Today, both Blaine and Brittany have a haircut appointment, San and I thought it'd be best if they went together so they won't end up crying or anything. We're hoping that they can keep each other entertained for as long as possible so everything runs smoothly.
"Alright, mister, let's go get you dressed and ready for a haircut" I pick him up and take him upstairs. I set him down and shut the gate to his room whilst I pick an outfit out.
"Ok, are we ready?" I coo as I lay him down on his changing table.
"Ah" he squeals happily. I put him in a pair of jeggings, a long sleeve Winnie the Pooh shirt and some Winnie the Pooh socks.
"Oh, look at you, bud" Sebastian coos as he came into the room.
"Baba" Blaine cheers.
"That's right" he coos again. We head downstairs and I pack a small bag.
"Hey, shall we go for a picnic afterwards?" Bas asks me.
"Sure, I'll see if San wants to come" we make some sandwiches and put them into a basket and we go around finding things to take with us.
"I suppose I better pack a few extras for Blaine then" I say as I grab a few more nappies and a couple more dummies.
"Ok mister, let's get shoes on" I say as I grab a pair of shoes before picking him up and sitting him on my lap.
"There we are" I say as he had his black runner trainers on.
"Let's go" I say as I grab Blaine's bag whilst Bas grabbed the picnic basket. I help Blaine out of the door and he runs around the garden for a bit whilst we put the bags in the car.
"Come on, bud" Sebastian calls out for him. Blaine runs to him and Sebastian picks him up, throwing him in the air, making Blaine laugh.
"Let's go mister" we bundle into the car and make our way there.
"Ah, that's just brilliant, there's no where to park" Sebastian says as we went round the car park.
"Looks like we're doing some walking" we park in a different car park and we spot Santana with the double pushchair.
"Well, there's San" Sebastian points out.
"Ok, here we go" Sebastian says as he gets Blaine out whilst I grab his bag.
"Hiya" we greet Santana.
"Hello" we hug each other. Sebastian puts Blaine in the pushchair and greets Brittany.
"I figured it's a bit of a long way so I thought I'd bring the pushchair" she explains as we start walking.
"Yeah, there's literally no where to park"
"I know, I don't know what's going on, but even I had some trouble" we soon make it to hairdressers and I soon saw what Brittany was wearing. She wore a pair of grey and gold leggings, a Winnie the Pooh shirt, a pair of Winnie the Pooh socks and some gold and pink shoes.
"You're so cute" I coo at her.
"Mummy, ou' 'ease" Brittany says.
"If I let you out, will you behave yourself?"
"Uh huh"
"Ok" San gets her out and Brittany just sits on her lap and it wasn't long until Blaine whined too.
"Dada" he whines, holding onto the clips. I soon get Blaine out and just hold him in my arms. It was soon time for Brittany and Blaine to have their hair done.
"You want me to sit with him?" Bas asks.
"If you want" I say as I pass him over to Sebastian. He sits down with Blaine on his lap whilst Brittany sat by herself but with Santana next to her.
"We ready?" They ask us.
"Yup, whenever you are" they get to work and I start talking to Santana about the picnic but she said she couldn't come as they had to be else where, which was understandable.
"Yay, you guys did such a good job" I quietly cheer as there were other people here.
"I think you two deserve a treat" he goes round the back and brings out a tub of sweets.
"There we are" they pick their sweets and San and I pay for the hair before leaving and heading back to the cars.
"We'll have to plan another day" I tell Santana, knowing she knows what I mean as I didn't want to say 'picnic' in front of Brittany as I knew it would probably set her of.
"Yes, we need to" we say bye to them and she said she might pop over later though.
"Come on, bud, let's go have a picnic now" Sebastian said once we were bundled back into the car. We make our way to the park and we let Blaine run a little as we walked behind him. We find a nice massive grass patch and sit under a tree where it was shady.
"C'mere bud, want some lunch?" Sebastian says as he started pulling things out. Blaine goes over to the basket and crouches down, looking into it.
"Ohhhh" he says, making us both chuckle.
"What was that, buddy?" Sebastian laughs.
"You look so handsome" I coo as I ran my fingers through his hair. He soon sits down between us and we feed him little bits while grabbing ours.
"Ababababa" Blaine babbles as he helped himself up and went back to the basket again.
"What'd you want, bud?" Sebastian asks him although he knew he wasn't going to get a reply.
"A dada" Blaine comes up to me with a little cake bar.
"Eat that first" I tell him as I point to his sandwich in his hand.
"Baba" Blaine whines, wandering over to Sebastian as he knew Sebastian would do anything for him so I gave Bas a look.
"No, Sebastian" I warn him.
"C'mon, how can you not resist those eyes?" He says.
"Baba" Blaine whines.
"Self-control, now tell him he needs to eat his sandwich first" I tell Bas.
"Sorry bud, you've got to eat that first" he tells him.
"AAAHHH" he sobs as he fell on his bum and threw his head back.
"Babe, I feel really bad" Sebastian says.
"He'll be fine, he can't always have his own way, he needs to finish his sandwich and then he can have it" we leave him to cry it out whilst we finish with our own lunch and soon Blaine was eating his sandwich.
"Dada" he whines, handing the bar to me. I take it from him and remove the packaging before passing it back to him.
"Wanna go play for a bit?" Sebastian coos once he finished his bar.
"Ah" he squeals. Sebastian follows him and I clear up the rubbish before watching them play for a bit. They play for a bit until they came back over.
"Dada" Blaine came running towards me and tackled me in a hug.
"Ohh, I love you" I hug him and kiss his cheek multiple times.
"Shall we go home now and get you down for a nap?" I tell him as he started wandering around on the blanket. We leave him be whilst we pack up our things.
"Ehh" Blaine whines as he put his hand in the basket.
"No, no more, you can have your bottle in the car, honey" I tell Blaine as I put the cake bar back and closed it before passing the basket to Sebastian. We had to be careful about what he ate as we didn't want to overload him with food but we want to make sure that he's full enough.
"A baba" he whines, reaching for Sebastian but only because he has the basket.
"Come on" Sebastian takes his hand.
"AAAAHHHH" he sobs as he managed to break free from Sebastian's hand and just stood there, crying.
"Come on baby, you're just getting tired now, aren't ya?" I coo as I picked him up. We head back to the car and bundle in. I give Blaine his Winnie the Pooh bottle and wrapped him up in his Winnie the Pooh blanket.
We head home and we settle Blaine down and soon Santana was over.
"I'll go get mister" Sebastian says as we heard Blaine shuffle through the monitor nearly an hour later.
"Hey" I quietly coo as he sleepily smiled at me as he was still trying to wake up.
"Oh, you found his blankie" I say to Bas as Blaine held his little Winnie the Pooh blankie.
"Yes, it was under his pillow" Sebastian chuckles.
"How'd it get there?" San asks.
"I have no idea, you never know with Blaine how things end up in odd places" it soon rolled onto dinner time and we placed the kids into their seats.
"Open" I tell Blaine.
"You're feeding him?" Santana asks as she dug into her own meal.
"San, the amount of times we've had to pull chunks out of his mouth, we're worried he's gonna choke himself one day so we agreed on feeding him again" I explain to her.
"Well, yeah I suppose it's much better than turning around for a few minutes for him to then suddenly turn red when you turn back round" we soon eat our dinner and let the kids down to play.
"Ok, let's get jammies on" we change their nappies and put them into their Winnie the Pooh pyjamas.
"Ok, go play for a bit" we let them play for a bit until it was time for Santana and Brittany to leave.
"Here, want this?" San asks her as she showed her a pink Winnie the Pooh dummy.
"Nu uh" she shakes her head 'no'.
"Want your bottle instead?" She asks as she showed her, her Winnie the Pooh bottle instead.
She takes the bottle and San picks her up and carries her to the car and clips her into her car seat before wrapping her up in a Winnie the Pooh blanket.
We say bye before it was our turn to go put Blaine to bed.
"Let's go, bud" we head upstairs and we decided to just let Blaine run around for a few minutes whilst we get changed and let him get rid of any little bit of energy left.
"Aha" Sebastian catches him as he came our way.
"Ah" he squeals. Sebastian soon playfully swings him around and Blaine was loving it, he was laughing the whole time.
"Ok, let's go settle him down now" I tell Bas once he played with him for a few more minutes. We head into Blaine's room and started to settle him down by sitting in the rocking chair, making sure everything was quiet and calm and read him a book.
"Ehh" he whines for a dummy.
"You want this?" Bas holds up a green Tigger dummy.
"Can baba have a kiss first?" Sebastian taps his cheek.
"Ehh" Blaine reaches for it, getting close to being wound up.
"Baba wants a kiss first" he tells him.
"Ehhh" he almost starts to cry.
"Don't wind him up, we're trying to settle him down" I tell Bas off. We soon settle him down and I place him in his crib and cover him with his blanket. We quietly leave the room before heading back to ours to watch a bit of tele as it was still a little early.
"He looks so much better with a haircut" I tell Bas.
"I know, at one point I thought about starting to use him as a mop" he jokes.
"Sebastian" I playfully tell him off.
"But you were thinking it too, right?" He gets excited as I don't answer him, trying not to smirk.
"You did, didn't you?" I soon burst out laughing and so did he.
"Ok, I think we should get to bed now" I say as it started getting late. I turn the tele off and we get under the covers.
"I love you"
"I love you too" we kiss each other night before going to sleep, cuddled with one another.
