Before we begin let me just say that I don't know much about the Warhammer 40K universe. I know a bit about the basics. Like for example The Emperor, the imperium Of man, the chaos gods, a bit about the space marines and the Primarch's. Other than that however, will I might as well be shooting blindly into the dark.
Because of this I'm going to be straying away form cannon information to give myself a bit of breathing room and to, hopefully, come up with some original ideas of my own.
So if you were looking forward to a story that abides strictly to source material from the books and game manuals, well I'm sorry to say that you'll be greatly disappointed. On the flip side however, if you think that a story where a human reader not only meets but befriends various women from other parts of the imperium and even other races, than this just might be the story for you. Hopefully.
Besides, the forty-first millennium is a very very very dangerous place and a mortal man will need all the allies he can find if he wants to have the best chances of survival. And if said allies happen to include a sister of battle, a female tech-priest, a female elder, a female commissar, and other deadly warriors, well all the better.
And as of now I've planned for first chapter to take place on the small imperial farm world of Panzer. Panzer is guarded by the 1st Panzer Infantry regiment, who are recruited from the world's PDF force. The reader is a young corporal in the first company and is proud to be a guardsmen for his home-world.
Unfortunately for the reader, Panzer is about to be attacked by an army of Nurgle cultists, who want nothing more than to see agricultural world become a garden for their god.
