"Can we get this?" Noah asked holding up a box of chocolate popsicles
"Erm..no we literally bought like twenty boxes yesterday" Noah rolled his eyes before putting it back in the fridge
"Do we need at least any candy?" Noah whines
"Well yes but not for you, for Halloween" I say laughing, Noah scoffs before turning to another isle leaving me to do the shopping on my own, I sigh as I pull my phone out to check the shopping list

When I'd finished buying the groceries I went to look for Noah, I found him outside laughing with some girl
"Hey guys.." I say awkwardly
"Hey! Babe, this is my old friend Jess" he said pointing to her, I waved awkwardly
"Jess, this is my girlfriend y/n"
"Hi" she says, we're silent for a few minutes and I can tell it's all my fault
"Anyways Noah, I'm gonna go put this stuff in the car" I say awkwardly
"Wait, why don't we invite Jess, she's only here for a few more days" Noah says stopping me
"Great! Then we can invite her another day" I say, I turned to Noah who was looking at the floor I then looked at Jess who was smiling like a little bitch
"Okay whatever" I say, Noah laughs as we all walk to our car.

The whole car drive was just Jess and Noah talking, I hated her, I hated how perfect she was, I mean Noah and her must've had a thing, right?
I was so deep in my thoughts I could hear Noah talking to me
"y/n are you okay?" Noah says
"Yeah I'm fine, just trying to minimise the chances of a car accident.."
"Okay...." Noah says awkwardly I facepalm myself when I notice how stupid that sounded

When we got home I unpacked all the groceries and made dinner while Noah and Jess talked for ages
"I was a model for this campaign for sick kids, it was super inspiring" Jess said
"that's amazing, I was recently in a movie called to all the boys I've loved before"
"What about you y/n?" Jess asks me
"Nothing special, I'm not famous like you guys" I say trying to make a joke, everything's awkward again, and we're left just exchanging looks
"Anyways....you look good Noah" Jess says making Noah laugh, I could tell he was blushing which pissed me off
"Thanks you look good" Noah said awkwardly, Jess puts her hand on his lap and laughs before kissing his cheek making him blush more
"I'm gonna go to my room" I walk out and go to my room before jumping into my bed

I managed to fall asleep but I was awoken by two hands slithering around my waist
"What do you want?" I say annoyedly
"Am I not allowed to love my girlfriend? Noah says laughing, I roll my eyes before getting comfortable again
Noah gets up and turns on the light before jumping back onto the bed
"What's up?" He says, I scoff
"I don't know, why don't you go ask Jess?" I say, Noah laughs before kissing my cheek
"Someone's jealous" he says
"Not me, I'm not jealous of her"
"Yeah right, I bet you think I'm gonna break up with you and leave you for her" he says, it was funny because that was exactly how I felt
"No...yes...come on she's amazing she's done great things, all I've ever done is make a chicken salad that's somehow vegetarian, even though it's got meat in it" I say, Noah laughs before turning my face towards his
"You're amazing, I don't even know Jess that much, and you're salad is amazing, I love you, don't ever think ill leave you for someone else" he kisses my hand before covering me back up with the blanket and turning off the light
"I love you Noah" I say nearly drifting off
"I love you too baby"
