It had been over 3 months since Josh took the time off to help Lexi with the baby. She was now a few days from being 3 months pregnant, and her bump was slowly beginning to form. But there was also another date to consider. It was the 27th July, which had marked a year since Josh and Lexi first got together. He posted a range of pictures from their first encounter, to their first kiss, to when they were in hospital together, to when Lexi knew she was pregnant, and the last one was of Lexi asleep, just now.

Fast forward to today, and after a car crash, 2 Intercontinental title reigns, another Raw Women's title reign, and arguably the greatest gift I've ever received... a baby... and here we are, still going strong. Josh smiled at the comments, and then locked his phone just as Lexi was beginning to wake up. He gently stroked her hair and ran his hand over her small baby bump.
Lexi: Mmm... now this is a good wake up call...
Josh: Morning to you too, sleepyhead.
Lexi giggled as she leaned in and kissed him.
Lexi: So, I've been thinking these past few days, should we find out the gender of our baby, or keep it a surprise until they're born?
Josh: Hey, whatever floats your boat... I'd rather know sooner rather than later...
Lexi: Well, if you really wanna know, I'll book an appointment with the doctor in a couple of days, that okay with you?
Josh: Perfect.
They were just about to lean in for another kiss before Izzy and Teddy jumped up onto the bed.
Josh: Oh, come on, you two!
Lexi: Hey, let them have a bit of fun, they deserve it considering they won't be the only babies around here come February...
Josh: Fine... I'm gonna make some breakfast, what do you fancy?
Lexi: Pancakes with strawberries and pineapple!
Josh: On it!
15 minutes later, Josh came back with a massive stack of pancakes, covered in butter, syrup, and pineapple and strawberries on the side. Lexi, meanwhile, had just came back from the shower wearing nothing but a towel.
Lexi: Mmm, that looks delicious babe!
Josh: Well, pancakes are probably one of the easiest things to make.
As Josh tucked in to his pancakes, Lexi got dressed into a black bra and panties set, showing off her newfound curves. Her boobs had gotten a bit bigger, her ass a little thicker, and her bump was beginning to show. She then joined him back in bed, and tucked into breakfast. Josh couldn't help but notice her bump.
Josh: Looks like you're beginning to show...
Lexi: Yeah, I am. Beginning to feel like I'm showing as well, I feel bigger.
Josh: Well, I did notice these...
Josh cupped Lexi's boobs slightly, which had started to get bigger. She giggled slightly.
Josh: As well as this...
He then slid a hand down her back and when he reached her ass, he grabbed it firmly, which caused Lexi to flinch a little.
Lexi: Even when I'm pregnant, you're still quite cheeky!
Josh: Pregnant jokes aside, do you know what today is?
Lexi shrugged her shoulders and shook her head as she ate some pancake. Josh gave a little laugh in reply.
Josh: I had a feeling you'd forget, but that's okay. It's just that today... is our one year anniversary.
Lexi's jaw dropped at his little announcement.
Lexi: Is it really? One year?
Josh nodded with a smile on his face.
Josh: Yep, I think it's fair to say that we've been through more stuff in one year than other couples have in 20... the car crash, our first kiss, everything that we've been through... I wouldn't have wanted it to be with anyone else. You're my one true love, Lexi. And that's never gonna change for as long as I live...
Lexi wept and hugged Josh as a tear ran down her face.
Lexi: It's been amazing, this year. It's been the best of my life. You've made my life so much better, and I love you for everything and with everything in me.
Josh smiled as Lexi wiped away a stray tear from his face.
Lexi: Wow... a year of dating you, and I've never seen you cry.
Josh: I'm not crying...
Lexi: Sure... you go and have a shower.
Josh smiled and kissed her as he then left for the shower. As Lexi heard the water running, she couldn't resist a cheeky peek at her naked boyfriend. She opened the door slightly, and took a peek at him through the steam. She wished she could have him right there and then, but then remembered she was too far into her pregnancy to enjoy that. She then shut the door and got changed into a black dress Josh had bought her a few weeks ago. As soon as she was dressed, Josh came out of the bathroom and was stunned by what Lexi was wearing.
Josh: Is that the dress I got you?
Lexi: Yeah, I fancied wearing it! What do you think?
Josh: You look gorgeous. Drop dead gorgeous.
Josh then pretended to faint as he fell back onto the bed, with Lexi grabbing his hand before he fell all the way down. She giggled as she pulled him back onto his feet.
Lexi: Oh, haha. Very funny, mister.
They kissed as Josh put on a shirt and jeans as he then put on some aftershave.
Josh: So, I take it you don't have any plans for today then?
Lexi: No, why?
Josh: Cos I have an idea on what we can do. I mean... if you want to...
Lexi: Whatever you have in mind, I'm down.
They smiled at each other as their first stop of the day was a special one. They went to the aquarium as they both loved sea life and fishes. Josh even got Lexi a giant pillow in the shape of a goldfish. Next on their journey was a trip to a romantic restaurant for dinner, not far from a nearby lake, and with a very romantic view.
Lexi: This place is amazing, how'd you find it?
Josh: Dean recommended it, he took Liv here for their first date when they got together.
Lexi: Awww... that's so cute.
Josh: Yep, never expected those two to get together, but they are!
After their meal, which included a free dessert, Josh had one last place he wanted to take her. He told Lexi to wear a blindfold, as he wanted it to be a surprise. It turned out to be the top of a cliff, where Seth, Sasha, Bayley, Finn, Liv and Dean were waiting for them in their best outfits. When they got there, Lexi lifted her blindfold, and was ecstatic to see them all. She ran to hug every single one of them, while Josh fiddled around in his pocket, and found what he needed.
Lexi: As happy as I am to see you all, what are all of you guys doing here?
Finn: Turn around, and you'll find out.
Lexi turned around to see Josh on one knee with a diamond ring in his hand, with the sunset in the background. She was utterly gobsmacked and had Bayley and Sasha hold her hands as she began to cry.
Lexi: Oh... god...
Josh: Lexi, we've been through so much in our relationship during the past year, such as life threatening situations, to emotional title wins, to life-changing announcements. And what I love about everything we have done is we've done all of it together. The point is, I can't imagine life without you, as to me, you and our future baby mean the whole world and beyond to me, which is why I would like to ask you the biggest question you'll ever be asked. Lexi Kaufman, will you do me the biggest honour of becoming my wife and marrying me?
Lexi: Oh my god, yes!
Josh then put the ring on Lexi's finger as she then jumped into his arms and kissed him as everyone else celebrated and took a picture.
Lexi then asked everyone to send the picture to her, so she posted it on her Instagram.

Word soon spread and after an hour, the comments were flooding in.

By the time Josh and Lexi got home, she was still in shock and crying still. They got in bed together, with Lexi grabbing Josh's hand and putting it on her bump, while also admiring the ring.
Lexi: I can't believe it... we're gonna get married!
Josh: Better believe it babe... it's gonna happen!
Lexi: This has been the best day of my life... I can't wait till the wedding, or when this little bundle of trouble turns up!
She looked down towards her little bump, and carried on crying.
Josh: Here's to the future... I love you... Blissy-Boo!
She giggled slightly as she kissed him passionately.
Lexi: I love you too... my Joshy...
They smiled and snuggled up until Josh fell asleep, and Lexi whispered to herself.
Lexi: Forever and always...
