Nag ayos ng buhok si Eron bago muling bumalik sa kanilang lamesa. Binigyan sya ng nakakaasar na ngiti ng mga kaibigan nya.
"Oh Eron asan partner mo?" Natatawang tanong ni Ghed. Imbes na sumagot ay umupo ito sa tabi nito.
"Wala na. Na-kid nap na." Iiling iling na sabi nito. Napatawa naman ang mga kasama nya at tinapik sya sa balikat. "Abno! Dapat binawi mo!"
"Wag na. Willing naman syang magpa-kid nap." Tanging sabi nito na ikinatawa ng kasama nya
"Magsayaw naman tayo Eazhel oh."
"Magsayaw kang mag isa mo."
Napalingon silang lahat sa kabilang table. Kung saan ay makikita si Lex na nakahalumbaba habang kinukulit ni Clyde na makipag sayaw ito sa kanya. "Tara na, minsan lang 'to."
"Ayoko, nakakapagod."
Hinawakan ni Clyde ang kamay nya at magpilit na kinulit.
"Kapag hindi ka tumayo dyan bubuhatin talaga kita." Pananakot ni Clyde. Pinaningkitan sya ng mga mata ni Lex bago nito binawi ang kanyang kamay. "Huwag kang mang iyamot Clytard baka makatikim ka sakin." Dahil sa katagang iniwan ni Lex ay kumislap ang mga mata nito na para bang may naisip na kapokohan. "Ano bang pwede kong tikman sayo?" May halo ng kalokohan ang tinig nito. Dahil sa kanyang sinabi ay hindi na napigilang i-karate chop ni Lex ito sa kanyang batok.
"Aray ko naman Eazhel! Nagjo-joke lang naman ako eh." Kasalukuyang nakahawak sya sa kanyang batok habang hinihimas ito. "Subukan mo pang magsalita dyan sisipain kita."
Ang mga tao sa kabilang lamesa ay magpilit na pinigilan ang kanilang pagtawa. Sa nakikita nila ay mas gugustuhin ni Lex na umupo na lang kaysa sa mag sayang ng lakas para lang magsayaw.
"Kawawa naman si Clyde. Tingnan mo si Seath..." Sabay tingin nila sa batang freshman na hindi alam kung anong gagawin. "Hindi malaman kung sinong uunahing isayaw sa sobrang dami ng chicks." Lahat sila ay napatawa ng simulan ng pagkaguluhan ng kababaihan ang batang De Castro.

"Eazhel...."
Sinundot nya ang tagiliran ko na naging dahilan ng pagdaloy ng kuryente sa buo kong katawan.

"Magsayaw na kasi tayo~" ￣ 3￣
Napapikit na lang ako sa inis. Napatingin ako malapit sa DJ station at nakitang pinagkakaguluhan yung bata. Kawawa naman ang isang yun.

I look down and saw Clytard looking at his brother, pouting on the process. His chin resting on the table.

Napaupo sya ng ayos at hinawakan ako sa magkabila kong balikat. His gray-silvery eyes glistening with excitement. "Really?!" Hindi makapaniwala nitong tanong. I frown in annoyance. "I think I take it back."
Hinila nya ako papuntang dance floor kaya nakaagaw pansin kami ng mga nagsasayaw. That all look at us in awe and admiration. And some of them look at us with jealousy.
Nang makarating kami sa gitna ay hinapit nya ang beywang ko at hinawakan ang aking kanang kamay. Still uncomfortable by the closeness, I place my left hand on his shoulder.
My breathing became hitch as our eyes clash to each other. As we swayed to the mellow music.
I swallowed a lamp on my throat and look on his chest instead. There is something about his stares that I cannot stand. His looking at me with those weird eyes again and it makes me feel uneasy.
I close my eyes and feels the melody of the music. Very soft and relaxing.
"Eazhel." As he exhales on my left ear. "I love you."

From a moment, I cannot move any muscles.

I shake my head to shove the memories away. It always sent shivers down to my spine and I cannot let the past repeat itself again. I won't let it happen. Because of me, two important person met their demise. And it is all because of me, I'm responsible of their death.
"Hey Eazhel? Earth to Eazhel? Yohoo..." I was snap to the reality when Clytard slightly squeezed my hand. I look around and where still dancing in the center with a lot of people watching us.
"You okay? I think you left Earth in that moment." He asked worriedly. I only give him a single nod to ensure him that I'm fine.
Silence came to us until I spoke. "You just said that you love me. Well, I can't-" But before I could finish my sentence he cut me off. "Don't worry. I'm not forcing you to love me. I'll wait for you at all cost and nothing or no one can change that. Because when I love, it stays the same." His words stab me for a million times. He's loving the wrong person. It shouldn't be me. He must choose someone else.
"But of course, yung pinag usapan natin. Kapag nalaman ko ang buo mong pangalan liligawan talaga kita. Like it or not I'll court you no matter what." He said with a lace of confidence on his tone.
Full of yourself huh? This man doesn't know how to give up.
"Oh my gosh! Girls I think I know who she is!"
"Really?! Sino?!"
"The one who's dancing with Clyde?"
"Yes I know who she is!"

"You should help him." I muttered to him. Napatingin naman sya sakin habang nakataas ang isang kilay. "Sino?" Tugon nito. But instead of answering him, I look at Seath who's know being pulled by any of the girls. He followed my gaze and I saw his reaction change. Kinda... confuse and shock at the same time.
But before he could move a muscle, I suddenly heard something that cause me to grip his hand. He looked at me in confuse.

Then everything on my vision became slow motion. The people, the dance, the motions. Everything that happened in a seconds became slow.
And I saw it.
With an adrenaline rush through my veins. I pushed Clytard away. And since his griping my hands, I also fall along with him. Then everything became normal again. They're all shock when they found us in this position. Me on top of him. But they're all confuse after they saw what had happened.
I looked back on our place where we stand earlier.
And my expression went back on its original self.
Bored, motionless and doesn't care on everything.
