Erika's POV
It's been almost a week and Jake has been very clingy but not in a annoying way I find it cute. It's probably because we almost broke up.
I'm standing next my locker when Alissa approaches me.
E: you gonna kiss me too?
Al: Erika I'm so so sorry for what I did I don't know what's wrong with me.
E: you need help Alissa, a therapist or something. You're obsessed with Jake. He's moved on and you should too. I hate to say it but you have a problem.
Al: I've apologized and you sit here and insult me? Wow you may fooling everyone else Costell but-
J: hey babe
E: hi
Alissa turned and walked away.
J: what was that about?
E: she was apologizing for kissing you but she didn't seem very sincere.
J: trust me she wasn't.
E: sooooo how are you
Jake wrapped his arms around me.
J: better now that I'm here with you
E: *giggles* you're so corny
J: you love it.
E: I love you.
J: I love you too.
Jake leaned down and kissed me.
Smith: get to class you too.
We parted ways and went to class.
Jakes POV
I was just chillin in class trying to get smart and stuff when the police came in.
Jones: how may I help you officers?
PO: Jake Paul please
I walked up to the front of the class.
PO: put your hands behind your back.
The police cuffed me and pulled me out of the classroom.
J: um can someone tell me why I'm getting arrested?
PO: Jake Paul you are under arrest for the aggravated assault on Weston Denard.
J: what are you talking about?
PO: he claimed that you beat him up for no reason so we checked the security cameras and he wasn't lying.
J: oh, well there's nothing I can do so let's go I gotta call my mom.
As I'm sitting in the back of the cop car all I can think of is Erika. Will she even want to date guy who is going to jail?
J: hey am I going to Jail?
PO: prison son.
J: WHAT?! All I did was beat a kid up! I didn't try to kill him or was close to killing him!
PO: sir please calm down. The jail is full you're not gonna be there long.
J: do I at least get a phone call?
PO: once we get to the station.
*station*
After I called my parents they both came in and started yelling at me.
P: Jake Joesph Paul have you lose your d•mn mind?!
G: they said two freaking months in PRISON!
J: he was being rude to Erika okay I'm not just gonna sit there and let his talk about her in that way.
G: that doesn't matter Jake she could've handled that herself.
J: ugh you don't care about anyone but your d•man self you don't care about breaking girls hearts you just go around fvcking your secretary.
G: I'm leaving and I will not bail you out.
J: if you would fvcking listen I'm not up for bail dumba$$
P: *sighs* do you need anything?
J: I need you to call Erika and I'm gonna need a picture of me and Tydus, me and Erika, and me with my friends.
PO: ma'am you have to leave.
P: I'll visit as much as I can I love you
J: I love you too.
My mom left and they took me to my cell.
?: yo homie you need a friend?
J: it depends on what kind of friend.
?: listen man I ain't with that stuff I've been in here two years and I have never had a cell mate.
J: well I'm Jake
Ca: I'm Carlos
J: would it be disrespectful if I asked why you are in here?
Ca: I killed some man for cheating me out of my drug money.
J: oh okay well I just beat a kid up for talking bad about my girl. He ended up coming here first for touching her inappropriately so I guess he decided to snitch.
Ca: I got respect for a man who watches it for his girl. What's his name?
J: Wesley Denard.
Ca: oh I know about him he's gotten beaten up like 20 times. We don't like rapist or men who touch little girls or boys.
J: that's cool I guess.
Erika's POV
I walk to Jakes locker and wait and wait. He never showed up. I tried calling him. This is starting to make me mad.
A: hey Erika
S: helloooo
M: yo
E: have you guys seen Jake I'm starting to get worried.
A: he probably ditched.
E: he would've told me but I know he wouldn't because he promised me he would do that anymore because his grades are dropping so much he wouldn't be able to graduate.
*ring ring*
E: hello?
P: Erika dear could you come to my house Jake is in prison for two months.
I covered my face.
E: what happened?
P: it was from when he beat that Wesley Denard kid up.
E: oh god
P: could you get into his locker and bring him a picture of him and tydus, you and him, and one with all of you guys?
E: of course I just bring them to him actually.
P: okay.
I hung up the phone and looked at everyone.
E: guys he's in prison for two freaking months for beating up Wesley.
A: aw man that sucks.
I opened Jakes locker and got the pictures.
E: can one of you guys take Sunny home I have to go get these to Jake.
A: I will
E: thanks Tony.
I ran off and got into my car.
*station*
PO: how may I help you?
E: I need to see Jake Paul and give him these photos.
PO: I'll take them to him.
E: no you can't touch them he only trust me with them.
PO: *sighs* okay stay close though the guys stick their arms out when they see a girl.
E: okay
We went to where the cells were and guys were screaming out nasty things.
PO: Paul you have a visitor.
J: Erika
I started tearing up.
E: I b-brought your pictures
J: don't let them see you cry
E: I hate that color on you
J: *laughs* me too
E: I'm gonna come everyday and I'll pray for you.
Ca: Jake man is that your girl?
E: *gasps* oh my god is that your b-word? Or worse are you his b-word?
J: babe chill I've been here an hour.
PO: ma'am we have to go
The police officer was about to grab me but Jake glared at him. He was the same cop who tried to touch my shoulder when we were in the process of locking my dad up.
J: go home and get some sleep I'll see you tomorrow okay.
E: I love you
J: I love you too.
I walked away with the police officer worried about Jake and my dad being in the same place.
Jakes POV
I sat down on my bed and looked at the pictures.
Ca: man she's a nice girl very pretty.
J: yeah she's gonna worry too much because her dad is here too.
Ca: who?
J: Dennis Costell.
Ca: aw man he's the man in charge here. Much respect. He killed six men to protect his daughter.
That's what he told them?
J: so what's the schedule around here?
Ca: we're about to go to the yard in about 15 minutes them you can meet the big man in charge.
J: okay.
Ca: let's talk about what just happened with that cop who almost grabbed your girl. He looked a little afraid of you and he's the toughest cop here.
J: my eyes go dark and I glare at anyone who tries to touch her. It scares people I guess. Everyone in my school is scared of me.
Ca: you're gonna gain mad respect for that.
PO: alright dirt bags line up.
They opened the cells and we lined up in front of them. The police officers were patting people down and one stopped at me then I waited but he just walked past me and started patting down the next guy.
Ca: yo man these guys are scared of you.
J: I didn't even do anything to the guy this is kinda sketchy.
We went out to the court yard and Carlos dragged me to Dennis.
Ca: yo big man we got new friends.
D: what did I say about calling me big man?!
Ca: sorry
Everyone was looking at us.
J: well hello Dennis long time no see
D: Jake nice to see you here.
J: I honestly thought you would be dead right now. I was kinda hoping you'd be dead right now.
D: what you gonna do kill me?
The guys behind him laughed.
J: no I have to have good behavior cause I would like to get out of here to go see your lovely daughter.
D: stay away from her.
J: I'm her boyfriend you're her-
D: shut the fvck up Paul before I kill you.
J: like those other six guys?
Ca: Jake man chill he's gonna beat your a$$
RG: yo listen to him Dennis is a mad dog.
J: your daughter is a great gal really good at making out too. Really knows how to turn a guy on.
Dennis launched at me and I backed up and his crew held him back.
J: be careful Dennis or I'll tell everyone what you really did to end up in here.
