rosey walked onto the stage with her right hand wrapped around her left wrist. her left hand held her microphone as she listened to her members speak to the crowd that had gathered in indonesia to watch them.
she couldn't believe it. she was looking out at hundreds of people who had come to see her and the rest of her group perform, people who had come to support them.
every time she performs, she thinks about it.
the few minutes the artists had to speak to their fans were the calmest parts of the concert. rosey was only a few inches away from her boyfriend, jeongin, who was standing at the far end of the row. as she looked around, her gaze was drawn to jeongin, who had been staring at her.
they smiled at each other and burst into laughter.
as she noticed the light sticks moving side to side, her gaze was drawn back to the crowd. her hands moved up to her ears, pulling her in-ears out and letting them fall onto her shoulders. when she heard the screams and laughter of the fans in front of her, her smiled brightened.
fans tried to attract the female idols attention by waving from the front row behind the barricades. as they did so, the last members was wrapping up his speech. when he was finished, the claps began and quickly died away.
for a few seconds, the stadium was deafeningly quiet, allowing a fan to scream.
"rosey! wink!" a yell echoed through the seats.
rosey looked around, wide-eyed, for the fan who had screamed out to her. her finger flashed in front of her as she spotted him, letting her team know the location of the fan. the young man repeated himself, requesting a wink.
"wink?" she took a look around, her gaze falling on felix.
"don't act as if you have no idea what it means!" he yelled to her without using his microphone.
"i know what it means!" she mouth back silently, having forgot about her microphone.
fans gawked at her smile as she laughed. her face was gradually turning a dark pink color. she didn't even notice jeongin, who was star-struck as he stared at her, which would have made her blush even more.
the camera zoomed in on her face, which was displayed on the large screens behind the nine members. her hesitation in responding to such requests was adorable to those around her; such a simple expression could freeze her in shyness.
her fingers formed a heart as she looked into the camera and her wink was quick. the venue was filled with screams and the crowd's light sticks frantically waved side to side.
minho asked rosey to say a few words before they moved on as the crowd died down. rosey raised her finger and requested a few minutes.
"hold on!" she exclaimed into her microphone.
her body turned around and she ran behind the curtains, confusing the crowd and group. she came back onto the stage, holding a headband with little bear ears on it in her hand. she wore it early in the concert and love it.
rosey's feet took her down the steps on the side of the stage, skipping the last two with a small leap. she walked over to the fan who had requested a wink, who was sitting right behind the barricades.
she showed him the headband when she came to a halt in front of him.
"can i put this on you?" she first inquired.
before she could finish her question, the boy nodded. she smiled, leaned forward, and slid the headband over the boy's fluffy black hair.
"keep it safe, okay?" she spoke quietly.
"thank you!" he was shy and whispered, his hands rushing to fix the headband.
as she walked away from the boy, her face was bright and happy. her interactions with fans would quickly go viral, but she had no idea. she cherished the interactions she had with fans.
rosey returned to the stairs, where she saw jeongin walking down them. as he stood on the bottom step, he extended his hand to assist her in walking up the stairs.
she took his hand in her own and walked up quickly, letting go as they returned to their spots. she turned to face her boyfriend and silently thanked him for his assistance.
the group took a few moments to say their final goodbyes and bow together. they left the stage on a high note and couldn't wait to return!
