It confused Mallory as to why Stefan had forced her the following days to attend school while he was on Alaric duty and Elena and Damon were off to Denver to bring Jeremy back to Mystic Falls, but she went with it. She felt as though it was the best thing to do when she knew that if her brothers were still planning to kill Klaus, it would be the last few times she could try and be a normal teenagers for once.
Mallory was standing in the parlor, pouring blood into a glass along with bourbon when her phone vibrated in her pocket.
She pulled out her phone, only to see that it was a text from Tyler: Meet me at the Lockwood Cellar.
A smile crept onto Mallory's face. She immediately placed down her glass of blood before rushing out the door.
Mallory was walking through the woods, searching for Tyler. She stopped near the stairs going down into the old Lockwood cellar and looked around, "Tyler?" She called out, only to hear a noise behind her.
Knowing that it was Tyler, a smile formed on her face as she turned around to see her boyfriend, "Hey." She greeted him quietly.
"You have no idea how much I've missed you," Tyler told Mallory, letting out a breath of relief.
"I could say the same to you," Mallory smiled, rushing forward.
Tyler cupped Mallory's face with his hands as they kissed passionately.
Mallory pulled away from Tyler, grabbing his hand before they made their way down to the cellar. Once they made it there, they immediately started to kiss once more.
Mallory pushed the cellar door open, just before taking off her jacket while Tyler did the same soon after.
Once doing so, they began to kiss once more, Mallory pushing Tyler against the wall before she helped him take off his shirt.
Mallory smiled at Tyler, "I love you," She told him, just before they kissed once more.

Later on, Mallory was lying on Tyler's unclothed chest, both of them naked. There were lit candles in the cellar, giving them a bit of light in the dark location, "Did I mention that I missed you?" Tyler asked Mallory, letting out a kiss, "Bad."
Mallory couldn't help but laugh, lifting her head up to place a kiss to his chest. She hummed, "Now that I think about it, we should really start doing this in an bed, don't you think?" She commented, causing Tyler to laugh as well.
"Yes, I promise," Tyler promised his girlfriend, "Once I figure out how to deal with Klaus."
"Tell him to buzz off," Mallory responded without a care in the world, "You finally broke his sire bond, you won't have to deal with him anymore."
"It's easier said than done," Tyler reminded her, "Besides, I won't know if it's broken for sure until I test it."
A frown forming on her lips, Mallory sat up, looking down at Tyler with a concerned look on her face, "Wait a second. I thought you said that's why you were coming back, because you said you felt different."
"I do feel different. I feel freer," Tyler admitted to Mallory, "Way more myself. All I know is I just turned about a hundred times in the Appalachian Mountains. If I can get through that, I can get through anything."
"Good. Because right now, Klaus isn't be our only problem." Mallory confessed to Tyler, who immediately looked concerned once hearing her words.
"Why?" Tyler asked Mallory, sitting up as well, "What else did I miss?"
"I killed an Original. Klaus' older brother, Finn. After I did it, every vampire that he had ever turned died soon there after. Right now, Damon is beyond desperate to figure out which Original created our vampire bloodline and if he finds out it wasn't Klaus, they're all gonna kill him." Mallory explained to Tyler, whose eyes widened in shock.
"But Klaus turned both of us," Tyler stated, a confused look on his face, "If he dies, so do we."
"I know that. They know that. The difference is, Damon doesn't care," Mallory informed Tyler quietly, "I told him that I was fine with dying for the sake of our friends," She paused, letting out a sigh, "I also lied to him and told him I had a plan to jump into another person's body."
"And are you?" Tyler questioned Mallory, raising a brow at her.
Mallory was silent for a long moment, just before responding, "No." She replied, her voice just above a whisper.
"So, you're going to let yourself die?" Tyler asked Mallory in disbelief.
Before Mallory could answer Tyler's question, her phone ran. Seeing that it was Kol calling her, Mallory sighed dramatically before answering the phone, "What do you want, Kol?" She asked the male original annoyed, "I'm busy."
"Well, Mallory, your brother just drove a wooden bat through my heart. For your sake, I won't kill him, but you would do right to tell him if he ever pulls something like that again, I'm coming for him and the rest of your friends. And I'll kill every last one of them without blinking," Kol threatened, causing Mallory to let out a large sigh, "Understand?"
Mallory shared a glance with Tyler, just before responding, "Yes, I understand." She responded quietly, nervously gulping.
Once Mallory hung up the phone she turned to Tyler, who gave her a puzzled look, "Isn't Kol Klaus' brother and the one you used to be in love with when you were human?" Tyler questioned in concern.
Mallory nervously chuckled, giving Tyler a small smile, "Let's just say you've missed a lot, Tyler." She responded quietly.

At the Salvatore House, Tyler was sitting on Mallory's bed when Mallory entered her room, "You can stay as long as you want," She told her boyfriend with a smile on her face as she walked over to him, "Stefan and Damon won't give a crap."
"Would they care if we shared your bed?" Tyler asked Mallory jokingly, causing Mallory to laugh and shake her head.
"Well, if they do, that's their problem. You can stay here. At least until we learn what Damon and Stefan find out about Klaus." Mallory explained to him, causing Tyler to give her an uneasy look as he got up from his seat on the bed and walked over to her.
"And if Klaus didn't create their line and they try to kill him?" Tyler asked, stopping so that he was standing right in front of her.
"Tyler, I just got you back," Mallory responded, placing a hand on the side of Tyler's face before pulling him in for a kiss. After a moment, she broke the kiss and smiled at him, "I'm not losing you again. I refuse to let that happen."
Mallory let out a small breath, just before heading to her bathroom to turn on the shower. Tyler glanced around the room, only to have his eyes lock on the drawing Klaus had made for Mallory laying on her dresser. He frowned, walking over to it before picking it up, "Klaus drew this for you?" Tyler questioned Mallory concerned.
"Huh?" Mallory replied, sticking her head out of the doorway.
"That's pretty creepy," Tyler commented as Mallory walked over to him.
"Understatement of the year," Mallory commented quietly, "Especially when he's getting all lovey dovey and flirty with me."
"Flirty?" Tyler frowned in concern, "Does Klaus have a thing for you or something?"
"Oh, please," Mallory scoffed, clearly taking the whole ordeal as a joke, "That bastard's incapable of real feelings."
"I'm serious, Mal," Tyler told the brunette in a stern tone, "What the hell happened while I was gone?"
Mallory's face fell, knowing that at that very moment would have been the right time to tell him everything that happened, but of course, she found herself lying, as per usual,
"Nothing, Tyler," She lied without hesitation, "Nothing happened."
"Then why'd you keep this?" Tyler asked, an angered look on his face.
Mallory shrugged, a calm expression on her face unlike Tyler, "I don't know!" She exclaimed, clearly growing annoyed.
Tyler stared at Mallory for a long moment, knowing for a fact that she was lying. He could almost always tell when she was lying to him, "I think I'm gonna find someplace else to spend the night." He finally spoke up, beginning to walk toward the door.
Before he could leave the room, Mallory vamp sped in front of him, blocking the doorway, "Don't walk away from me," She demanded in a stern tone, just before her voice started to sound fragile, almost as if it were on the verge of breaking, "Please, Ty, just stay. I'll explain it to you. And I mean everything."
Tyler was quiet for a long moment, just before he nodded his head in response. Mallory held out her right hand, which he immediately took. Mallory had a saddened, ashamed look on her face as she led Tyler over to her bed, where they both took a seat at the foot of it.
That night, Mallory had explained everything to Tyler. Everything. From being used to distract Klaus because had a thing for her to drunkenly sleeping with Kol. Hell, she even told him about shower sex with Sage and seducing Rebekah to get into her head for answers about her intentions.
Oddly enough, even though Tyler was upset once hearing all that she had done, he had forgiven her. And there was two reasons for that. One being that she was the most important thing in his life and he loved her more than anything and two being that the thing he had assumed she had done wasn't true.
Once seeing the drawing and noticing how secretive Mallory was being, Tyler figured Mallory had slept with Klaus, but once hearing that it was Kol, he couldn't help but feel relieved, even though for most that would have been considered worse since Kol was Mallory's first love, but it wasn't for him.
After her confessions, the couple had spent the night together, only focusing on themselves instead of all the horrific things that were going on in Mystic Falls with their friends that week, All they could think about was that they were together once more.
