Ross's POV/
So it's been a few days after we got back from the hospital. Laura's not taking it so well with the take it easy part. She's been doing her regular routine she does before she got the accident. I've been trying to help her but she just tells me not to and I don't want to anger her. I just hope she doesn't hurt anything in her body, if she does then that's gonna be a problem. Here she comes now.
End of POV/
Laura: Ross, dinner's ready
Ross: I thought I told you to rest in bed
Laura: Yeah I know but I got to make dinner and everything
Ross: I told you I got it
Laura: But you don't know how too
Ross: Yes I do
Laura: No you don't
Ross: Yeah I do. I even did the laundry for you
Laura: Then what about before?
Ross: My mom's been teaching me how to cook, clean, and do the laundry while you've been in the hospital
Laura:(nods) Oh okay, well dinner's ready
Ross: You go to bed
Laura: What?
Ross: Just go to bed and I'll bring you your dinner
Laura: But--
Ross: No but's. Now go to bed
Laura:(sighs) Yes father (goes to her room)
Ross:(walks into the kitchen and grabs a tray putting food on it for Laura) (walks into Laura's room with the tray) Here we go (puts it on Laura's lap)
Laura:(smiles) Thanks Ross
Ross: No problem. Do you want me to feed you?
Laura:(giggles) I think I'm good
Ross: Alright (kisses her forehead and walks out getting his dinner)
A little while later
Laura: Ross!
Ross:(runs in) Yeah?
Laura: Can we watch a movie?
Ross: Sure I guess
Laura:(lifts her arms up) Carry me peasant
Ross:(chuckles) Yes ma'am (lifts her up bridal style into the living room) (puts her down on the couch) What do you want to watch?
Laura:(thinks) What is there?
Ross:(looks) We have... Romeo & Juliet, Romeo & Juliet and Romeo & Juliet
Laura: That's a tough choice (giggles)
Ross:(laughs)
Laura: Let's go with Romeo & Juliet
Ross: Good choice (puts it in and sits with Laura as it starts to play)
Laura:(rest her head on Ross's shoulder)
Ross:(wraps his arm around her)
They fall asleep as they watch the movie
The Next Morning
Laura:(wakes up and smells food) (looks in the kitchen and sees Ross cooking)
Ross:(sees her) Morning Laurs
Laura:(amazed) Wow! No smoke, fire, a mess or anything broken
Ross:(chuckles) I told you I learned (hands her her breakfast)
Laura: Thanks (eats)
Ross:(sits next to her and eats)
Laura: This is really good Ross
Ross:(smiles) Thanks
Laura: Ross
Ross: Yeah?
Laura: Are you still mad at me for not liking you?
Ross:(sighs) No, I'm just a little upset but I get it
Laura: I'm really sorry
Ross: It's fine
Laura: Maybe we can get you a girlfriend, we can go to the love convention and--
Ross: No, no and no
Laura: Why not?
Ross: I don't want to go on a blind date
Laura: But you've been alone for so many years
Ross: I'm just waiting for the right girl, that's all
Laura: How long is that gonna take?
Ross: Don't rush love Laur, that ruins the magic
Laura:(rolls her eyes) Please! Can we just go for like 5 minutes
Ross:(whines) Laur!
Laura: Please Ross, please please please please please please please please please please please please pl--
Ross: Alright! If it gets you to shut up then okay
Laura:(smiles and hugs him) Yes! Thank you!
Ross:(nods) Yeah yeah just eat your breakfast
Laura & Ross:(eat their breakfast in peace)
