I looked over my shoulder again as I sat at the outdoor table with Elena, Caroline, and Allie.
"Renee chill. Okay. No one is gonna do anything in broad daylight!" Allie said sipping on a Starbucks coffee. I sighed rubbing the back of my neck.
"I know. I know im sorry." i said and took out my blue metal water bottle gulping down some of the blood in it. Yes i finally started drinking blood again. After that black flame I wanted to be strong enough for whoever was after me. Screw the innocent people ill feel guilty later. I want to protect my family. Allie looked at me skeptical but I gave her a look saying leave it alone. She took the hint and went back to talking to the girls. I tapped my gun on my hip just out of habit. Now let me tell you a bit about my gun. Its called the Metallic Gold. M.G for short. I had crafted it back in the 90s and it can kill any vampire werewolf, witch and if its pointed at a ghost then it vaporizes it to the other side. The bullets are made by my blood crafted from magic and they shine a blue color. To normal humans it looks like a glock 9 mil. I even have a fake permit for it just in case any cop wants to ask. I only bring it out if I feel as though there is danger like at the vervain bust. It sometimes makes me feel like I'm a cop hunting down drug dealers.
"So Renee, hows mister dark and demonic." Caroline said pulling me from my thoughts. I smiled and raised an eyebrow. Damon told me about what happened with her and him. She either hates him or just dislikes him. Either way I'm sure if the opportunity comes she's gonna put a stake in him for payback. Ill stop her but I cant blame her. He is a pain in the ass. But my pain in the ass.
"Damon is good. He is worried Im gonna get into some sort of trouble. Which I probably will but eh who cares." i shrugged joking. Caroline laughed. Allie also laughed and shook her knowing trouble followed me everywhere. She and I had stories to tell and some not to tell. Hey everyone has those stories. Elena just smiled and shook her head. Her and Stefen were so cute together. They seemed so in love. He deserved someone like her. Especially after Katherine. Bitch.
"What about you Elena. How is my teddy bear bro doing?" I asked laughing at his nickname.. She blushed slightly tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. Gosh I love her hair."oh someones blushing." i winked.
"He is good. We have been staying in my parents old cabin over the summer. I played a trick on him saying that the deed was in someone elses name so we would have to go back. The look on his face was priceless. But i giggled and he just gave me a glare." Elena laughed ignoring my statement. I laughed lightly imagining his look. Allie gave her a high five and we all laughed. We all made small talk and some times i would look over my shoulder but only saw people going on in their busy lives. Allie would scold me to chill out and I would roll my eyes. Elena and Catherine knew about the flame thing. Everyone knew, and we all were cautious. Dad and Mama were always together and Stefen hardly let Elena out of his sight but he knew with me she was safe. Damon was the same even though i was like 900 years older than him and was 300 times stronger than him he still was mister dominant and had to have a hand around my waist. Not that I was complaining though. Soon it was time to go and the girls grabbed their coffees and i gave a tip walking to my 1977 chevy ss unlocking it putting my mini frappe in the cup holster. I felt a tap on my shoulder and turned around my hand going to my gun but i relaxed as it was only Allie.
"Hey you wanna go with Caroline and Elena shopping?" Allie asked smilingg sadly at me. She knew I was stressed thats why she asked me out or I would be inside at home gathering info about how Mama was alive along with her. I knew I should relax but I couldn't so I nodded no.
"Nah you go ahead. Im going to my place to see Daniel about my wireless stuff and then head to the Salvatore mansion." I said smiling. She looked at me her eyes wanted to press more but she knew better than to.
"Okey well ive been in a grave for a long time and wanna burn money. See ya." Allie chuckled. It almost sounded forced. I laughed along and got in my car and drove down the road....
I got to my estate and drove up the drive way to my house. Hey don't judge I need something to keep the monkeys(Jessie Conley Daniel and Jeremiah) happy. I swear, I feel like their mother sometimes. Speaking of the monkeys I saw Jeremiahs 2014 mustang gt in the driveway. Hm they must be back. I told them to call. Dummies must've been hungry. I parked my car and instantly something felt off. I pulled out my gun and cocked it back just in case walking up the steps and opening the door, I smelled blood and a lot of it. It didn't smell human either. I zoomed into the living room and gasped at what I saw. Jeremiah was against the wall with a stake in his stomach. His head limped, his neck broken. Daniel was on the floor a hole in his chest. I felt tears well in my eyes as i saw them there. So much blood in the room. I zoomed to Jere,"Come on Jere. Please be okey!" I cried and pulled his limp body off the wall. He limped into my arms and i placed him on the floor. The wound healed but he didnt wake up. I looked at the wound as it healed. It didnt hit his heart. 'He'll wake up! He has to!' I said in my head. I went to Daniel and bit into my wrist making him chug down the blood. The wound started healing and I saw a new heart forming. I breathed a sigh of relief as i felt him start to come to. Jere choked a little. All of my fears went away as that happened. 'They're alive. Thank you. Thank,' Click click. I turned around readying myself for who was behind me. I lunged myself at that person but I was not quick enough, BANG. I felt something hit my chest and I looked down an felt a stake bullet pierce my heart and everything went black......

I jolted awake in pain. A seering pain went through my body. I groaned and tugged at my restraints. It was no use though. I couldn't get out of them. I saw my skin heal and I knew whatever was poured on me was vervain. I layed back trying to comprehend where I was. I remembered Jere and Danny were lying dead and I remembered they were coming to. I felt relief as I remembered that. They were okay. Werent they, What happened after I was shot? I tugged at my restraints but it was no use. I couldn't do it. Why? I looked around and saw I was in a small room. No windows. Concrete floor. The wall black. The light was hanging from the ceiling. I was chained down for the floor like a star. My hands had metal restraints hooked to them. Those were hooked to the wall on each side. My feet parted about 2 feet about and they had restraints to the floor as well.
'Wow whoever thought of this was smart.' I said in my head. There was a chair across the room and a door to the right. Some water leaks here and there. All in all. Creepy place. I looked toward a dark spot in the room and saw a pair of bright green eyes. 'I know those eyes but how?' I thought. He had a demeanor look to him. I couldn't make out his face but I could tell he was tall. I put on a straight face giving him a carnal look. Whoever he was he better spend his last moments worthily. They're gonna be his last. I growled menacingly.
'Click'
I wondered what that was when I felt pain shoot through my wrists and to my body. I gritted my teeth in pain. Electricity.
"Childs play." i snickered through the pain. The electricity shock stopped and he chuckled.
'Oh?" he asked. His voice. I know that voice. Whos is it?!? It was eating at me.
"Its gonna take a whole hell lot more than that to get me to do what you want." i chuckled giving him my darkest voice and glare. Even from here I saw him shiver. I smirked to myself. These punks humor me.
"Oh Renelia," I growled at the use of my real name," I dont want you to do anything for me but I do want something from you." he said carnily. His feet stepping into the light. I looked in his eyes. I remembered those. Just where?"I want Merlin's Spell Book."
"Never." I stated bluntly.
'Click'
The electricity went through my body again but at a higher voltage. It takes 1 amp of voltage to kill a human this felt like 12 amps. I groaned as it got worse and worse. The pain excruciating. I felt my wrists were charring and my feet as well cause that's where the voltage was leaving. I screamed as vervain was poured on my back. Everything suddenly stopped and my knees bucked. I hung from my arms. Everything was slowly healing. I mentally thanked blood. He fully stepped into the light and I shakily looked up at him gasping at the face that was starring back at me.
"I highly suggest you reconsider." He smirked holding my M.G in his hand pointed it straight at my head.
