Today was my first day at my new school i moved here a few weeks ago from Ireland and now i had to start another new school which sucked i hate having to move then trying to fit in with new people.
I'm very shy and the thought of starting a new school and meeting new people terrify me but hopefully this new school will be a start of a new me.
i walk into the college with my long brown hair flowing behind me as i walk past a crowd of girls all huddled together who were all giggling.
I walked towards the reception area and i asked the lady behind it if she had my timetable which she did and she passed it to me while introducing me to another student who is in my classes who will show me around
" this is Paul McCartney he will be showing you to your classes for the first week until you can find your way around yourself OK" the reception lady informed
I was staring at the young man in front of me and could not help but notice how feminine he looked with his perfect shaped eyebrows and his long black eyelashes
" and Paul this is Tia she is from Ireland so be nice to her "
" yeah miss alright"
" well Tia what is your first class then "
" um English"
" same as me well come ead" he said walking away from me i had to walk alot faster to keep up with him
We arrived at the class room and Paul walked on in and sat beside a girl while i stood in the doorway until the teacher noticed me
" oh you must be the new girl " she asked her voice very loud and high pitched she sounded like a mouse caught in a trap
" um yes IM Tia"
" lovely to meet you im Mrs Abbot and could you please sit down next to Mr Harrison" she asked pointing a boy at the back of the class his dark eyes focused on me and i made my way to the back of the class and sat down
" ya alright you look scared to death love" he asked staring at me
" i have the first day nerves " i say not able to look him in the eyes
" well a pretty girl like you will be ok in this school "
i could fell my cheeks getting hotter and hotter and i heard George giggle.
The rest of the lesson was spent with me wishing it was home time sadly the day was only started
The bell rang letting us no that the class was over and telling us to hurry to the next one
Paul came over to my seat while i finished packing my books away
" so me lady where do i have the honour of escorting you to now " he said finishing with a bow making me laugh
" well you could take me to art"
" well i have Math but i shall make sure my damsel in distress finds her class"
" oh I'm a damsel in distress huh " i tease
" yup you are now come ead before i get my head chopped off for making us both late.
Paul grabbed my hand while we made our way threw the corridor
once we arrived at my class he kissed the back of my hand
" well i made sure you arrived safe and sound"
" oh thank you Paul my hero" i joked pretending to swoon making him laugh
" ill see you after class princess"
" ok my prince" i laugh
i step into class to see everyone's eyes on me which made me feel awkward. the male teacher stopped what he was doing and looked at me
" well you must be the newbie" he smiled
" yes sir im Tia" i say looking at the ground
" well lets see where you will sit" he scans the room to see the only seat available is beside a stern looking boy who's hair is styled like Elvis and he is dressed in leathers like what Liverpool people describe as a teddy boy
" could you sit beside John Lennon" i walk over and sit down and the boy just stares at me which is making me uncomfortable
I get out all my art equipment and sat staring ahead feeling this boys eyes burning holes into the side of my face
"Ello im John" he said tipping an imaginary hat at me and grinning
" im Tia " i smile .
After a while i find myself staring at him he was gorgeous with his chocolate brown eyes and that cheeky chappie look about him
" you like what you see love" he says turning to look at me a smirk on his face while i blush and look away totally mortified at being caught
Seeing how embarrassed i was John smiled and once the class was finished we both rushed out where i bumped straight into Paul
" carefull love" he said giggling
" sorry Paul just eager to get outta class " i say
Paul looked behind me and smiled
" ay John you looking forward to our gig tonight" Paul shouted to someone behind me and suddenly john came and stood with us
" Yeah it should be gear like" John said while staring at me
" what do you mean gig" i say to Paul
" were in a band were playing in the Cavern tonight"
" oh please tell me you are in a rock and roll group" i shriek with excitement
" yes we are" john answered for Paul
" that is cool i love rock and roll its exciting"
" well why don't i pick you up and you can come with us" Paul asked
" really i can come" i asked shocked that someone in a band would want to be seen with me
" yes of course silly. come ead and lets get some lunch before we have to go back to classes"
Paul grabbed my hand and pulled me close to him while we walked to the cafeteria while John walked beside us occasionally looking at mine and Paul's joined hands and scowling.
we all grabbed some lunch and went and sat at a table with this pretty blonde girl
I sat beside Paul and john sat with the blonde girl and George came and joined us
" who's that" i asked Paul signalling towards the blonde girl
" oh that's Cynthia that's John's bird
Hearing that john had a girlfriend made my heart sink for some reason
" Hello im Tia im new here" i saw towards Cynthia who smiled at me
" im Cynthia and it is lovely to meet you John was telling me your going to the cavern tonight with us all"
" yes im excited though what do people wear to go there is it casual or dressy" i ask
" honey just turn up in your bra and knickers and save Paul the bother of flirting with you so he can see them" john said laughing while i blushed and Cynthia slapped his arm
" fuck off Lennon" Paul said his cheeks as red as mine
" what its obvious he has a thing for her he cant stop staring at her "
" he is right ya know he is like a love sick puppy already" George added
" and i thought we were going to be friends George" i said wriggling my eyebrows at him
" we already are friends "
" are we now" i laugh
" anyway dont listen to them boys why dont i come back to your house with you and i can help you pick something"
" that sounds great but wont you need to get changed?"
" i have my clothes with me i was going to get ready at Johns "
" oh i don't want to ruin your plans"
" your not John's aunt does not like me so it will save me having to hear her abusive comments towards me she laughed
" ok then that's a plan ill see you after school then"
" yes ill see you then"
the rest of the day was spent with me smiling from ear to ear my first day of school was a huge success
