~Sydney's POV~
I had been texting Harry for a few days now and every time I got a message from him I smiled a little more. I think Cassie, Ronny, and Eleanor could tell when I got a text from him because I would be telling a story or something and I would see the message from him and start smiling and forget what I was saying. They didn't seem annoyed though, actually pretty happy for me. I think they were pretty excited for the carnival tonight like I was. I felt bad for Cassie because she could not come tonight and seemed pretty bummed out. I told her that if tonight went well she would have plently of other chances to meet the boys. As much as she didn't want to admit it, I could tell she was a little star struck even though she was not a fan of them. El, Ronny, and I were hanging out at my house for a little before we left to meet up with the boys.
"What are you guys going to wear tonight?" asked Ronny.
"I don't know, something causual I guess maybe high waisted shorts and a top" I said
"Ok sounds good i just got a new pair of shorts anyway" she said.
"Well arn't you quiet the hipstaaa" said El causing us all to laugh.
"Any way before I was so rudly judged," Ronny said playfully glaring at El. " Are you going to get with Harry tonight Sydney?"
I started chocking/coughing when I heard that.
"What? Im just wondering" said Ronny.
"Ron, I barley know him"
"You didn't answer the questionnnnnn" she sing songed to me.
"If something happens it happens, he probably won't want to anyway"
"Oh shutup, I saw the way he looked at you when he asked to see you when we were at dinner, he practically had 'love struck' written across his forhead." said El.
"ok think what you want fancy pants, what about you and Louis, you guys would be so cute together!" I said.
"He has a girlfriend so nothing could hapen between us, he was probably just checkin out my hot bod" she said as she did a sexual dance making us laugh so hard our stomachs hurt.
"So maybe he will ditch the bitch and run to you with open arms" said Ronny.
"Doubtful, but I wouldn't mind a little Louis love, you do make a good point though, I heard all the boys hate Amanda and he never seems really happy with her" Eleanor said.
"Then you have a better chance of getting your... uh... louis love." I said.
"Ok lets stop worring about the boys and get dressed so we can leave on time." suggest Ronny.
"Ok miss punctual" i said
"Ha ha last time I heard that I laughed so hard I fell off my dinosour"
~Harry's POV~
I was sitting in the living room of our hotel room becuase this place was massive it was set up like a home. Scrolling through Twitter I noticed some people were saying how excited they were for our concert in Hollywood. Even though our tour was over, our manager booked us to open up for Cher Lloyd becuase it would help her become more popular and we were already friends with her so we didn't mind. It was only a small concert and us boys were pretty excited for it becuase we missed performing.
I noticed the time and realized I needed to get ready for tonight. I was so thrilled at the thought of seeing Sydney tonight, we have been texting for a few days but I wanted the real thing. Everytime I thought about her I smiled. I have been day dreaming a lot more since I met her, I just get lost in the thought of her. I was bringing Louis who had requested to go after seeing Sydney's friend. I told him to be careful becuase of his girlfriend and he replyed "What she don't know won't kill her". Yes I realize how much of an ass hole it makes him sound but I can't blame him, Amanda was awful, none of us liked her. I guess the only reason he was still with her was becuase he hasn't found anyone better, hopefully that will changed tonight becuase I miss seeing Louis in a happy relationship. I was also bringing Niall and Zayn, Liam could not go becuase he had planned a 'romantic dinner' with his girlfriend.
"Ohhhh Harnolddddddddd" screamed Louis.
"Yes boo bear?"
"Do you have a shirt I could borrow for our date tonight" he mischievously asked me while wiggling his eyebrows.
"Yeah sure Lou take whatever you want just don't ruin it"
"How about this?" he held up my purple Jack Wills jumper.
"NO!" i said sturnly and grabbed it from him.
"Why not, you said I could wear anything, does it make me look fat or something?" sassy pants Louis said in a girly voice.
"No Louis you can rock any outfit," I winked at him, "Its just I really like this and I already lost it once when I was a kid but you can wearing whatever else you want"
Once we were changed we went into the kitchen to find Niall eating a bagel.
"Dude why are you eating, we are having dinner with the girls later." I asked.
"I just got hungry and wanted a snack gesh try to have a little snack and everyone freaks out, I can't live with you people." he replied.
"Yeah yeah your life is so hard, wheres Zayn we need to leave soon." I said.
"Take a wild guess where he is"
"ZAYN YOUR HAIR IS FINE, WE NEED TO LEAVE NOW GET YO ASS OUT HERE" Louis took it apon himself to scream this.
"Calm yo man tits bro I'm here" announced Zayn.
" Ok let me grab my phone then we can go" said Niall.
Once he grabbed it we got in the car and left.
~Sydney's POV~
Once we got there and bought our tickets for rides we walked around for a little to see what was there.
"Sydney when are they going to get here?" Asked ronny.
"Chill brah Harry said he was parking the car and would text me where to meet him"
I heard Ronny say in a shocked voice "oh.my.god." before a pair of hands covered my eyes and i jumped at the persons touch.
"Guess who?" said a seductive, husky, british male voice that made my knees feel weak.
"I bet I have a pretty good idea" I said and smiled removing his hands and facing Harry. We exchanged a hug and when we pulled away we both just smiled at each other for who knows how long, we must of looked like freaks when Louis said "Get a room" and we all started laughing.
"So guys, these are my friends, Ronny and Eleanor." I pointed at both of them and they smiled at the boys.
"I'm Louis but you can call me tonight" he said and winked beofre laughing at his own joke.
"This is Niall and Zayn"
"Hey" said Zayn.
Wow he was beautiful, they all were, but something about him just made me want to wrap myself around him. I guess he noticed me starring at him because he smiled and winked at me which made me blush. Harry noticed this and gave Zayn a stern look before moving a little closer to me which I definatly didn't mind.
"So why don't we walk around and go on some rides yeah?" said Niall.
"Ok what do you want to go on first?" asked Ronny, Niall has always been her favorite so I could tell she was trying to get closer to him.
"Lets go on the zipper!" screached Louis.
"Wow someones excited" I said.
"Yeah yeah whatever there is a 5 year old living inside of me which causes me to get excited easily"
"Has that been scientically proven?" i tested him teasing him a little.
"Yeah, by doctor Shut the hell biotch" he said in a girly voice.
"Bioitch, well in that case we should become good friends" I smiled to him.
"So the seating on the ride is two per car so what are the seating arrangments" asked Niall.
"Um how about Sydney and I, you and Ronny, Eleanor and Zayn, and sorry Lous but your going to have to go by yourself" said Harry.
"Its ok I will probably move around a lot and I wouldn't want to hurt the pretty lady" he said winked at my friend who blushed and turned away a little.
"This should be a good bonding expierence, I can't wait to hear you scream like a little girl" i said to Harry.
"Oh he always sreams like one, cough cough, in bed" Louis said jokenly
"Dude I totally don't shut up!"
"You would know Louis" said elanor which made me laugh.
"Whatever lets just get on the ride" Louis said realizing he lost the battle.
Once we were all in our small carts Harry turned to me and said,
"I didn't get a chance to tell you, but I'm really happy to see you again, and you look great tonight" with a smile that streached across his beautiful face. And instantly, my stomach was filled with butterflies and I couldn't stop blushing. When I tried to turn away he said,
"No, I think it's cute when you blush"
"You don't realize how much what you just said had an effect on me" I smiled to him.
We laughed and talked a little until the ride started and once it started I felt Harry grab my hand. I flintched at his touch but I got used to it and I realized how perfect our hands fit together.
"Sorry, but I'm going to have to hold your hand if you want me to survive this death trap" he said.
"It's ok, I don't mind"
After a few minutes of screaming at the top of our lungs and yelling to each other that we were going to die, the ride ended and we all gathered around outside the ride trying to figure out what to do next.
"But I wannnnnnnaaaaaa" said Niall.
"I don't care Niall there is no way in hell I am going on that ride, it just screams death" said Zayn.
"Yeah I'm going to have to agree with Zayn on this one, I would prefer not throwing up i front of all you people" I said.
"I'll go with you Niall" said Ronny.
"Ok well seeing as you people are all chickens and can't handle a little fun, Ronny and I are going to go and meet up with you all later"
"Well how about Eleanor, Zayn, and I go off and leave you two alone" winked Louis.
"Ok we will meet up later for food just text me when you want to" said Harry.
As the three of them walked away, I couldn't help but feel bad for Zayn, becuase it was obvious he was going to be third wheeling with two people that, even though they didn't want to make it obvous, liked each other. Almost as if he knew I was thinking about him he turned around giveing me a sad smile but I could see the jelousy written all over his face. Harry snapped me out of it when he said,
"So what shall we do love?Your wish is my comand" Harry said very formally.
"Well we could go on a few more rides then play some games"
"Sounds great"
About an hour later niether one of us could take any more rides so we made our way over to the games.
"I've always wanted one of those teddy bears, I see them every year" I said admiring the bear.
"I told you your wish is my comand" he said before handing the guy working there some money and grabbed a few baseballs to begin the game, obviously a throwing game. After he missed all 5 of the balls the man at the front said,
"Sorry kid better luck next time"
"Who said I was finished? I am going to win that bear if its the last thing I do"
After two more rounds I decided I should probably speak up.
"Harry its ok I don't need it lets go meet up with everyone else" I tried pulling him away but he said,
"Fine one more round then we can leave"
The man handed him five more balls and he grabbed the first one taking a deep, dramatic breath, and threw the ball, which missed, again. I thought he needed a little suport so I got a little closer to him and kissed his cheek. He turned and smiled so large I thought his face was going to break. After that he quickly grabbed another ball and threw it. To my surprise, it made perfectly which meant he had finally won.
"Here you are my darlying" he said handing me the big bear.
"Aww Harry this is the sweetiest thing you could have done" I said giving him a big huge, wow I could stay like this forever.
"Your welcome babe, and the only reason I won was because I had you there to give me that kiss on the check, which by the way I wouldn't mind getting a second of" he leaned near me tapping his check with his finger. I pretended to lean in but at last minute I took my new bear and had him do the honors. We both giggled and walked over to where everyone was sitting.
After everyone had got food, all of us began to talk again.
"So Sydney, tell us about yourself, seeing as the effect you have on our Harry is so strong, I get the feeling this won't be the last time we see you" said Louis.
"Um well, My full name is Sydney Alexis Carson, I just graduated high school and I'm going to begin working as a full time surfing instructor in Malibu but I want to do something bigger later on. I was born in Gold Coast Australia but I lived in England till I was about13 or 14 then my dads work got transfered here which is where I met Ronny Eleanor and my other good friend Cassie, but she couldn't make tonight. I also play volleyball and I used to wanna model till I realized I sucked at it"
"Wait where did you live in England?"
"Holmes Chapel"
"Thats where I grew up!" said Harry.
"That is so weird how you both used to live in the same neighborhood but you have never met till now" said Niall in between bites of his food.
"I don't know, something about you seemes really familiar, like we have met before"said Harry.
"You get that feeling also? That is exactly what I've been thinking." I said.
"Hmm strange...." said Harry.
"Yeah so anyway I want to know more about you guys, how was your tour?" I asked.
"Wonderful! Absolutly wonderfull! It was so much fun to be able to perform in so many different places" said Louis. And for about the next thirty minutes the boys told us all about the places they had gone and seen.
"I'll be right back I'm going to go get a water" I said to no one in particular.
"Oh I'll come with you" said Zayn. I could feel Harry's eye piercing into my back as I walked away with Zayn.
~Harry's POV~
I was having such a great night getting to know Sydney and her friends, I knew this wouldn't be the last time we all got together.
"I'll be right back I'm going to get a water" said Sydney.
"Oh I'll come with you" said Zayn.
My smile quickly vanished as I saw Sydney and Zayn walk off togehter. I made it perfectly clear to all the boys about how much I liked Sydney, I was only worried about one of them getting their hands on her, and that was Zayn. I knew he would try and pull a stunt like this but I didn't realize it would be this soon. I snapped out of my day dreaming when they walked back, Sydney had a confused/ nervous face , I wonder what that was about. When she came to sit down I smiled at her and her frown dissapeared. I put my arm lightly around her waist and pulled her closer.
~Zayn's POV~
"I'll come with you" I said and joined Sydney on the walk to the refreasments. I knew I was crossing the line with Harry seeing as he "causually" pointed out how much she liked her, but I should still have a chance with her. I would never do anything to hurt Harry on purpose, but it was kinda up to Sydney to decide who she would want to be with. Wow, I just met this girl and I'm already falling for her.
"So are you having fun tonight" her question brought me back to reality
"Yeah loads, how about you?"
"Same, you boys are a lot of fun"
"Well were you expecting different?" I jokednly smiled at her.
"Haha no I don't really know what I was expecting but you are all so much more normal then you seem"
"What do you mean by that?"
"I just mean that I don't feel like I'm hanging out with ONE DIRECTION, I just feel like I'm hanging out with close friends, and I really like that" she smiled at the ground as if she was embarressed, she was so cute.
"Well thats good to hear becuase now that we've met, you won't be able to get rid of us, just wait till we figure out you home address, that will be where we always are" I joked
"Border line creepy my friend" she smiled and laughed.
"Haha yeah but on a serious note, Harry really likes you" I said.
"He does?" she asked, surprised.
"And he is not the only one"
"I'm sorry, I'm not following.." she said.
I leaned closer to her to where my lips almost touched her ears, she froze when I began to speak and I could see the goosebumps I was giving her.
"All I'm saying is that Harry is not your only option, I think we would be great together and I like you a lot, plus I can tell you like me as well, I saw the way you looked at me when we walked it. Just say the word and I'm all yours" I whisperred into her ear.
"Uh we should probably get back to the table" she said before walking away nervously. I could tell my words had an effect on her. But when we got back to the table and Harry slipped his arm around her I realized I would have to fight a little harder if I wanted to make her mine.
~Sydney's POV~
What just happend? Did Zayn, the Zayn Malik from One Direction just tell me he wants to be with me. This can't be real. It was a miracle I had got Harry to want to see me again, how could 2/5's of 1D think I'm worth the trouble?
Zayn's words sent shivers down my spin and when I got back to the table I still had the confused/nervous look on my face. But the minute I saw Harry smile at me, I went right back to a normal happy, smile and sat next to him. Once I was sitting he put his arm around my waist and I couldn't help but smile a little more, how did I get this lucky?
~Niall's POV~
So far tonight has gone very well, Ronny is so cool and really funny, not to mention beautiful. I had to stop myself from starring at her a few times. We had talked so much while walking around and we realized we had so many things in common! At one point our hands bumped together while walking and insead of getting awkwardly quiet, she smiles and lightly grabbed my hand in hers and tugged me to the next ride. I had managed to slip my arm around her waist while walking and she snuggled a little closer to me. I was so happy with her, this turned out to be a very good night.
~Ronny's POV~
Coming here tonight, I was expecting the evening to turn out a lot more different. I was expecting a third wheel kind of date with all of us feeling awkward around each other. And because today my ex boyfriend called my from Florida and said he missed me, I was in a sad slump most of the day, but that cleared right up when I locked eyes with Niall Horan. And what beautiful eyes those are may I add. I hope he liked me as much as I liked him, but i think he did.
~Eleanor's POV~
The minute Louis Tomlinson and I met, bells went off in my head. This guy is the sweetest, kindest, most handsome and funny guy I have met in a long time. As we were walking towards the exsit, Louis asked me,
"Did you have fun tonight?"
"I had such a great time, we should all hangout again!"
"I agree 100%, you girls are a crack up, and you are all gorgeous, especially you Eleanor." My stomach was suddenly filled with butterflies.
"Thanks Louis that makes me very happy to hear that" I smiled at him.
"If you wouldn't mind El, could I get your number so we can stay intouch?"
"Of course but, don't you have a girlfriend, Amanda, isn't it?" I questioned.
"We are very complicated but I wouldn't worry about her too much" We exchanged numbers and joined everyone else to say good byes.
~Sydney's POV~
We were leaving the table when I began to shiver a little.
"Your cold, here take my jacket" Harry offered.
"No Harry you keep it its your jacket, then you will be cold" I protested.
"Please? I insist plus you would probably look better in it than me" Suddenly I had a flashback to a night I had been thinking about a lot recently but couldn't figure out exactly what it meant. I was about 13 or 14 and some kid said the exact same thing to me, I don't remember much from that night but I do remember that. I snapped out of it and said,
"Fine,but only because you are so charming." I said and pulled on his jacket, instantly feeling warmer, how could such a warm hot evening turn into such a cold night?
Once we got to the exsit gate I gave a hug to Niall and Louis telling them it was nice to meet them and we would be getting together again soon. Then I walked over to Zayn adn gave him a small hug because I didn't want him to get the wrong idea.
"My offer still stands Sydney, I had a great time tonight, see you around babe" he whispered in my ear. Besides the fact he shouldn't be flirting with me, he sounds like a creepy cerial killer or something when he does that whisper thing.
Then I walked to Harry. I began to take off the jacket but then he said,
"No no no, keep it on I wouldn't want a beautiful girl like you getting a cold"
" And how many girls have you used that line on?" I joked around with him.
"Oh just so many I can't keep count" he said sarcastically.
"Ok big shot I'll see you around" I pulled him into a hug, a hug I never wanted to let go of.
"Call me again soon Sydney, I want to see you more often" he said, still hugging me.
"We will make plans soon, I promise"
"Ok love, I had an amazing time tonight, drive safe" he said before kissing my check and leaving. I smiled to myself and joined my friends to walk to our car.
