The Slenderman can not actually communicate through natural sound waves. Basically, this means while many fan fictions and fan art makes it seem as if Slenderman can actually speak to you, he doesn't. The only way he can communicate is through the mind. Almost like you're just hearing his voice in your head. He can so this to a single person, or multiple people at once.
