I leaned against the wall and met eyes with my ex lover, Michael.
"(Y/n). What a surprise." He said with a smile.
"Miss me?" I asked as I sent him a smirk.
"Oh yes, I missed the feeling of your grace floating in the air. As I suspected, I should have burned you too." He said with a chuckle.
"Or you shouldn't of been a dumb ass and betrayed me." I said angrily.
"Betray you? You betrayed me! You choice humans over me!"
"No I chose the world over you destroying it. I love you even if you tried to kill me..... I'll always love you, but I can't stand the man you have turned into.... you aren't the man I fell in love with."
I let out a sigh as I stood up and walked out of the room. It wasn't long before Michael escaped and I was left watching every corner. I soon made it to my house and shook my head as I shut and locked the door before walking up stairs and jumping into the shower.
"I love you." I whispered as I laid beside Michael.
"I love you more." He said as he leaned down and kissed me.
I smiled against his lips and pulled him closer. He sent me a smile as he pulled away and kissed my forehead.
"We will make this world better." He said softly.
"As long as you are beside me... everything will be fine." I whispered as I kissed him.
I let out a sigh as I wrapped a towel around me and walked out of the bathroom. I dried my hair and then walked out of the bathroom. I froze as I spotted Michael in the chair watching me.
"Hello again." He said with a smirk.
"Here to kill me?" I asked as I put the towel on the desk.
"Sadly no. I'm here for another reason." He said as he stood up.
"And that is?"
"You know why." He said as he stopped in front of me.
Before I could say something his lips touched mine. My eyes went wide as he pulled me against him. I let out a sigh and wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him closer.

I opened my eyes and let out a sigh as I laid my head on Michael's chest and breathed in his scent.
"So.... why did you come here?" I asked softly.
"I don't really know... something called me to you." He said softly.
"I know what you mean." I said as I traced circles on his chest.
"I don't want to fight you.... I've never wanted to fight you." He said softly.
"I understand.... I don't want to fight you, but I can't fight against them... no matter how much you wish I could." I said softly.
He nodded his head and ran his fingers through my hair.
"I missed you." He whispered.
I leaned up and let out a sigh as I pecked his lips.
