~ 1 Year Later ~
Y/n's pov.
It's been a year ever since i moved out, and four suicide attempts that i failed throughout the years. I miss Gene and the kids.
They should be 1 years old right now, I've watch their videos and they seemed happy. The kids are grown up from Gene's vlog. I have my own youtube channel.
It's just me posting original songs. I still have Gene and the others contacts, we haven't contacted ever since. Bianca, Trevor, Keith and Jake doesn't know where i live and my phone is filled with their messages but i muted them. Well everyone i know doesn't know where i live.
I kinda just hide in the dark. But, the good thing is I've stop cutting, which is a relief cause my arms are healing and i have a job. I work at the daycare, just taking care of kids.
Looks fun but tiring cause of the adrenaline in them. But i have my fun with them.
It's snowing. I have my gloves, scarf and coat on. I'm outside the daycare, watching the kids building snowman's and throwing snowballs. A snow then landed on the back of my head, i turn to see the teenage 13 year old boy with brunette hair and green eyes looks at me and smirks. A snowball in his hand throwing it up and down over and over.
" so that's how it's going to be huh, Heath? " i asked.
" well, on the bright side maybe not " he said.
I chuckle, i grab a lump of snow and curl it onto a ball. I threw it at his coat and he fell backwards on the soft snow. He sits up and laugh.
He walks away and play with his friends. I roll my eyes and turn back around to see the little boy with a clump of snow in his hands and his mouth wide open, ready to eat it.
My eyes widened.
" J-jack!, that's not for eating! " i rush to him and sweep the snow of his hand with my hand.
I kneel down next to him.
" it's not for eating understand? " i asked, he giggles and grab the snow from the ground, throwing it at the air making it raining snow.
I stood up and brush the snow off my legs. I walk to the door of the daycare. I enter as a girl with brunette hair with a ocean teal dyed hair on the tip of her hair as she wear her glasses and her hazel eyes reflected by it. She was carrying a tray of hot chocolates.
" hi Y/n " she greets.
" hi Mariko " i said.
" are the other hot chocolates ready? " i asked.
" yeah, there's another tray over there " she nods her head to the direction and i nodded.
I grab the tray on the table and i use my back to open the door and turn around to see Mariko placing the tray on the bench as the kids takes it.
I walk next to her and place the tray next to hers.
" Jack! " i called the only 5 year old boy in the daycare.
He runs to me giggling as his jet black hair was covered in snow and his blue eyes reflected by the light.
He looks like Gene.
I grab a cup of hot chocolate and kneel down as he fall face flat on the snow with a soft landing infront of me. I giggle and help him up, brushing the snow off him.
" here some hot chocolate, careful it's hot " i said.
I put it up on his lips and he blows before he takes 3 gulps of it. When he was done, he had a mustache, i chuckle and wipe his mouth.
" come back if you want more " i said, he giggles and runs away again.
I sit down on the bench as Mariko pass me a cup of hot chocolate.
" your actually good at taking care of kids, care to share how? " she asked.
" i have my ways " i said as i remember about the times i was with Caleb and Claire.
" are you okay? " she asked.
" yeah, just some memories " i said, she smiles.
I took a sip on my drink and sighed as smoke appeared from my mouth on how cold it is.
" I'll be inside if you need me " i said and she nodded.
I enter the daycare and went behind the counter, placing my cup down. I check the papers on my table to see the adults who register their kids here and see the time if some of them has their parents coming.
I flip a paper and see Heath's parents are coming in 3 minutes.
" hey " a voice calls.
I turn to see a guy with jet black hair and green emerald eyes was leaning against the wall. He was wearing a red coat with a black shirt under it. A tight jeans and blue converse.
" hey Ash " i smile.
" how are you holding up? " he asked.
" fine i guess, how are you and Natalie? " i asked.
" she's still as cranky as she is " he rolls his eyes, i giggle.
" can you call Heath for me? " i asked.
" sure " he said and walk to the glass door.
He calls him and open the door wide for him to enter.
" your parents are going to be here in any minute, go take a rest " i said.
" okay " he groans as he stuff his hand in his pocket.
Then he took out his hand revealing a snowball with a smirk plastered on his face and threw it at me.
" Heath! " i scold.
He laughs and went to the bathroom. Ash laughs. I roll my eyes and brush the snow off my hair.
" he hates you " he said.
" whatever " i said.
He walk behind the counter and sat next to me.
" oh yeah, how are you and Ethan? " i smirked, his cheeks flush.
" th-that's not of your business! " he exclaimed.
" so, you two kiss a lot? " my smirk grew bigger.
" shut up " he looks away.
" did you two snuggle? " i asked.
" eh, kinda, we did went a bit far but no! " he said.
His cheek went more red, i gasped.
" so you two had sex? " i asked.
" what no! " his face went completely red and.
" you two did have sex " i laugh.
" no we didn't! " he exclaimed.
" then why are you blushing huh? " i asked, he blushes more until he couldn't get anymore redder than that.
" how does it feel?, great right? " i asked.
" yeah it was amazi-uh-no-we didn't have sex Y/n!, wh-what type of question i-is that?! " he stuttered.
" your denying it~ " i chirped, he groans.
" fine, we had. . . .sex " he quietly said the last part.
I squeal.
" whoa, what's up with her? " a guy with brunette hair and blue eyes enters the building
He was wearing a black coat with a black shirt under it, a pair of tight jeans and converse. I clear my throat.
" speak of the devil " i smirk, he blushes.
" hey Ethan " Mariko enters from the outside.
" hi Mar " he said.
" anyways, i just parked and there was a guy standing near Y/n's car " he said.
" who? " i asked.
" i don't know, he had two other kids and a girl with him too " he said.
" I'll go check " i said.
I stood up and realize how long Heath was in the bathroom.
" Heath!, what is taking you so long? " i asked and his parents enters.
" wait! " he said.
I roll my eyes.
" keep an eye on him " i said and they nodded.
I open the door and went to the parking lot and see two familiar person standing by my car, with the two kids in their arms. I walk up to them, is that. . . . .
" Gene? "
This is a long chap, it's like over 1300 so imma stop here. Hope you enjoyed tho.
