Mikes POV
We heard about Jakes incident last night and he told us he's coming to school today so we are waiting outside for him.
When his car arrives Ms. Perfect get out of the drivers seat and goes over to the passenger side.
M: why is she driving Jakes car?
A: I don't know.
Erika opened the passenger door and she sat there talking to him for awhile.
Jakes POV
When we pulled up to the car Erika hurried and ran to my side of the car.
E: are you sure I can take you home and you could rest.
J: Erika I'm fine
E: well I don't think you are.
J: I wouldn't lie to you.
E: can I see them?
J: for what?
E: too see if you need to change the bandages.
I stood up and pulled my shirt up.
E: I think they'll be good until lunch.
J: so we'll be good?
E: yeah I guess.
J: come here
I hugged Erika
E: if it starts to hurt worse come and find me and I'll drive you home.
J: I gotchu now let's go into the school
E: okay
I got out of the car and we were going into the school then my friends stopped me, Erika kept walking then stopped once she noticed I wasn't next to her.
M: hey Jake how are you?
J: I'm good
A: what were you doing with Ms. Perfect?
J: never mind that, why do you guys call her Ms. Perfect?
Erika waved and left so she wouldn't be late.
M: because she's perfect.
A: she's hot,-
J: beautiful.
M: she's smart, nice, head cheerleader, last years prom queen.
A: Pure.
J: yeah she's smart and nice but you guys don't know her know her. Head cheerleader and prom queen have nothing to do with who she is really. What's with this pure crap?
A: she's a virgin. No other person has touched those lips of hers.
I scrunched up my eyebrows and frowned at them.
J: this is what is going though everybody's head? They like her because she's hot and a virgin?
M: they like her because she's nice.
A: they also like her because she is very smart and willing to help anyone.
M: well someone told me they were gonna try to get their grades to drop a bit so they could get her to tutor them. He says he wants to get in her pants.
J: so you just decided to let him do that?! You didn't try to stop him?! Who is it?!
A: um what's his name? Uh oh it's Wesley Denard.
J: you guys he fvcking drugs girls and takes advantage of them!
M: okay we'll just warn Erika and everything will be fine.
J: you guys are so freaking dumb sometimes.
I just walked away and went to Erika's locker only to see her handing Wesley her number. I went up to him and took the paper and ripped it up.
W: yo what was that for?
J: you were gonna ask her to tutor you?
W: yeah why?
J: oh I don't know maybe because there is a little rumor going around that you were just gonna pull another ecstasy trap on her. Taking advantage of another girl. I know what you do Wesley you make your grades drop just a little and then ask a pretty girl to tutor you. Offer them a drink and slip some ecstasy in it.
W: chill you can't tell me you haven't thought of hitting that.
I moved Erika back a bit then punched Wesley in the face.
We started fighting.
E: STOP IT!
Mike and Tony ran over and pulled us apart Erika ran over to me.
E: oh my god Jake
J: I-
She pulled my shirt up and gasped.
E: Jake he ripped your stitches.
J: I'll be fine
E: I know how to fix it my grandma is a doctor.
Erika pulled me into the girls restroom.
I leaned on the counter.
J: this is way more clean than the boys restroom.
E: yeah
J: there's a freaking couch
E: the senior class president handled that.
J: so you did this
E: yeah
J: and you didn't help the guys out *chuckles*
E: I don't know what the boys bathroom looks like so I asked the Vice President David but he never got back to me about it.
J: hmm well we don't really need a couch we are in and out fairly quick.
I winced in pain.
E: I'm so sorry it'll be over in a second.
J: it's all good not your fault. You didn't shoot me.
Erika finished up and when she stood up our faces were inches apart.
J: hey
E: hey
J: w-we should get to class
E: yeah.
We moved back and walked out.
E: Jake there's blood on your shirt.
J: I'll be good. Hey um how do you feel about people calling you Ms. Perfect?
E: I don't like it but if they want to call me that they can it's not as bad as what David called me in that letter.
S: hey Rik and Jake
J: hey
E: hey
J: I'm gonna go to class I can't be late anymore or I get detention.
E: okay I'll see you
J: *smiles*
Erika's POV
S: so what happened between you two?
E: we just hung out and I stayed over night with him at the hospital but the whole school knows why we were there.
S: so that's why he has blood on his shirt?
E: yeah his stitches ripped so I helped him fix them.
S: have you guys kissed?
E: no we went to the movies and then he drove me home.
S: so a date?
E: maybe
S: oooh
E: *giggles* let's go to class
We went to class and the whole time I looked at the features of the picture that Jake drew me.
