LEYLAS POV:
i wake up first, ruels phone starts blowing up with i messages, i look over to see an unknown number messaging him. my heart sank.
for all i know it could be his friends but something makes me think otherwise...
i wake ruel up and tell him we should go find some breakfast he grunts and turns back around. he is not a morning person AT ALL.
"ruel c'mon i'm hungrryyyyy" i say in a baby voice
he eventually gets up and we both shower and get changed.
he wears a white t-shirt with a weird looking "plane tag" along the sides. he looks great tho!
my legs hurt so much from last night
RUELS POV:
i notice leyla walking weird
"are you okay have you hurt your legs?"
it takes me a while to realise it's from last night.
"it was amazing by the way"
she looks me in the eyes
"i love you ruel" she says before hurrying off to find her sunglasses.
LEYLAS POV:we meet the rest of his team and go wait in the buffet for breakfast
somehow he found some glasses he decided he really liked and i've never laughed so hard in my life how does he still look GOOD?!??
we eat our breakfast and all i'm thinking about is that message...do i say something?
after we've finished we head over to a radio station so he can do an interview. i decide i'm going to ask him about the message just..not yet.
we arrive and ruel answers a whole load of weird questions. i sit back and ask him to stay still so i can take a photo of how freaking good he looks.
"right there" i laugh to myself
"your a natural ruel" says chelsea in the back
"ha ha ha chelsea very funny" he smirked back.
i've only just realised i've never seen him in jeans.
"ruel why don't you wear jeans more often" i say nudging him
"uncomfortable especially when your legs are 50 miles long"
we all laugh.
everyone packs their things away as we set off to wellington ruel holds my hand onto the tour bus and cuddles me for the journey.
"ruel can i ask you something"
"sure babe go ahead"
"earlier i saw a message on your phone before you woke up, something about missing you.. i- i don't know" we lose eye contact.
"oh it's just a friend from there leyla don't worry, i haven't seen her i mean him in ages"
"her?" i reply back
"i meant him" he said in a hard voice
am i over reacting? will i know who this person is when we arrive in new zealand?
we arrive at the airport and i joke about ruels top
"you look like a piece of baggage" i joke
he stays silent.
was it what i said on the way here that's making him go off with me. i brush it off and continue to walk to our terminal with chelsea..
"so does ruel know anyone here" i ask her knowing that she has worked with ruel for a while
"yeah i think so, when we came last year i think he met a few people. i'm not sure if they still keep in touch though haha"
"that's understandable, i mean they are in different countries after all" i smile at chelsea and turn round to see ruel walking with m-phazes and dylan his friend who's joining us for this show.
he avoids all eye contact with me and doesn't even sit with me on the plane??
my head fills with questions, why did what i say set him off so much! what was his problem. my confusion turned into anger.
"not sitting with ruel?" asks chelsea confused
"nope" i say angrily whilst putting my headphones in.
thank god this plane has wifi on board suddenly i get a snapchat?

oh for gods sake? why is he snap chatting me when we are on the same flight?
i slam my phone back into my lap and stare into the sky.
ugh i can't do this.. i give in and open it.
"doesn't mean you can ignore me ruel?" i reply.
