Lola pov
I see the bear. It's at the river bank eating fish and it is huge.
I turn to leave when Amber says "wait I can take him down. Trust me we can do this let's give it a try."
"I dont know about this Amber its big."
"Trust me we can do this."
"Ok let's go." We stalk our pray we are low to the ground and we are about five feet away from it. I wait until I see a clearing to his thorat. His paw finally goes down to get another fish so I lunge at him. My jaws are firmly around his throat. He gets me off clawing my side in the process. I let out a soft whine. Amber is pissed now and is trying to take over. "We have to work together Amber". We get up and start to circle him.
He get on his back legs and roars at us. "Take his legs out first but be careful." I swing my paw to his leg but at the same time he brings his paw on my back. He falls I take this time to go for the kill. I latch on his throat and bite down with all the strength I have. He fighting back by clawing my hind legs but the fighting suddenly stops.
"We killed him". I was happy about my first kill but not so happy about taking a life. I leap under him to put him on my back. He was a lot heavier then I expected. But I manage to get him up and start running or limping to camp.
I get back everyone is stunned that I went for a bear that's was bigger then me. David was impressed and told very well done.
He then said "everyone welcome Lola Blaze Wolf to the pack." Everyone cheered.
"Thank you Alpha" bowing my head. Then Carly says let the celebration begin. I go behind a bush to shift because I didn't have my tribal clothes on so I'm naked. Rayn made sure to put some clothes up for me behind there. I walk back out fully dressed. Here comes Rayn she looks so damn good.
"I knew could do it baby" she says. Kissing me on my forehead.
Rayn's POV
After lunch some of us decided to go watch a movie. I asked Sky if she would like to go? She had a sad look in her eyes and said no and left. Something is wrong with her I need to find out. After the movie it was time for Lola's ceremony. She came out in her beautiful wolf Amber.
"Damn can I just lick her up and down already." Athena says
"You dirty wolf you."
"Hey you were thinking the same thing."
"You got a point". She was told what she had to do then left. While she was gone I decided to look for Sky and talk to her.
She was drinking at the bar. This can either turn out bad or worse.
"Hey you."
She jumped and almost fell over but I caught her.
"You scared the shit out of me." She said while she playfully punched my shoulder. My wolf gets a little uneasy but I pushed it off.
"Sky what's wrong are you ok? I miss my friend. And I know something is wrong." She looks up and says "really?"
"Yes I mean it Sky your my friend and a value that very much."
"It's just things are different and I have to deal with it or at least find a way to deal with it." She says to me.
"You wanna talk about it?"
"No but have a drink with me will ya."
"You know I don't drink Sky".
"Oh yea I forgot. So how's life with your mate?" She said mate with some anger and Athena was very uneasy with that.
"First off her name is Lola and you will show her respect that is your further Luna."
Sky could tell I was getting upset but before she could say anything eles. My father called me.
"Yes father how can I help you?" "Please come here child."
I look at Sky and "I will talk to you later."
"You haven't called me Alpha since your attack, why?"
"Since the fight Athena been sending me more power and I didn't want to disrespect you so I figured father was better."
"I understand honey. I love you, father is ok with me. Lola is coming I can smell her."
I also smelt her blood and that got me on edge. I told my father she was coming and we needed to get back. She had a bear on her back that was twice her size. Father welcomed her to the pack and she went to go change.
I ran up to her and told her I knew you could do it and kissed her on her forehead. The blood scent was stronger now.
Then I looked down "baby your bleeding".
"Its nothing I can't handle" she says looking at it.
"Please let me help you."
She nodded yes. I bit my hand until blood showed and put it on her side where the claw marks were and they started to closed but didn't fully heal.
"Wait how did you do that?"
"My blood is unique in its own way. I have always been able to do that. There are some things that run in my blood that noone knows why they are there." I say with a smirk on my face. I softly grabbed her hand and said let's party.
We partied for what's seemed to be forever but was really just a couple of hours. Everyone decided to head home it was nearing 4am in the morning. Lola was out cold she had a lot to drink. I carried home bridal style and laid her on the bed when we got home. She turned to her side as soon as she hit the bed. I decided to change her clothes because of the blood on them. So I got a pair of basketball short and a white shirt to put on her. I slowly slid off her pant making sure not to wake her.
That's when I saw it. I saw the bruises and the cuts on her. She was an Omaga and they heal rather slow. I put the shorts on her and I felt myself getting angered. I bit my hand and rubbed some of my blood on the cuts to heal them faster. I slowly saw them heal but it didnt help my temper. I took off her shirt and put on the white one. Kissed her on the forehead and left.
I was so angry I must have shifted and didn't even noticed. I walked to the door to see my mom standing there.
"It's ok just don't do anything stupid. And don't worry I will stay with her tonight."
I put my head down on her shoulder and she hugged me as much as she could and rubbed her hand through my fur.
"I love you babygirl" she whispers and opened the door. I see that noone is out and run into the forest.
I keep running until I reached the red rogue territory but I turned around thinking of what my mom said. So I turned and run until my legs give out. I'm back in our/my territory. I must have ran in a ton of circles.
"I can't go on any longer, we need to rest, yes we are in pain but you have to be strong for her." Athena says to me.
We are at the river bank and I just lay there. I know that I have shifted back into human form because I can feel my feet are no longer paws. I try to stand up but my legs give out.
"We are going to need some help, we used a lot of energy." Athena said
"Your right I'm sorry Athena".
"Father please come help me".
"Honey what's wrong where are you?"
"In the forest".
"We are on the way. Just watch your back."
"It's ok Rayn I understand." Athena says trying to comfort me.
"I'm sorry I couldn't help her, be there for her. I'm sorry that I have left us weak." I say crying.
"Rayn stop blaming yourself. We didn't know she was there. Clam down Rayn breathe. And don't worry you didn't use all my strength. I will watch until father comes." That was the last thing I heard.
