Colby... you, out of everyone should know I get scared easily" I say "I'll be there to protect you" he says "mhm... how?" I laugh "I'll hide you from the demons" he laughed I nodded with a smiled "sureee you will..." I say laughing "so you in?" He asked I shrugged "why not?" I ask "good because I already told them you wanted to go" he said and I laughed
*an hour or 2 later*
"Colby?" I ask "mhm?" He hummed staring at the TV "what are we?" I ask "well, what do you wanna be?" He asked looking at me "more then friends... more then best friends... boyfriend and girlfriend again, maybe..." I Say I looked into his eyes and he kissed me "I'm okay with that" he says he wrapped his arm around me and kissed my cheek then rested his head on my shoulder

"I missed us" I say smiling "I missed us more" he says I rolled my eyes playfully then he rested his head on my shoulder
"You know.. I hate us being like apart. That was the hardest time of my life" I say "mine too babe" he says I smiled "so... what happened with Dawn?" I ask looking at him "oh... here" he says showing the messages to me I smiled "you're in love?" I laugh he nodded "I guess so. You got me wrapped around your finger" he says laughing I signed
"I love you" I say and kissed him

After awhile of kissing, and just doing funny stuff for Snapchat's and insta story's we went to sleep
