(A/N: happy Christmas Eve guys, if you don't celebrate it then hope you have a good day)
Our house wasn't decorated because we were taking a train down to my parents house as we will be staying there for the week. My parents decided to do some sort of decorating but wanted to wait for San and I to get there with the kids.
"C'mon bud, let's go get dressed" I coo as I pick him up and take him upstairs.
"Bas? Are you done packing?" I ask him as I walked passed our bedroom.
"Yeah, just about" he calls back.
"Ok, I just need to get Blaine dressed and then we need to wait for San and Brittany to turn up"
"Ok, when does the taxi get here?" He asks.
"Urm, about 10 minutes?" I guess.
"Ok" I take Blaine into his room and lie him on his changing table. I change his nappy before putting him into a long sleeve polo Christmas bodysuit, a pair of blue jeans and some reindeer socks.
"Ok, let's go mister" I say as I pick him up again and carry him downstairs, I put his little dinosaur coat on that attaching mittens.
"Aww, look at you bud" Bas coos as he came down with one suitcase and a backpack.
"Oh San's here" Sebastian says as he looked out of the window.
"Yeah, now we have to wait for the taxi" I sigh.
"Hiya" I open the door.
"Hello" she says as we hug. Brittany wore some red tights with a white long sleeve penguin bodysuit that had a tutu under her pink and white butterfly coat that also had mittens and some red Minnie Mouse trainers.
"Taxi not here yet?" San asks.
"No, I don't know where they are" The taxi soon arrives and I place Blaine in his car seat before picking him up and holding Britt's hand. Bas grabs our suitcase and San's suitcase whilst Santana grabbed Brittany's car seat. We load the van up and get in. He takes us to the train station and we pay the guy before grabbing our things.
"Wow, it's busy" I say.
"What happened to the double stroller?" I asked as we looked around.
"Oh no, that's at home" Sebastian gasps.
"Bas!" I whine as I face palm.
"Sorry" he sheepishly says.
"It's fine, we'll just have to figure something out" I say.
"I could just quickly go back home and get it" he says.
"Wait, I thought it was packed, I swear I saw a stroller in there" San says.
"Really?" I ask her.
"Yeah"
"Do you think he'd still be here?" Bas asks.
"I dunno" we soon move out of people's way whilst Sebastian ran back outside to see if the guy was still there and about 20 minutes later, Sebastian came back with a pushchair.
"Oh thank god" I sigh in relief.
"Thank god for your observation skills" Bas chuckles as he talked to Santana.
"Well..." She chuckles. Sebastian sets up the stroller and we place the kids in it.
"Ok, let's go get this train" we get through the station and finally managed to get on it. We had to walk almost all the way to the back where there was at least one or two people there so we sat there.
"Thank god we made it" I sigh as I sit down.
"Mummy" Britt whines, wanting to come out so San looks at me.
"It's going to be at least a two to two and half hours" I tell her so she decided to get Brittany out and because Blaine saw that Brittany was out, he wanted to get out too.
"Come on then" I say as I get him out. The kids soon played at the table before Brittany just wandered up and down the aisle.
"Ehh" Blaine whines, wanting to get down too.
"Let's find some shoes first mister" I say as Sebastian looked through his bag.
"Here we are" he says as he passes Blaine's slip ons, they didn't really go with his outfit but it didn't really matter.
"Go on then" I say as I put him down. For a few minutes, he held onto my chair before finally letting go once he saw Brittany running around.
"Bless him" San smiles. He couldn't really run yet so he was just kinda taking his time. Blaine soon got tired of running around so he sat on Santana's lap and soon fell asleep.
"Mummy" Britt whines once she saw Blaine on her lap.
"Wanna come to me sweetie?" Bas asks her.
"Uh huh" she mumbles so she comes over to my side and I pass her over the table as Bas sat next to the window and then Santana on his other side. She also fell asleep once she managed to get herself comfortable.
"We'll have to change them and get them a snack at the station or something" Santana suggests.
"Yeah, these toilets are quite small" I agree. It was about 15 minutes before we stopped and Blaine was the first one to wake so we placed Brittany back into the pushchair and lied her seat down for her and Blaine just wanted to get down and walk.
"Wait until we get off, Bas" I tell him as he carried Blaine so his back was against his chest and one arm against Blaine's waist and the other under his knees.
"Ehh" Blaine kicks his legs as he started to cry.
"I know, bud, just a few more seconds and you can get down" Sebastian tries to soothe him.
"AAHH" he cries as he tried to attempt to get down and was thrashing around as best as he could in Sebastian's arms. The train stops and we get off where it was less busy and Sebastian placed Blaine down.
"Ah" Blaine squeals as he waved his arms about, his mittens flapping as they weren't on his hands. We had to slowly walk as Blaine was just waving at everybody and saying 'I' to everyone.
"Oh Bas, here, wipe his nose" I say as I passed him a tissue.
"Come 'ere, bud" Bas says as he knelt down and wiped his nose.
"Ehh" he whines as he tried to push Sebastian away.
"Sorry bud" he says. We soon make it through this train station and find some toilets and change the kids nappies before placing them back into the pushchair and finding a snack. Once they were fed and changed, we walked into the town to meet dad. We soon greet him before bundling in the car and heading back to theirs. We soon get there and unload the car again before heading in and taking coats and shoes off.
"I" Blaine smiles at Carole as he sat in Santana's arms.
"Aww, hi sweetie" she coos as she takes him from Santana and kisses his cheek.
"Hi Brittany" she then also coos.
"Ehh" she whines slightly as she had just woken up.
"Come 'ere baby" San coos as she takes her from me. We go in and take all of our coats and shoes off before settling down in the living room.
"Where's dad?" I ask Carole.
"He just had to pop out with Finn, I don't think he'll be much longer and dinner won't be long neither" she says.
"Ok, would you like some help?" I ask her.
"No, no, it's fine"
"Oh, let's wipe your nose sweetheart" Carole coos as she pulls a tissue from her pocket and wipes Blaine's nose.
"Ehh" he whines.
"Sorry baby" she kisses his head.
"Right, I better go sort this dinner out" Carole says as she got up so I followed her to help her out. We sort dinner out and dad and Finn show up.
"Ah" Blaine squeals as he walked to the door to greet them.
"Hi buddy" dad picks him up and brings him through.
"You wanna him in his highchair?" Dad asks.
"Yes please" he went to put him in but stopped.
"Well, first he needs a change" he says as he passes him to Sebastian.
"Ok, come on you" Bas says as he takes him in the living room. Santana puts Britt in her highchair and puts a green elf bib on her.
"Oh, look at you" Carole coos at her as she serves dinner.
"Ehh" we soon hear Blaine whine.
"Hold on a sec, bud, you'll still get your food" Bas tells him and we all chuckle.
"That boy just loves his food" dad chuckles. Sebastian soon came back with Blaine and placed him in his highchair and placed a reindeer food catcher bib around his neck.
"Ok, dig in" Brittany soon finished and started to make Blaine laugh by pulling her bib up to her face and then bringing it back down again, making them both giggle.
"Where's Brittany?" San says once she hid her face again.
"Oh, there she is" we all laugh once she brought it back down again. This carries on for another few minutes until Blaine finally managed to finish his dinner. We soon finish our own dinner and clean the kids up before letting them out.
"Mama" Britt whines as she tried to reach for her sippy cup on her tray.
"Here sweetie" Santana says as she grabs it for her and passes it to her before she walked away with it. We help Carole and dad tidy up and Santana and Finn went and watched the kids for us.
"Is Rachel coming?" I ask Carole.
"Urm, she said she'll come tomorrow because her parents want to spend some time with her but I don't know what time that'll be" she explains.
"Oh right" we soon finish up and go back to the kids.
"I better get mister in the bath and then ready for bed I suppose" I say as I looked at the time.
"Well, we still need to decorate" dad says.
"Ok, I'll bath him and then come back down" I tell him.
"Can you bring the suitcase up for me, Bas?" I ask him as I picked Blaine up.
"Sure" I take Blaine upstairs and into his bathroom. I run the bath before stripping him and placing him in there.
"It's bubbles" I coo as he splashed them.
"Do you want his pyjamas, babe?" Bas calls.
"Yes please"
"Bubbles" I coo again as I start washing Blaine.
"Bubba" he babbles just as Sebastian walked in.
"That's right, bud, bubbles" he coos.
"Bubba" he squeals. I soon wash Blaine and pull him out of the tub. I dry him off before putting a fresh nappy on him and some fluffy George Pig pyjamas with the matching socks.
"Come on then, let's go decorate the rest of the house" I say as we head back down where Brittany was wearing similar pyjamas to Blaine's and a white reindeer dummy in her mouth.
"Oh gosh" dad chuckles once he saw that both kids were wearing matching pyjamas.
"Ehh" Blaine whined, reaching for Britt's dummy.
"Here bud" Bas says as he puts his blue snowman one into his mouth.
We start decorating the house, although it was getting late for the kids and we could tell. They were alright for a little bit but now they were just getting grouchy.
"Dada" Blaine sobbed.
"Ok Blaine, let's go and get you settled down" I say as I picked him up.
"Yeah, I'm going to bring Britt up as well" San says as she also picked Brittany up. Dad and Carole said night to both kids before we headed up.
"Night bud" Bas kisses him.
"Night baby" I kiss him too. We soon leave the room and head back down.
"I'm gonna head off as well, I don't know what he's going to be like tonight but we'll see" I say.
"Ok, night guys" dad says.
"Night" we head up, saying night to San before get ready for bed ourselves and getting under the covers.
"Night, love you"
"Night, I love you too" we soon kiss each other night before going to bed.
