It was after school and the whole day Noah spent a lot of time with his friends and Julian wasn't here today so Noah was kind of bummed cos he wanted to talk to him about something. That something being important later on. During eighth period Noah and Liam we're talking like they weren't just into a heated thing yesterday. The two best friends were happy to see each other and chat with out disagreeing or arguing.
Noah's Pov🐣
Today has been really peaceful. Liam and I were just talking about our school work for art class. We're both in art but in different periods.
Then when we got deeper into our conversation we ended up talking about clothing which we really like since we're really into fashion.
Liam is more of a black clothes type of person and I wear more brighter things.
As much as I love the way Liam looks in black I would really love to see him in other types of colors.
Like pink or yellow.
"Hey Liam do you want to hang out after school and go to stores to buy some clothes?" I ask him excitedly jumping up and down in my seat.
He laughs a little then give my head a pat before replying. "Sure. Let's go to my house and we can go in my car?" I nod and shoot the girls a text saying that Liam and I were gonna hang out.
Time skip🐛
We were in Liam's car driving to whatever shops looked cool. I plugged in my phone into the air cord and played my playlist. The first song playing Lover is a Day by Cuco.
I looked towards Liam who was driving and he looked so handsome. I mean- he's good looking but you know not like attracted towards him type of handsome. Oh who am I kidding, I do like him.
Liam's hair was blowing in the wind from the windows being down making his hair look messy but nice. His eyes were focused on the road, making him have a serious look. Not going to lie, Liam looks really hot when he's serious. Agh that sounded so gay.
Just then Liam looks towards me and then looks back at the road giving a little chuckle and smirk.
"What's wrong hun? Something on my face?" He gives a little laugh. My face suddenly gets heated and a blush grows on my face. Did he just call me hun?!
I'm going to melt.
"Nothings wrong you just look really good." I reply to his question so fast that I didn't even realize what I had just said. I just exposed myself.
"Well you look really beautiful Noah." My blush grows even more and my face as well i that's even possible. I couldn't think of any way to respond to that so I just leave it at that and keep quiet letting the music play and everything else in the car in silence while two blushing boys are smiling hard.
Just then I realized the car has been parked and Liam opened the door for me. I didn't even know he was already out. I get out and look at the store. The store was called Violets Clothing Store. The outside of it had flowers and seeds to sell. And through the window I see books, clothes and stuffed animals.
We went in and went through most of the clothes. My mission was to find something for Liam to try on that was colorful.
"You would look cute in this." Liam holds up a pink shirt that had Care Bears on it. It did look pretty cute.
I grabbed the shirt out of his hands and said "Thank you very much. I'm gonna try it on, but I'm gonna look a little more."
He just nods and continues looking through the racks.
Just when I was looking through the clothes I found a yellow graphic tee that had a man wearing a mask and eating cereal. Cereal killer, very classy.
It is colorful and looks pretty cool so then I tap on Liam's shoulder and say "You should try this on, I think it'll look nice on you." I give him a puppy eyed face.
"Fine." He gives a sigh.
"We should share a dressing room though cos the rest are occupied." I suggest. He just nods and we head into the dressing room. He locks it and then pulls off his shirt. I happened to look at him when he did. I turned away from him a blush growing on my face. I didn't know Liam has freaking abs! Why do i have to look like a worm and he looks so fit. I throw off my shirt, feeling Liam's eyes on me but not wanting to turn around. I grab the shirt and put it over my head slipping it on. I turn around to where Liam was and he just smiled at me, then I gave on back. He had the yellow tee on. He looked cute. Handsome and cute.
"You look cute Liam!" I give a little giggle only to be pinched on my cheeks.
"Hey I think the cute on here is you." He says still pinching my cheeks.
He lets go and we just laugh a little.
"But for real Noah you do look very cute." He smirks. iS He FliRtIng. wAs I JuSt FliRtIng. ahHhh
"No you." I know so typical to say but that's all I could think of saying.
"I feel kind of weird wearing something that isn't black. I haven't worn anything this bright since middle school." He laughs looking at himself through the mirror.
"Yeah, I remember those days," I give a little smile at him through the mirror and give him a hug. He turn around to look at me and just stares into my eyes not saying anything. Is something on my face?

Liam looks into Noah's eyes then looks down at his lips.
They both just stares at each other soaking up each other's beauty. Noah's heart was racing fast.
Is he going to kiss me? Should I just lean in? Was Noah's thoughts
Liam's was just racing with thoughts of whether he should kiss him or not.
Before Liam could think of it more he just leaned in only to be stopped by Noah's hand. Liam backed away and gave a hurt look to Noah.
He doesn't want to kiss you dumb ass. He doesn't like you. Liam you're an idiot, who would like you! Noah likes Julian not you. julian will always be better than you. Why do you always have to fuck things up.
"W-whats wrong?" Liam asks his voice breaking a little from wanting to cry. As much as it hurt Noah, it hurt even more for Liam.
Noah was looking down but looked up into Liam's watery eyes, making Noah start to tear up too.
"Liam. I'm confused. I just don't want to kiss you knowing I kissed Julian. I don't want to make it seem like I'm using you Liam. I don't want to. And I respect Julian. I know me and him aren't in a relationship but I just don't want to risk it. And if I decided to let you kiss me, what if it got out of hand and it messes up our friendship?" Noah chokes on his words. He was rambling sorry to Liam as tears were falling from both of the boys faces.
Liam really loves Noah. He's been in love with him ever since middle school. And Noah's crying cos he feels guilty and scared and confused for the future.
"Noah, why do you like Julian? You've barely known him for a few months. He won't love you like I do. Noah I've been in love with you since middle school. Knowing that you and Julian are all lovey dovey hurts. Cos I want that with you Noah. I want to hold your hand and give you kisses. I want to be the one to hold you when you're sad like I always do. I want to be with you Noah. I don't want you getting hurt." Liam sobs still looking into Noah's eyes. Noah looks down at his shoes. He caused Liam to cry. Liam loves him.
"I'm gonna be in the car." Liam wipes away his tears, takes off the shirt and slips on his shirt. Then heading out leaving Noah alone.
Noah did the same and payed for the shirts heading to the car and going in. Once he was in Liam was still crying. His nose and cheeks red from crying. Noah looking the same. Just then it started to rain.
"I'm sorry Noah. I shouldn't be crying. You like someone else and I can't do anything else about it. It's just- fuck," he lets a tear slips out, his speaking being shaky.
"It's okay, love. Remember that other person I told you I liked? His name is Liam." Noah looks at Liam, him being shocked.
Yes they're still sad but also a mixed feelings of happiness. Especially Liam, his heart fluttering from hearing those words come out Noah's mouth.
"Can I kiss you Noah?" Liam looks down at the hands.
"Yes." Was all it took before Liam and Noah crashed their lips together. The kiss only lasted for a few seconds and once they pulled apart Noah could still feel his lips on his.
