Me and Nana were setting up for the night, finishing the final touch to our baby blue room. We then walked to our own room, falling face first onto our queen sized bed.
We were both tried from to our legs to our eyes. I was getting ready to turn off the lamp until Nana asked me a question.
"Zane.. would your prefer home birth or hospital birth?" She asked.
what... I mean... I dunno?
"Uh.. why?" I asked.
"Just wondering."
"Well... Um... Hospital birth because I don't know how this pregnancy thing works.." I murmured, soaking deeply into my pillow.
She smiled.
"Your cute. Goodnight." She whispered, turning off the lamp and crawling up to cuddle with me.
"Nggh.. goodnight.." I muffled.

The sun rays peaked through our window shields and kissed me roughly on my eye.
That's when I felt a little weight fly off the bed.
That's when mother of all Irene sirens let loose..
"OH MEH GAWD ZANE!!!! COME QUICK!!" Nana squealed.
Of course her powerful voice of thunder startled me because I thought something was wrong with her. I flew off the bed and headed strictly towards the bathroom.
"W-What is it!?"
"Look!!!" She squealed, pointing outside the window.
Is it a fire!? NO! MAYBE IT'S THE END OF THE WORL-
...........................Wtf...
"You see it?! It's adorable!!" She squeaked.
It was a chick munk setting it's nest...
I sighed in relief.
"Don't do that... You over reacting, nearly scared me half to death.." I murmured, going back to bed.
"Do you need anything..? It's 5:07 AM.." I said, sitting up.
"Mmmn, no, nothing in particular. I just wanted to get up early, I guess.." She yawned, stretching widely in the air, with her tail moving side to side constantly.
She than looked at me, slouching miserably in the bed.
"Zane, are you alright?" Nana asked, excaming me closer.
"It's.. just a head ache.. Nothing to worry about.." I cleared out for her, she laying me down and gently putting her palm onto my head.
"Zane, your hot! You have a fever!" She said.
"No I don't... I need to take care of you before myself.." I said, weakly sitting back up.
I felt very fatigue... But I had to pull through this for at least one day. Nana won't survive a day without me..
"I'll just get some coff--"
"No! Coffee is not good for you at this moment! Lemme make you some chicken soup and hot tea for you." She stated.
"B.. But.."
She walked towards me, bending down and kissing me on my forehead.
"Don't burn yourself!!" I yelled as the fatel sound of foot steps going down the stairs.
"Yeah, yeah!" She responded.
Ughhh... I swear, this girl is going to kill herself..
Minutes Later...

Nana's POV:
"Zane, I finished it in one piece!" I announced, smiling at my success.
When I opened the door, Zane was nowhere in sight.
That's when I heard the shower water come to a stop.
Ah, he must be taking a shower, that's helpful when your sick.
I walked to the bed and placed his soup on the counter before browsing the internet for more names.
That's when I felt a tangled knot in my stomach. It made me fill uncomfortable...
Next thing I know it, I felt... Wet? (Stap it weirdos, it's not like that ;-;)
It made me concerned. Was I on my period while pregnant?? Something must be... Wrong.....
...Then that's when my thighs twisted and I was in a lot of pain.
"Z-Zane!!! I-I think my water.. my water b-broke!!" I yelped, jumping out the bed because I was scared.
"Uh, water can't break, Nana??" He responded back behind the bathroom door.
"Z-ZANE!! Think for a secoND!.. IF I SAY My water brOKE... THATS ANOTHER TErm for... Ah! I'M GOING INTO LABOR!!!" I yelled, falling onto the floor.

Zane's POV:
"THAT'S ANOTHER TErm for.. Ah! I'M GOING INTO LABOR!!" She screamed.
I paused for a second. I finished getting dressed and opened the door, finding Nana clutching our light pink rug.
"Z-Zane!! I.. I need to go.." She said.
Wait.. is this actually happening right now!? YUP!! ITS HAPPENING!!!
I quickly ran to her, helping her getting up by wrapping her arm around me.
......wait... I don't have a car....
.................
I DON'T HAVE A CAR!!!!!!!!!!!
I sat Nana on our bed, she looking confused and frustrated at the same time.
I can't just call an ambulance because Nana is already IN HOT LABOR! They will never arrived in time!!
That's when I ripped out my phone, dialing the most baby expert I know.
Aphmau.
....And I guess Aaron too.
"Hey Z-"
"Aphmau! This is urgent!! I need you to come over our house now!!"
"Why-"
"NANA IS GOING INTO LABOR AND I HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF CARING FOR A WOMEN WHOSE CARRYING A 8 POUND OBJECT THAT'S COMING FROM A VERY SMALL AR-"
"Ew Zane! TMI! But YEAH! I'll be there- just keep her distraction and calm!"
She than hung up.
How do I exactly keep her distracted and calm!?
I turned around to Nana, laying on her back in pain, clenching the sheets with her... Cat claws.
I than calmly walked to her, holding her hand.
That's when I heard the door knock.
"I-IS THat the ambulanCE..?" She questioned.
"No! Someone special!" I shouted, jolting down the stairs.
I opened the door and sure enough, Aphmau, (alongside with Aaron) was dress in her fake doctor equipment we used when were playing MLH....
"Where's the-"
I shoved them inside the house and up the stairs, soon facing them with Nana.
"A-Aphmau? W-WHAT... ARe yoU doing HERe!?"
"No time for questions! This can take less than a minute!! Zane, get me some fresh towels, Aaron get me hot water with hot sauce!" She demanded, putting on her blue gloves like an professional.
"Hot sauce!? Why do you..."
"Because, just in case someone passes out!" She explained. "Now move! This baby isn't sitting around!!"
I nodded my head and walked strictly into the bathroom, grabbing around 10 towels.
"Where's Aaron with that hot sauce!?" She yelled.
"Zane, I'll be right back, hold your wife hand will ya?" She said, running down the stairs.
"Sure?"
I looked down and Nana's face was red.
"Why did you do this to meeee!?" She cried.
Huh?! What did I do!? You signed up for this!
She squeezed my hand so hard, I couldn't move it at all.
"Back with hot sauce!" Aph announced, sitting back in place.
"Alright, Zane, this might get... Messy." She warned.
Uhh... Do I wanna stick around for this...
"Your about the experience the miracle of life!" She laughed.
I turned my head, looking away because I'm VERY uncomfortable...
"PUSH KAWAII CHAN LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT!!" Aphmau commanded.
"What do you THINK I'm TRYING to DO!?" Nana fought back.
Everything went silent after that.
That's when I heard soft cries.
"Zane, can you get another towel?" Aph said.
"Uh, sure?" I said, heading back to the bathroom.
As I returned, Aphmau was holding a small, stubby baby.
I'm pretty sure my eyes sparkled.
I handed the towel to Aphmau and she dressed the child in it.
"Congratulations with a new baby boy!" She smiled.
I didn't say anything, I was still too shocked.
I than grew a smile.
Aph handed me him and I gently supported it's head.
He than opened his eyes halfway, revealing his soft baby blue eyes. He reached out towards me, grabbing my freckled nose with a smile.
Pfft, it's not like I cried or anything..
I than looked at Nana, who was calmly breathing again. I walked slowly to her and laid the baby in her arms.
She than sat up and let out small tears of joy.
... Crybaby..
"This is ours Zane, something we put together.." She said, as the baby grabbed her pink hair.
"He's so cute!" Aphmau squealed.
I than glanced at her.
"Thanks Aph.." I said, hugging her. "And you too Aaron."
"No probs! But as my payment, you'll have to bring him over to my house once in a while!" She smiled.
"Deal?" I said.
"Great! See you later Zane!" She smiled, skipping happily down the stairs.
As I heard the door open and closed, I remained my focus on Nana and the baby.
He had opened his eyes again and looked around.
Regardless since babies are blind when they're born, he looked like he understood everything that was happening in his environment.
Nana turned to me.
"When are you planning to tell everyone?" She asked.
"I think Aph's gonna spill the tea on the internet.." I said.
"Heh, but Zane, what do you want to call him?" She asked me again.
What's more to ask? He already has my blue eyes and freckles so..
"You can choose." I said.
"Really?" She repeated.
"Mhm."
"I like the name Nathan Ro'mave." She smiled.
"Me-"
"WHERE'S THAT LITTLE CHILD!!"
I think they found out already...
Time to kill Aph....
