We walked out. After packing up the car, We headed out...
Yuci: So we are doing what again?
Yixing: Well, we are going to drop by the company first. Then we head to the airport, and get on our flight. Once we land, go to the house. We unpack for about 2-3 hours then take 1-2 hours to get ready for the Nine Percent concert, and after that we head back home, rest for the night.
Yuci: Got it.
Yixing: I'm happy that we are promoting together. Finally. It's great to be on the same stage again.
Yuci: *Fumbles her fingers* Well yeah. I mean you were gone from home and I wasn't able to make it through in China. Surprisingly, when I visited I got scouted and made it in.
Yixing: I'm happy because they are having Produce 101 China now. Don't go on those shows.
Yuci: Wasn't planning to.
Yixing: You would've made it into A class anyways.
Yuci: One of our schedules this week is going through the audition of Idol Producer with the top 35 trainees. Then for a month, my group will be going through what the top 35 went through but instead of votes we are doing a big concert at the end instead.
Yixing: Yeah, true. Don't think that I will go easy on you.
Yuci: Gege. You won't be grading.
Yixing: But I am critiquing.
Yuci: You right. Wait, so we are going to Nex7's concert too right?
Yixing: Yep.
Yuci: Interesting. So we are going to the Nine Percent and Nex7 concerts. Who else will be there?
Yixing: MC Jin is planning to go.
Yuci: Really?! I love MC Jin.
Yixing: Haha yeah, I know.

Yixing: Yuci, I got a phone call. I'll be back. Stay here with the boys. *turns to the boys* I'm watching you all. *walks out*

After a little bit in backstage, Yixing and I were heading out. That's when he stopped me, well when Yixing went to the bathroom.
Zhengting: Hey Yuci. Before I regret it, I wanted to give you something. *Hands over her phone*
Yuci: Oh! My phone. How- wow. You're pretty slick.
Zhengting: Yeah, especially when I'm confident that you won't say no to my number. I already put it in.
Yuci: Great. I'll talk to you later?
Zhengting: Of course. *winks*
That's how it happened. Who would've known that the boy who blushed the most is the bold one to get my number. We talked for a few months. Probably almost a year. We called, text, even met in person a few times. It was honestly pretty amazing to be around him. The first time we met up after our first meeting was the mall. We bought one another one whole outfit. I wonder if he still has what I bought him. I do. It probably is one of my favorite outfits to wear...
Justin: Zhengting, Yuci is here! *turns to Yuci* I think you made a mistake. Run while you can OR you can hide in Wenjun's room. He's a better fit for you, and I approve of him. Zhengting is kind of crazy, you know-

He made me feel butterflies in my stomach. A feeling I craved for. A feeling every girl wants to feel in their life. It felt nice to feel the attention. To be able to be enchanted and to enchant. We weren't dating. It wasn't official, but all the feelings were there. We never dated... It was a fling. It was blurred boundaries. The best thing was. It was between him and me.
Soon our relationship, our fling, came to an end. What stopped us? Our contracts. We are banned from relationships for three years. What can we say? We were rookies. We were younger then. Love conquers all is true but it is easier said than done. Violation of our contracts would results in a cancelation and contract violation fee. A friend helped me through it. A friend who was there through it all. That friend helped me get over him.
In dramas, the two leads would've been happy with them just being together. No matter the price, but this... This was reality. I was happy with him. I believe that we were happy together, but giving up a dream we both dreamed about together was in our grasps. Our dreams we didn't want to let go. Not yet. We were young. We didn't know what to do. Dramatically, I fantasized that we could do our dreams together. As a duo, but with what? Being young at the time gave us our limitations.
We still are friends till this day. But when we look at one another in the eyes, the look of longing and dreaming fell through our irises. We choke it down. We let it hurt. It is all apart of growing up. We are growing up. We may hope but now it is too late to fix up an old past. It's the past. A good past. I'd like it to stay that way.
