Chapter 24: Let’s run away…
[Leirie’s POV]
I, again woke up in the morning with a throbbing head. Straight 2 days.
“Ugh.” I said when I looked at myself at the mirror. I had puffy eyes and reddish nose.
I cried myself to sleep last night about what my dad and mom agreed with Kwangmin ‘s parents.
-FLASHBACK-
“W-What do you mean, appa?” I asked.
“To improve our state in life, you being a performer isn’t enough.” Dad said. “You should marry him for us to have a higher position and status.”
I stared at them with wide eyes.
“T-This…” I trailed off. “Have y-you thought that this will also affect my career?” I asked, with disbelief.
“No. Quit being a member of your stupid and childish girl group.” My dad said firmly.
I looked at my mother. She just sent me a sad look.
“YOU GUYS ARE RIDICULOUS!!!!!” I shouted as I ran to my room and locked myself.
-END OF FLASHBACK-
I tried to cover up my reddish eyes with make-up.
“Darn it. I have a photo shoot today!” I said frustrated. I grabbed my bag and phone then walked out my room.
I ran down the stairs.
“Oh? You’re awake, honey.”
That’s when I noticed a guy smirking at me sitting in one of my sofas.
“Kwangmin…” I whispered. I can’t stop being annoyed by his presence. So, I looked at my mother.
“Eomma, I’m late for my photo shoot. I better go.” I said.
“Let Kwangmin take you there.” She proposed.
“NO, Mother. My boyfriend, Taemin, is outside.” I walked out our house…
I hopped inside Taemin’s car.
Taemin leaned in and kissed me.
“Goodmornin- Hey. What’s with the puffy eyes?” He noticed. Caressing my right eye.
“Drive.” I said. He just nodded awkwardly and drove away.
When we we’re finally at our set,
“Taemin?”
“Mm?” He answered looking for something on his bag.
“Can I ask you one favor?”
“What favor, baby?” he said still not looking up.
“Can we run away?”
[A/N: CLIFF-HANGAAAAA??? HAHAHAHA XD
