4 am-midnight therapy sessions stopped working for her. She would question every second after my every sentence. She was no longer looking for the cure. She wasn't waiting for the pain to end instead this time she was feeling it deeper than the ocean trying to absorb it and let it live inside her.
Nobody could console her as she had perfected her fake smile and gestures over these years.
Even I also got lost. I no longer knew how to wake her up from the deep slumber.
Maybe this time like everyone I also failed to see through that mask. If I didn't I would have stopped her.
