KRISTEN'S POV
For founding anniversary, we have three teams.
Team 1 was composed by me & Jung along with the popular bestfriends sa MVH na sina Aeris & William.
[a/n: sina Aeris and William po yung chara sa story ni kambal ko na si kaminari1007, title po is I'm Just Her Bestfriend. One shot po yun, sana mabasa nyo pati yung other stories pa nya. Nakakakilig.:))]
We’re in charged of the venue, decorations, and everything which concerns how the place will look like. Konti lang kami sa team kasi makakatulong naman namin ang mga staffs ng hotel which,luckily, is owned by my family. Advantage di ba.
Team 2 was lead by Stan & Alex, included sa team nila ang mga officers from the Music and Arts club. Visual presentations kasi ang concern nila. Even the music to be used during the party will depend on them.
Team 3 includes Eid and Dave pati din si Reesh being the student council president and the rest of the officers ng council. Sa mga finances sila concerned and sa mismong event sila ang maglelead including registration and how the ball will go.
Our class has just ended so were on our way to the parking area. I was walking with Aeris, while Jung & William were ahead of us.
Aeris was sharing her ideas with me when out of the blue tumigil sa paglalakad si William and hand his jacket to Aeris.
“Medyo maulan sa labas, suotin mo ‘to Scarlet. Baka magkasakit ka na naman.” William.
“Thanks Riley.” Aeris.
Nagkatinginan kami ni Jung, I don’t know kung nababaduyan sya sa nakikita namin.
Kasi naman alam na yata sa buong university na may feelings yung magbestfriend na yun for each other pero sila mismo ang hindi nakakaalam nun. What is wrong with these two?
“What?” si Aeris. I was smiling at her kasi nang lumingon sya sakin.
“Nothing.” ako.
“Come on Tin, spill.”
“I just think you and William look good together.”
“What are you talking about? Riley’s my bestfriend.”
“But the best foundation of a romantic relationship is friendship.”
“He doesn’t like me like that.”
“So are you saying you like him?”
“Teka Tin, why all of a sudden iniintriga mo ako with my bestfriend?” natatawang tanong ni Aeris sakin.
“Wala lang.” ako.
Hindi ko pwedeng ispill kung anuman ang alam ko. Hayaan ko na lang maovercome ni William ang katorpehan nya. Haha. This is the silly me.
“Sus, if I know, kay Zac mo natutunan yang pagkaintrigera mo.”
“Bakit naman napasali sa usapan yung hambog na yun?”
“The real you came back since nagkakilala kayo.”
“What do you mean?” duh! real me daw. Fake ba ako dati?
“Figure it out. Matalino ka di ba?”
Dali dali na syang lumapit sa kotse ni William. Ako naman sa kotse ni Jung, araw araw na kasi kami sabay pumapasok sa MVH at umuuwi. Ewan ko ba, laki ng tiwala dito ng mommy ko.
Nahawakan ko yung kamay nya when I attempted to open his car’s door. In a split second I pulled my hand, I don’t know, para kasing naground ako nang magkalapat yung mga kamay namin. Same feeling nun nahawakan ko yung kamay nya during the ice cream game sa party ni best.
Napatingin kami sa isa’t isa and then...
“Ehem...” si William.
He and Aeris were riding na on his car at tumigil sila sa tapat namin. They were both smiling at us nang nakakaloko.
“Let’s go guys, sa hotel nyo na ituloy yan.” William.
We gave them a “what the hell” look. May mga hotel pa na nalalaman ang bffs/soon-to-be- couple na ‘to.
“No green thoughts implied. Haha.” Aeris.
“We just meant may mga aasikasuhin pa tayo sa hotel for the ball so alis na tayo.” William.
“WHATEVER!” sabay naming reaction ni Jung. Sumakay na ako sa kotse ni Jung pati din sya.
Along our way nagtext sakin si Aeris.

Girl, bawasan mo blush on mo. Napakapal yata.:p
Argh! Ang kulit ng mga tao ngayon, sinabi nang hindi ako nagmemake-up eh. Ako naman baliw, hanap ng salamin sa bag ko.
Si Jung naman naka-earphones, may kausap sa phone nya. Hindi ko na mapigilan maki eavesdrop. Magkatabi lang kaya kami.
“Namiss mo agad ako?”
Did I heard him right? Namiss daw? Sino naman kaya yun? New girl nya?
“Nagdadrive ka tapos nakikipagusap ka over the phone. Hang-up mo na baka maaksidente ka pa.”
Wow lang ha, super concerned sa kausap.
“Okay. I’ll pick you up by 5pm, may mga aasikasuhin lang ako.”
May pasundo effect pa. If I’m not mistaken, may rehearsal sila ng ZSADE by that time kaya hindi kami pwede mag-extend ng trabaho namin for the ball.
“Alright. See you later.”
Aba at tuloy nga pagkikita nila. Lei oh, yung member mo, tatakas na naman.
“Love you more.”
Hindi ko na napigilan, napalakas yung pagkakasara ko sa taklob ng compact mirror ko. Napatingin naman sakin si Jung, inirapan ko naman sya at tumingin na lang sa bintana.
So aalis sya mamaya kasi makikipagkita sya sa babae nya, mas uunahin pa nya ang pakikipagdate kaysa sa task namin at rehearsals nila ng ZSADE.
I feel like crying sa sobrang inis ko ngayon sa kanya.
Ano ba Kristen Yang ang problema mo at sobrang bigat ng pakiramdam mo ngayon?
Akala ko ba si Stanley ang babaero sa ZSADE, eh saksakan din pala 'tong Jung na 'to.
Life naman nya yun, wala ka nang pakialam dun noh.
Argh! Naiinis pa din ako. PERIOD!
