Sam was laying on the floor of the crappy motel room, carefully wrapping Dean's gift with newspaper and tape. He was shielding it with his arm as Dean walked by. Dean tried to peek, smirking. "What's that?"
"Nothing, Dean! Don't look." Sam threw his arms over what he was trying to hide, acting dramatic. Dean chuckled a bit, throwing his hands up in surrender. When Sam heard the bathroom door shut, he giggled and folded the newspaper over the gift, taping it over it.
He finished it and proudly held it in his hands, smiling. He placed it on the table, next to the gift that Dean had wrapped up for Sam.
He laid on the couch. Dean walked back out of the bathroom and put a blanket around Sam, turning cartoons on.
Sam smiled, yawning a bit. "Thanks, Dean."
