"If you find him, don't hesitate" Klaus says to the other person at the end of the phone call just as Odette walks towards him which Odette presumed he was had been talking to Elijah.
Hayley, Klaus and Odette were all at a diner in the Appalachian's before they head for a hunt. After Klaus had figured out that the person Kayla killed was no random attack, and Odette returned from walking the teen to her trailer the three began to formulate a plan. One which did not involve taking a toddler to hunt down Kingmaker offices and dig up some dirt
"Hope is in good hands. She fell asleep as soon as Mary started the car. I doubt she'll miss either of us over the next few days" Odette says with a small smile as she takes a hold of Klaus hand which rested on counter wondering why he had a gloomy expression
"So..." Hayley says catching the couple's attention as she looks down at a piece of paper ripped out of a small notebook that had in black ink a list of addresses on it "which of these Kingmaker offices should we hit up first? There's ten of them?"
Odette took one look at the list in Hayleys hold and then up to Klaus who was still looking at her with a gloomy expression making her take a good look at him to know that he was worried making Odette ask, "What's wrong?"
"Lucien has revealed his true nature. He's taken Freya" Klaus informs the hybrids making their eyes widen in shock "And now, it seems her rescue depends on Elijah working with my ever-reliable brother Finn"
"Oh... you want to go back to New Orleans to lead the hunt" Odette asks yet it leaves her lips as a statement making Klaus hesitate for a moment. He was torn between the two different missions and although Odette tries to mask her disappointment she nods in agreement "You should go. Hayley and I will stick with Kingmaker, Lucien's working very hard to cover up these wolf kidnappings and we need to know why"
Hayley reaches for the keys on the dinner counter and folds the list ready to leave while Odette reaches for her coat that laid on the counter. Klaus doesn't want to leave after seeing that Odette was hoping they could stick together, gently grabs Odette by the wrist to stop her.
"No. The wolves, Freya's abduction... it can't all be coincidence. We'll let my brothers pursue the obvious path" Klaus says with a smile weakly at her, and Odette looks surprised yet happy by his reaction "You and I-"
"And Hayley" Odette interrupts with a smile making Klaus sigh
"And Hayley... will pursue this one. No doubt all roads...Lead to the same treacherous bastard" Klaus says with a smirk

The three hybrids had made their way to a new Kingmaker Land Development office in Tennessee. They park their car in the abandoned parking lot and get out of the black car and walk towards the familiar looking building.
"Does he just build these from a kit or something? It's the exact same for the last five offices. Same windows, same plants..." Hayley says in disbelief that all the offices they had come across all had the same architectural design not one was different
"And inside, same generic abstract art, same compellable receptionist..." Klaus says as after the third time it was no coincidence that everything was the same bland thing and it was starting to get tiring as it seemed to lead to nothing but down the list
"Klaus, are you sure you wouldn't be better off with your brothers? Hayley and I can do the leg-work. I don't want to be the reason why you aren't helping save your sister" Odette says as she knew how to take care of herself and her being pregnant was not something she wanted to be the reason their relationship changed back to some resemblance of what it used to be when she was pregnant the first time
"And split up the team now? Just when I'm discovering your carpool karaoke skills? I think not!" Klaus says with a smile making the hybrids chuckle "No, Lucien is playing a game, here. Each unassuming little office building we search, the more sure I am of it. We keep going. Together"
Klaus then starts walking towards the building and the two Crescents follow after him, "Even if we have to scour one hundred of these poxy places"
The three walk into the reception area of the office passing by the same looking art they saw in the previous building. They reach the glass doors which Klaus opens for the two cousins to walk in first and then closes the door behind them before they approach the reception desk. The receptionist finishes her call and hangs up as she look at them as if to expect something making Odette look around the room for something out of its place
"Ah, hello, love! We're here for a spot of 'search and potentially destroy'" Klaus says before he makes eye contact with the receptionist and begins to compelle her "Do tell-- where are the areas off-limits to general staff?"
"You just wait right here... and I'll have someone out here to help you with your inquiry" The receptionist smiles at them and sits back in her chair to press a button under her desk, which causes an alarm to blare loudly throughout the building. The alarm causes the reception area to go dark and red lights to flash as the room floods with armed guards dressed in black uniforms holding guns
"Stay right there!" One of the guards says as they all surround Hayley, Klaus and Odette. The three hybrids don't look concerned but rather inconvenienced as the guards keep their assault rifles aimed at them. All of the guns shot a red laser that points right at the hybrids hearts
"Shall we?" Hayley asks making Odette reach for her knife ready to attack
"Ladies first" Klaus says with a smirk and his hand stretched out letting them take the lead
Hayley and Odette make their way towards the guards and although they shoot at them, they are barely affected by the bullets. They start to take out the guards one by one, with Klaus following their lead. After some of the guards' bones were broken, along with the necks of others and some were led to be impaled with their guns. It wasn't over until Hayley throws the last one standing through the glass door of the reception area.

Klaus makes his way through another wing when he sees a frantic scientist in a white lab coat rush out of a locked door and almost run right into him. Klaus grabs him from behind and snaps his neck before reaching into his lab coat pocket and pulls out the credentials needed to get into the super-secret areas of the laboratory. He drops the scientists body onto the floor without another world and holds up the key card for Hayley and Odette to see as he laughs in amusement. Checking to make sure the coast is clear, the three make it through the locked door and into a laboratory.
Inside the lab they find at least a dozen men and women chained up and attached to IV drips, while the corpse of a transformed werewolf lays in a cage. Odette stopped walking once she saw everything around her.
"They're all wolves" Hayley states as she look horrified at the scene. She walks over to where a young man is chained ip and sees what looks like a threatening mask over his face, only it has two vials on either side full of the same blood orange fluid. Hayley reaches out to touch the man, making his eyes open revealing yellow-gold werewolf eyes. "They're still alive!"
Everyone in the room looks equally disgusted by what Lucien has been doing. Klaus gets curious when he sees a clear plastic curtain behind him and turns to open it to find a dead women bound to an exam table with lesions all over her face, neck, and chest. Klaus breathes deeply through his nose for a moment before speaking, "This one's a vampire. What the hell is Lucien up to here?"
"I think I'm going to be sick" Odette says before spotting a sink and quickly walks over to it so she can throw up the food she had eaten at the diner they had stopped at

Klaus gently removes the werewolf venom-removing apparatus from one of the werewolves face just as Hayley walks towards him. Klaus sees her and says, "Help me with this one"
Hayley and Klaus work together to help the middle-aged werewolf out of his retrains and gently help him sit down on a nearby stool before Hayley bites her wrist and offers it to him
"No vampire blood..." The werewolf says weakly as he could barely keep his eyes open
"That's okay. The others drank. I'm a hybrid. Go on" Hayley says making him look at them hesitantly and Hayley nods her head in encouragement "Go on"
The werewolf reluctantly drinks the blood while Klaus brainstorms what they've just learned, "He needed their venom"
Klaus looks around the room, eventually finding a small refrigerator that he opens to find a vial of cloudy white liquid, "He harvested the venom he needed, then reverse-engineered a vaccine. Clever stuff"
"And her?" Hayley asks confused as she jerks her head to the dead vampire women who is still strapped to the exam table "The dead vampire?"
"The wolfs venom, that's what killed her" Odette says walking back into the room after having cleaned herself up in the restroom down the hall needing a chance of scenery so she wouldn't throw up again and taking a look around the room it still made her feel sick yet no metal taste in her mouth meant no throwing up and during that time she was thinking of Lucien's secret laboratory "It is how Lucien tested his cure"
"Why would he need to test out something he knows already works?" Hayley asks wondering what possible plan Lucien had up his sleeve that involved hunting wolves as they were obviously missing something

Hayley and Odette had just finished helping the last of the werewolves while Klaus called Elijah for an update on Freya and Lucien's plan. Klaus ends the call and returns to the main room of the laboratory.
"Freya's safe" Klaus tells the two making them sigh in relief glad that the eldest Mikaelson they had learned to care for was out of harm
"What about everyone else?" Odette asks knowing that although Finn and Elijah were vampires with healing abilities it doesn't mean they couldn't have been hurt
"Finn's in a bad way. Some kind of werewolf bite. Elijah thinks I should return home and heal him. Ease his pain." Klaus says as he had no plan to leave the two making Odette give him a look not liking that he sounded hesitate to go and help Finn and although Odette did not like Finn for every bad thing he did while alive in Vincents body. It doesn't mean that Klaus shouldn't try to save his brother from dying
"Klaus you need to go. As soon as these last few recover, we will get them home, gather what we can and torch the place" Odette says as it was a simple task that didn't require him to join in
"No. Finn can purge it himself. He's earned the agony. Besides, you know how much I love burning things to the ground" Klaus says with a smirk, yet Odette doesn't buy it and it seemed neither did Hayley
"Klaus, when you said that you wanted to work together for Hope's sake, I wanted to know what that looked like, and now I do. I appreciate you helping us rescue the wolves, but if there is any chance of making Finn an ally, you should take it. Go. You know I won't let anything happen to Odette" Hayley says as she knew that having him with them instead of running towards Finn wasn't helping anyone
"Are you two finally becoming friends? Like, this is just so awesome. I mean it only took me getting pregnant again for this to happen but whatever" Odette realizes that she had let out her secret making her widen her eyes and raised her hands to cover her mouth. Her hazel eyes meet Klaus blue eyes not knowing that Hayley already knew, "That was suppose to be a secret"

Hayley pour gasoline all over the laboratory, including the dead vampire's corpse, not letting Odette go anywhere near the liquid knowing it was bad enough she was breathing in the toxic smell. Odette stood next to one of the last werewolves that was still inside the laboratory unlike the rest who stood outside.
"Go outside and tell the others to keep their eyes peeled for trouble. As soon as this place burns, we'll take you back to the Crescents" Hayley tells the middle-aged werewolf dressed in a hospital gown who at the sound of Crescent frowns
"I'm not from there. One was. He died last week. We're from the seven packs: Deep Water, Malraux, BasRoq, Barry, Poldark... I'm a Paxon" the werewolf informs the two hybrids which takes them by surprise at the sound of his pack
"Woah, they must of had to look long and hard to find one of you" Odette says in shock knowing that there was not any wolves out in the world and to be from the seven packs was even more rare
"They wanted our venom" the werewolf says as he takes a step towards the girls and points to the dead vampire "They kept... pumping it into her over and over and over again. Then they'd heal her with some drug. Except the last time. They shot her up with something so powerful... there was no saving her"
Hayley and Odette look at each other worried for what it all meant but they knew that they couldn't dwell on it as they had to return to the task at hand and figure it all out on the ride back to New Orleans
"Go. We're gonna burn this hell hole." Hayley says making the man nod sadly and walk towards the exit.
Odette reaches into her coat pocket and pulls out a lighter before handing it over to Hayley, "You do the honors"
They take one last look around the room before Hayley egnights the lighter and throws it at the feet of the dead vampire. They turn and walk away and soon the laboratory is bursting into flames behind the duo, not one looking back

Freya, Elijah and Klaus mourn in the upstairs living room in front of the blazing fire that sits in the fireplace while they quietly discuss what has happened in the last day. From their eldest brother coming back from the dead in his original body, to Finn being hexed by Kol and then being bit by Lucien after he was able to perform a ceremony that has made him too strong for an Original or two to take him down. All of it hitting Freya the hardest as she had to say goodbye to Finn one last time, only this time there was no chance she or anyone would be able to save her first best friend
"Lucien did all of this to become like his maker, and yet, my bite cannot kill an Original. What are we up against here, brother?" Klaus asks Elijah who sat next to him as he looks genuinely terrified while Freya laid on the couch playing with her pendent as she mourned
"I truly don't know" Elijah states as he shakes his head in disbelief
"We just might" Odette says making the three siblings turn to face the door where Hayley and Odette stood. Odette walks over to Klaus trying her best to hide her stomach with her coat as she was now starting to show. If any of the Mikaelson siblings paid any attention to her belly they would notice the extra weight. Odette reaches Klaus and greets him with a quick kiss and a soft hello, which lifts his spirits knowing that she was now safe.
"Klaus, Odette and I found Lucien's R & D lab full of werewolves. He's harvesting venom, but not to find a cure. He's trying to create a more lethal strain" Hayley explains to the siblings as her and Odette believed they figured out Lucien's plan with the information the Paxon wolf shared
"Well, that must be what he added to the spell to make him whatever the hell he is now. He kept boasting about having something that would make him better than an Original." Freya says angrily remembering her time as Lucien's hostage
"Klaus is descended from one of the seven original wolf bloodlines. While we-" Odette says as she points at Hayley and herself "descended from another. Lucien's venom... is derived from all seven packs"
Klaus' eyes widen in horror as he realizes the implications, "Giving him a bite that not even I can cure"
"There were two vials of serum, and he only drank one. Maybe it's because the spell will wear off eventually and he'll need another dose?" Freya asks yet that doesn't settle well with Odette as that doesn't seem like something Lucien would do, if he was going through with a plan he was not going to cast a momentarily spell
"Or he made enough for two" Klaus says in realization making Odette realize what he meant, making her whisper "Aurora"
Klaus and Elijah make their way to the Lafayette Cemetery, where Klaus goes to the tomb that was made to be Aurora's prison. Klaus turns the corner lit with various candles only to be met with a broken brick wall and Aurora nowhere to be found, "She's gone"
