Bendy followed the mug brothers to a roller coaster where Beppi the Clown stayed. Cuphead had given up on reason at this point. Mugman at least wanted to try to work things out peacefully with the debtors, maybe promise to free them... but he understood Cuphead's objection and kept quiet.

Word must have spread about them. Because when Beppi saw them, he immediately whistled through his fingers. A go-kart zipped onto the ride track and screeched to a stop.

Beppi jumped inside the go-kart and charged at the brothers.

The three boys jumped out of the way. Mugman lost his balance and nearly fell off the track. Bendy quickly grabbed Mug's hand and pulled him back.

Cuphead was the first to shoot, just missing the clown's head. This shocked Beppi, but he quickly turned his go-kart and charged at the boys once again.

Bendy ran between Beppi and Mugman. He pulled off his glove and flicked at the ground. Ink splattered on the track, causing the go-kart to swerve around Bendy and Mugman. Bendy slumped forward in disappointment when Beppi's go-kart didn't fall off the track.

A third time, the kart charged. Mugman aimed above the track and shot at one of the cutout-ducks that was holding a light bulb. The bulb fell from the cutout and landed on Beppi's head, throwing him off target once again.

Finally, the clown fell off the track. The boys leaned over the edge of the track in expectation. Moments later, Beppi was standing in a type of balloon-inflating machine. His body began to swell up like a balloon and the inflators began dispensing balloon dog heads.

Bendy let out an exaggerated sigh, "I hate dogs."

"Yeah?" asked Cuphead, "Well at least you have the joy of popping these ones!"

Mugman shot at Beppi while Cuphead kept the balloons away from him. Bendy helped by climbing onto the inflator and popping a few balloons before they could attack Cuphead. Every other moment the mug brothers had to pause their shooting spree to dodge an oncoming roller coaster car.

When Bendy plugged the inflator, Beppi floated up out of sight... only to return riding a carousel mule. The mule spat out rounds of horse shoes that varied in colour.

The boys shot at Beppi multiple times, eventually knocking him off the mule. They gather together in a circle and waited for Beppi to come back with another strategy.

When Beppi did come back, he took the boys by surprise. He had come back as a carousel himself. The ride began to spin and the roller coaster cart came passed. They had to jump onto the carousel to avoid the ride as it kept coming back more frequently and rapidly.

Every now and then Beppi opened his mouth, and green penguins would jump out, throwing baseballs at the kids. The penguins did meet their demise as the carts came rolling passed once again.

Once another group of penguins arrived, Bendy jumped down and took one of the baseballs from their hands. He threw the baseballs at the clown, as well as giving the penguins a few punches.

Finally, the carousel began to collapse. And Beppi fell out of the ride. Everyone ran away as the roller coaster came crumbling to the ground. However there wasn't enough time. The debris rained down all around the boys, even falling onto them.

There was silence for a moment.

Then, a hand reached out from the pile. Cuphead was the first to emerge from the mess. He pulled Mugman out, giving him a chance to catch his breath. He turned to look for Bendy, just as Bendy pulled his head out of the rubble

Cuphead sighed and reached out to the devil, "Need help?"

"Nope." grunted Bendy, suddenly ducking back down into the mess. "I need to find my gloves."

"I got them." Mugman held the gloves in front of Bendy when his head returned to the surface.

Bendy grunted in satisfaction as he pulled his gloves back over his hands, "Thanks, Mugs."

Cuphead glanced over his shoulder toward Beppi. As he expected, the balloon clown was staring at Bendy. Cuphead never understood how, but every debtor recognized Bendy. All of them stared at him as he followed the brothers to the next location. Nothing more was done. However, this time, something different happened.

Beppi charged at the ink devil, causing him to jump in surprise. Bendy turned to run, but Beppi grabbed him by the tail and threw him onto the debris that was once a carnival ride.

Bendy rolled across the surface of the debris before he collided with the go-kart. He scrambled to his feet and spun around, looking for a way to flee. Almost every direction was blocked by a blow-up dog heads and toons, even the penguins stood between him and the cup brothers.

Bendy looked up to the highest peak of the rubble. Beppi stood there, looking down on him.

"I don't know who you are, kid," the balloon man said through gritted teeth, "But you must be made of the magical ink! Someone like you would be worth more than ten souls to the Devil. With you, I'd be able to pay my debt!"

The attraction toons began to close in on Bendy. When Cuphead and Mugman climbed over the rubble, they thought Bendy would be injured or frightened, but neither of those appeared on the little devil.

Bendy's right arm suddenly stretched out and struck the balloons down as if it were a whip. Bendy still had his glove on, but that didn't stop his claws from popping the balloons as his arm snapped on them. Once his surroundings were clear, Bendy jumped up at Beppi and punched him, knocking him down from the peak. An ungodly shriek was heard before Beppi suddenly ran out from behind the rubble, fleeing for the hills.

Cuphead and Mugman approached Bendy. Bendy's ink skin was running loose, some of it dripping to the ground. His right hand had clawed fingers, visible even through the glove. In fact, the glove seemed to be fading.

Bendy looked up at Cuphead and Mugman. After an awkward silence, he cleared his throat; his previous, friendly appearance quickly returned to him. He strolled passed his friends toward the Die House, "Well, should we get goin'?"

Mugman shrugged at his brother before he ran after Bendy. Cuphead eventually did the same, listening as Mugman expressed his excitement over Bendy's fight.

----------

Bendy climbed along the exterior of the Die House as Cuphead and Mugman confronted King Dice.

"Looks like I mighta underestimated ya, Cupface," the man chuckled, "You gave it to them debtors but good! Go on over to the next island. Lotsa fun times waitin' for you there. HAHA!"

Again, the dice fell through the floor. The brothers never truly understood how he was able to travel that way, but they were astonished by it.

They met up with Bendy before they continued on their task.

----------

"Hey, Boss?"

The Devil looked up from the large desk of money.

King Dice gestured between himself and the Devil, "Can I talk with ya for a second? It's about the boys."

The Devil gave a grunted nod.

King Dice stood in front of the desk, "So far, they've been making good mincemeat outta them debtors... almost as easily as you can."

The Devil smiled at this, "I told you there was something special about those two."

"Well... yes, they do have fight in them, but..."

"But what, Dice?"

"Well, there's sometin' fishy about those two."

"Fishy, you say?"

"Well, think about it. They're kids, they've probably never had a brawl in their lives, but they're able to beat a dozen debtors in half a day. They're up to somethin'. I'm sure of it."

The Devil chuckled, "Don't blow your wig, Dice. Paranoia isn't a good look for you. I know that it's unusual for kids to fight like that. That's why I made that sheet of paper. Come with me."

The Devil took King Dice to the cave where the box still rested on the pillar. The Devil took a key and opened the box, pulling out a sheet of paper for King Dice.

King Dice read the not aloud, "body of deceased child, three tears, a fresh soul doused in mystical ink?"

"Exactly!" the Devil hissed, returning the paper to it's hiding place and locking the box, "The formula I used to bring the kid to life. That boy has great potential. That's why I kept his body. With his new form, I'll be able to keep the island in order. Don't worry about two little boys, Dice. If those two little finks try anything, I'll be waiting."
