The rest of the day flew by after that. We unfortunately had no more run ins with Nicole. We had not long been back from school and we were all lounging around in the sitting room and by we I mean Laura, Travis and me. Luke and Adam were no where to be found. There probably off bitching about us somewhere.
"What do you wanna do?" Travis asks breaking the silence.
"How about we go find Nicole and ill kick her face in while you two watch and post it on YouTube." Laura suggests with a very sadistic smirk on her face.
"I don't think that's a good idea." I speak up. She frowns and furrows her eyebrows at me.
"How come?"
"Cos Nicole's the type to call the police." I point out.
"I suppose." She mumbles. We sit in silence again for what seems like an eternity.
"Why don't we go out. I heard Tom's having a house party tonight." Travis says. Me and Laura look at each other before we nod and rush upstairs to get ready. Damn I didn't pack any dresses.
"Hey Laura!" She appears at the day with in seconds.
"Yeah?"
"I don't have any dresses." I groan and fall back onto my bed.
"I'd lend you some of mine but I don't think they'd fit you, T-shirt's are obviously a lot different to dresses." I frown.
"Looks like it's time to go clothes shopping!"I say with fake enthusiasm and Laura slaps my arm playfully.
"C'mon I thought you'd love clothes shopping!"
I chuckle at her."I really don't. It takes me forever to decide what I actually want." She rolls her eyes at me before grabbing my wrist and pulling me down the stairs.
"Travis, we need you to take us to the mall!" She shouts as we enter the living room.
"Sure, let's go." He gets up off the sofa and we head out to the car. I'm in front this time (YEY! ) and Laura's stuck in the back looking like I've just bitch slapped her with a fish.

We get to the mall and Laura immediately jumps out of the car and begins to skip to the entrance. She must really love shopping. As soon as we're inside I head to a atm machine to get some money.
"Jesus Reiss I never knew you were rich! How'd you get all of that money?" Laura says as she watches me check my balance and select how much money I want.
"My mom died." I reply in a snappy tone. I didn't mean to be snappy at her but my mams a sensitive subject to me. She died last October of cancer. I had to watch her suffer in hospital, slowly dying for a year. Of course when ever I would ask if she was dying the nurses would lie and say she was fine and getting better. I hate hospitals.
"Oh god Reiss I am so sorry." Laura says sympathetically to me, placing her hand on my shoulder. I quickly shrug it off.
"I don't need you're pity, or anyone else's for that matter."
"Oh ok. So what store do you wanna go to first?" She quickly changes the subject. Good, I really didnt like what she had in her eyes before.... you guessed it. Pity. I shook my head to get rid of those thoughts aand we continued walking.
"I need dresses and bathing suits." I said to her. She nodded and we made our way to a store called select. We entered and i immediately went to the dresses. Travis walked over to me to see what I was doing.
"What was all that about?"
"Nothing." I snap at him and he raises an eyebrow at me.
"That's the biggest pile of shit I've ever heard, but you know what... forget it." He snaps back and leaves the shop. Great. I sigh and continue looking through some dresses. I picked some out and headed to the changing room.
"Laura come and tell me what you think!" I scream out the dressing room door. She taps on the door and I open it, showing her the dress I currently have on. It's a black bodycon dress with lace on the stomach. It's beautiful!
"Wow. That dress is amazing!" I chuckle.
"You know there's a red one, if you'd like one." She squealed before running out of the dressing room to get the dress. She came back moments later holding the dress in front of her and posing. I laugh at her before pushing her out and changing back into my normal clothes. I decided I would buy all three of the dresses I tried.
"Ok, the next thing I need is a bikini."
"Oh, I know the perfect place." Laura says as she grabs my hand an drags me along to wherever it is she's going. I can't help but wonder where Travis went though... He probably just went home. Hmm that's probably true but if that's the case, how are we gonna get back to the house? I continued to ponder over this until laura brought me out of my thoughts and into reality again.
"Here we are!" she announced as we entered the store. Huh. Not bad. We browsed for a while before I finally saw the perfect bikini.... It was blue with a beautiful purple stone in the middle on the bikinis top.... I love it! I quickly grabbed it and threw it onto the counter. I paid and left with a satisfied smile on my face.
"Hey, where'd Travis run off to?" I shrug and she gives me a questioning look before pulling out her phone and ringing him. He answers almost immediately.
"Travis? Where are you? Oh ok, well we're done now so we'll meet you at the exit and then we'll go back and get ready for the party? Ok see you soon." She hangs up the phone and we walk to the exit.

Laura's p.o.v :
I must of really hit a nerve earlier. I've never seen her act like that. At least not to me. I've only ever seen her react that way to Nicole and let's face it, everyone reacts that way to Nicole. And the way she was so blunt about her mom, I don't know how she did it. I won't ever forget the look on her face after she told me. She was emotionless almost like ice... either she didn't get along with her mother that well or shed mastered the whole "I don't give a shit' act. And then when I apologised she basically told me to fuck off.... She looked furious and i don't exactly know why but it scared me. I wish I'd never seen that side of her now, I just didn't think she had it in her.... Well you've done it again Laura, you've woke the dragon and now she's pissed... Stupid mind... what the fuck has my problem gotta do with dragons anyway you nerd! You do realise you just called yourself a nerd right? Oh shut up! Damn, my brain has sass! I shake my head from my thoughts and quickly catch up to Reiss.
"Is that everything?" I ask when we get closer to the exit. She nods and we see Travis. He doesn't look very happy, though I suppose if I were stuck shopping with girls I wouldn't be either.
"Hey, You ready to go?" I ask him as soon as we are close enough he mumbles a yes before we head out to the car. It's an awkward silence but as soon as we reach the car I dive into the back. Please Lord, don't make this car journey so awkward on the way home.
We arrive back to the house about 20 minutes later. God is no use at all as the car journey was silent and extremely awkward. I run into the house, up the stairs and into my room. I close the door behind me and quickly put my new dress on. I stroll to my wardrobe and pick out a pair of red 6 inch heels then to my mirror to do my makeup. I apply dark eyeshadow and a little eyeliner, some pale pink lipstick and mascara before heading to Reiss' room. She sat at the mirror with her black lace dress on with black 6 inch heels with a bow at the front. She's just finished putting her makeup on and grabs her purse. She's gone with the cat eyes look which she suits really well. We head down stairs and into the sitting room to wait for Travis. He comes into the room a few minutes later.
"Ready?" We both nod.
"Ready." We head out to the car and set off to the party.... I can see tonight being good (YEY!)

Reiss' p.o.v:
We arrive at the party ten minutes later. Music is blasting out of the house and people are passed out or dancing on the lawn. We made our way into the house and pushed past all the bodies until we reached the kitchen.
"Finally!" Laura shreiks as we make it into the kitchen.
"Alcohol!" I scream after her, Travis just laughs but pours us our drinks anyway. Good boy. He pours us our drinks and we sit at the bar. He chuckles as me and Laura gulp down our first drink and sigh in awe. This is the life.
"Let's dance!" Laura shreiks grabbing my hand and pulling me to the dance floor. We dance for a little while til Laura starts dancing with some guy and I take that as my que to leave and get another drink. I make my way to the bar again where there's another person sat who looks like he's had a pretty shit night. I stroll over and take a seat next to him. He has a snap back cap on with his straight brown hair sticking out the back, and amazingly sharp jaw bone.
"Hey." I say to him, he looks up from his glass and smiles at me.. And beautiful brown eyes needs to be added to the list.
"Hey." I nod towards his drink and say
"Rough night?" He snorts.
"That's the biggest understatement of the century."
"Do you wanna talk about it, I mean I hear strangers are perfect to vent to." I smirk and he smiles back.
"I've heard that too actually. What's you're name?"
"Reiss. You?"
"Michael." He replies, such a cute name.
"So why are you sitting at the bar drinking by yourself?" He asks with a huge grin in his face. I snort.
"I could ask you the same thing Michael." He chuckles at me.
"Touchè, I'm here because I just caught my girlfriend cheating on me..." My jaw drops.
"Wow that sucks...."
"Your turn." I smile at him.
"Im here cos my friend ditched me to grind on some guy and also because I've had a pretty shitty day too." He smiles at me.
"What do you drink?"
"Jack Daniels and coke." I reply.
"Wow, you've got expensive taste." He laughs and i laugh with him before he orders me one. I thank him and take a sip.
"So, do you wanna dance?" I ask him and he nods while grinning his ass off.
I lead him to the dance floor and to be completely honest he can't dance at all. I have no idea how much he's had to drink but by the look of his dancing I'm gonna say a lot. I laugh at him while he dances pulling stupid faces. After I've had enough of laughing at him we sit on one of the couches and chuckle to ourselves.
"So what did you think of my awesome dance moves?" He asks while wiggling his eyebrows.
"I wouldn't go as far as awesome but they weren't bad."I say while we smirk at each other.
"I'm offended." He says while clutching his chest and gasping I laugh.
"I'm sorry but I'm a very truthful person, lying's a sin you know." He smirks and shrugs.
I spent the rest of the night with Michael and he was the best company I'd had in a while. Laura runs over to me completely intoxicated.
"Reiss, it's an emergency! There's no more booze left and...... Oh who's this?" She asks as all seriousness leaves her face and she grins at me while wiggling her eyebrows. Michael laughs from next to me.
"I'm Michael and Reiss here has been keeping me company all night." Laura nods
"I'm Laura, Reiss' best friend. Anyways I'll go find some more booze and leave you to it." And with that she walks away shouting "Nice to meet you Michael."
He chuckles at her and then looks at me.
"So that's the best friend, I'm offended I thought I was you're bezzie for life!" He says in a serious then girly voice towards the end. I laugh at him. He turns serious again.
"You're really pretty Reiss." I snort.
"And you're drunk Michael." He gasps.
"I am not drunk, I've sobered up since you haven't let me have a drink." I nod.
"Touchè." He grins at me again.
"Thank you." I smile at him. I see his gaze drop to my lips. Holy shit, the fittys gonna kiss you! He leans his head forward and connects his lips to mine. It's soft at first but gets eventually gets more passionate. Wow he's a really great kisser! We eventually have to break apart for air.
"So..."
"So...." We stay silent for a second.
"Do you wanna come to my place?" He asks suddenly and I smile.
"Sure, just let me text Laura and let her know where I'm going. Wait here." He nods and I rush off to find Laura. I see her talking to some dude on the steps.
"Laura!" I shout and she looks at me. I wave my hand gesturing for her to come over. She excuses herself and walks to me.
"Sup?" she asks.
"I'm gonna leave with Michael." She looks puzzled for a minute before she remembers who he is.
"Oh my god, I'm so happy for you! Go get you kinky bastard!" I laugh as she pulls me into a hug then I walk to where I told Michael to wait. He stands up and walks to where I am and we leave the party. I pull out my phone to check the time. 12:30. Huh that's not that late actually.
"I'll drive, you've had way too much to drink."
He throws me the keys and we climb into his car. He gives me directions to his house. I pull up in his driveway ten minutes later.
"Wow. I didn't realise you lived this close, I'm surprised I haven't seen you around."
"I don't really go out that often." He reply's and I nod before exiting the car and walking to his front door with him. He pulls his house key out of his pocket and unlocks the door. We enter the house and I can honestly say I wasn't expecting this.... The front room had black marble floors and a huge curved stairs. The walls were wallpapered black with roses and lilly's painted on them. He leads me to into the sitting room. There's a grand wood fire with two white sofas in front of the TV. The TV sits just above the fire. there's a glass coffee table in the centre in between the two sofas. The chimney breast is painted white whilst the rest of the walls are red and the floor is laminate wood. I can see why he doesn't go out much... He pats the spot on the sofa next to him and I quickly join him and sit down. He smiles at me before cupping the back of my neck and pulling my lips to his. Unlike earlier the kiss started to get heated straight away and I'm not gonna lie and say that I hated it.. I wrapped my hands around his neck and pulled him closer so that there was no space in between us. I have no idea how but when we broke apart for air I was lay on my back on the sofa with him hovering over me and needless to say.... I loved it. I quickly pulled him back to me and kissed him again. He broke away from the kiss and started trailing kisses down my neck and along my collar. I gasped and pulled him to me once again. He quickly scooped me up and carried me upstairs, never breaking the kiss once, before placing me on the bed in the same position as before. My hands automatically reach for his shirt as i pulled it over his head and continued the kiss. His hands started brushing circles on my hips before they reach the back of my dress. He quickly unzips me and pulls it off, throwing it out of the way. I smirk and he crashes his lips to mine. I roll my hips against his and hear him groan. I quickly sit up and undo his trousers pulling them off him as quick as humanly possible. He has his own smirk now as he kisses me and then trails the kisses down my stomach....
